The electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of Cu(2+) impurities in [Co(nicotinamide)(2)(H(2)O)(4)](saccharinate)(2) single crystals have been studied at ambient temperature in three mutually perpendicular planes. The angular variation of the spectra shows that the Cu(2+) ion substitutes the Co(2+) site in the lattice. The EPR spectra of Cu(2+) ions are characteristic of tetragonally elongated octahedral site. The spin-Hamiltonien parameters were obtained from the single crystal EPR analysis. The ground-state wave function of Cu(2+) ion in the lattice has been constructed.  相似文献

A humic substance was obtained from hazelnut husk using an alkali extraction. The chemical and morphological structure of the humic matter was characterized via elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance, Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermogravimetric-FTIR (TG-FTIR). In addition, thermal analysis measurements TG analysis-differential thermogravimetry/differential scanning calorimetry (TGA-DTG/DSC) were performed under dynamic air conditions to better determine the origin, physical and chemical structure, and decomposition process of the humic matter. The Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO) methods were used to calculate the kinetic parameters of the high-temperature decomposition process. It was observed that the activation energy values were almost constant at certain conversion and temperature intervals. In addition, the structure of the humic substance at different temperatures was also investigated via FTIR analysis. It was found that the obtained humic substance had a very stable structure and decomposed at a high temperature. The stability of the humic matter can be a useful tool in the environmental quality research of soil.  相似文献

Three simple, quick and sensitive spectrophotometric methods are described for the determination of ciprofloxacin. The methods are based on the reaction of this drug as ann-electron donor with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-p-benzoquinone (DDQ), 7,7,8,8,-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) andp-chloranil (CL) as -acceptors to give highly coloured complex species. The coloured products are quantitated spectrophotometrically at 460, 843 and 550 nm for DDQ, TCNQ and CL, respectively. Optimization of the different experimental conditions is described. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration ranges 5–50, 1.5–15 and 20–200 g ml–1 ciprofloxacin, but the concentration ranges for best accuracy are 10–48, 2.5–15 and 35– 195 g ml–1 of drug for DDQ, TCNQ and CL, respectively. The relative standard deviations are less than 1.5%. Applications of the suggested methods to ciprofloxacin tablets are presented and compared with the USP method. The stability constants of the 11 DDQ and CL complexes were 1.086 × 104 and 2.581 × 104 lmol–1, respectively, whereas for the 12 TCNQ complex it was 3.62 × 1081. mol–1.  相似文献

Four different types of new ligands Ar[COC(NOH)R] n (Ar=biphenyl, n = 1 H2L1; Ar=biphenyl, n = 2 H4L2; Ar=diphenylmethane, n = 1 H2L3; Ar=diphenylmethane, n = 2 H4L4; R=2-amino-4-chlorophenol in all ligands) have been obtained from 1 equivalent of chloroketooximes Ar[COC(NOH)Cl] n (HL1-H2L4) and 1 equivalent of 2-amino-4-chlorophenol (for H2L1 and H2L3) or 2 equivalent of 2-amino-4-chlorophenol (for H4L2 and H4L4). (Mononuclear or binuclear cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II) and zinc(II) complexes were synthesized with these ligands.) These compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, AAS, infra-red spectra and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The ligands have been further characterized by 1H NMR. The results suggest that the dinuclear complexes of H2L1 and H2L3 have a metal:ligand ratio of 1:2; the mononuclear complexes of H4L2 and H4L4 have a metal:ligand ratio of 1:1 and dinuclear complexes H4L2 and H4L4 have a metal:ligand ratio of 2:1. The binding properties of the ligands towards selected transition metal ions (MnII, CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII, PbII, CdII, HgII) have been established by extraction experiments. The ligands show strong binding ability towards mercury(II) ion. In addition, the thermal decomposition of some complexes is studied in nitrogen atmosphere.  相似文献

A method has been developed for the spectrophotometric determination of selenium(IV) using 4-methyl-o-phenylenediamine (MOPDA) as a chromogenic reagent. In hydrochloric acid media at about pH 2, MOPDA forms a piazselenol complex with selenium(IV), which gives an absorption maximum at 332 nm. After transfer of the formed piazselenol complex into organic phase with n-hexane, the absorbance of the piazselenol complex was measured by a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The effective parameters of the experimental conditions such as pH, formation time of the complex, amount of MOPDA, ionic strength, volume of sample and effects of diverse ions, were investigated. The detection limit of the proposed method was found to be 0.95 μg/L Se(IV) (n = 14, 3σ). The method was successfully applied to tap water, sea water and wastewater samples from washings of flue gases with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this study, radiocesium sorption on ceramic clay was investigated as a function of particle size and initial 137Cs concentration using a batch method. Ceramic clay samples taken from the Sö?üt(?nisar) clay deposit were composed of kaolinite, dickite and quartz. The equilibrium time and the liquid–solid ratio were determined as 60 min and 250 mL g?1, respectively. The distribution coefficients (K d) for variable liquid–solid ratio and the percentage adsorption (P Ad) were calculated. The values of K d and P Ad ranged from 483 to 3165 mL g?1 and 34–93%, respectively. The K d and P Ad values increased with increasing particle size, but decreased with increasing initial concentration. The sorption data were interpreted in terms of a Langmuir isotherm. The results indicated that the Sö?üt(?nhisar) ceramic clay has good sorption capacity for cesium.  相似文献

In the last few years, researchers have an intense interest in the evolutionarily conserved signaling pathways which have crucial roles during embryonic development. The most intriguing factor of this interest is that malfunctioning of these signaling pathways (Hedgehog, Notch, Wnt etc.) leads to several human diseases, especially to cancer. This study deals with the β-catenin dependent branch of Wnt signaling and the Hedgehog signaling pathways which offer potential targeting points for cancer drug development. The identification of all proteins functioning in these signaling networks is crucial for the efforts of preventing tumor formation. Here, through integration of protein-protein interaction data and Gene Ontology annotations, Wnt/β-catenin and Hedgehog signaling networks consisting of proteins that have statistically high probability of being biologically related to these signaling pathways were reconstructed in Drosophila melanogaster. Next, by the structural network analyses, the crucial components functioning in these pathways were identified. The proteins Arm, Frizzled receptors (Fz and Fz2), Arr, Apc, Axn, Ci and Ptc were detected as the key proteins in these networks. Futhermore, the hub protein Mer having tumor suppressor function may be proposed as a putative drug target for cancer and deserves further investigation via experimental methods. Finally, the crosstalk analysis between the reconstructed networks reveals that these two signaling networks crosstalk to each other.  相似文献

A rapid and simple on-line method is described for the determination of Au(III) in various samples. The method is based on the sorption of gold(III) on Lewatit MonoPlus TP207 chelating resin including the iminodiacetate group, which is used as sorbent material and packed in a minicolumn. The chemical variables such as the pH of the sample solution, eluent type, interfering ions and concentrations of reagents, and instrumental variables such as sample loading volume, reagents flow rates, and tubing length, which affect the efficiency of the method were studied and optimised. Au(III) was sorbed on the chelating resin, from which it could be eluted with 3 mol L?1 HCl, and then introduced directly to the nebuliser-burner system of FAAS. The limit of detection of the method was 0.2 µg L?1 while the relative standard deviation was <4.0% for 20 µg L?1 Au(III) concentration. The preconcentration factor was found to be 106 while the optimised sample volume was 15.3 mL. The accuracy of the method was verified by analysing the certified reference material. The developed method was applied successfully for the determination of gold in different samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

An accurate, simple, reproducible, and sensitive method for determination of rosmarinic, caffeic, chlorogenic, and gallic acids in 12 Salvia species growing naturally in Anatolia, has been developed and validated. The phenolic acids were separated using a μBondapack C18 column by gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1, which was adjusted to deliver firstly o-phosphoric acid 0.085% in water, 0.085% in methanol, and 0.085% in 2-propanol (80:10:10, v/v/v), then decreased gradually (60:20:20, v/v/v) during 20 min with a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1. The samples were monitored at 220 nm for gallic acid and 330 nm for rosmarinic, caffeic, and chlorogenic acids using photo-diode array detection. The linear range of detection for gallic, chlorogenic, caffeic, and rosmarinic acids were between 0.051–101.4, 0.207–103.6, 0.100–100, and 0.201–100.5 μg mL−1, respectively. The linearity, range, peak purity, selectivity, system performance parameters, precision, accuracy, and robustness had also acceptable values. The developed method was applied to the flower, leaf, stem, and root parts of the Salvia species.
