The Diels–Alder cycloaddition between bisdienes and bisdienophile incorporating the 7-oxa-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane unit are well known to show high diastereoselectivity that can be exploited for the synthesis of molecular belts. The related bisdiene 5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octene is a valuable building block for the synthesis of photoprecursors for acenes, but it has not been employed for the synthesis of molecular belts. The present work investigates by computational means the Diels–Alder reaction between these bisdiene building blocks with syn-1,4,5,8-tetrahydro-1,4:5,8-diepoxyanthracene, which shows that the diastereoselectivity of the Diels–Alder reaction of the etheno-bridged bisdiene is lower than that of the epoxy-bridged bisdiene. The reaction of the etheno-bridged bisdiene and syn-1,4,5,8-tetrahydro-1,4:5,8-diepoxyanthracene in 2:1 ratio yields two diastereomers that differ in the orientation of the oxa and etheno bridges based on NMR and X-ray crystallography. The all-syn diastereomer can be transformed into a molecular belt by inter- and intramolecular Diels–Alder reactions with a bifunctional building block. The molecular belt could function as a synthetic intermediate en route to a [11]cyclacene photoprecursor.  相似文献

In this work on the design and studies of luciferins related to the blue-hued coelenterazine, the synthesis of heterocyclic analogues susceptible to produce a photon, possibly at a different wavelength, is undertaken. Here, the synthesis of O-acetylated derivatives of imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-3(5 H)-one, imidazo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-7(1 H)-one, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-ol, imidazo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-1(5 H)-one, benzo[f]imidazo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-3(11 H)-one, imidazo[1′,2′:1,6]pyrazino[2,3-c]quinolin-3(11 H)-one, and 5,11-dihydro-3 H-chromeno[4,3-e]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-3-one is described thanks to extensive use of the Buchwald–Hartwig N-arylation reaction. The acidic hydrolysis of these derivatives then gave solutions of the corresponding luciferin analogues, which were studied. Not too unexpectedly, even if these were “dressed” with substituents found in actual substrates of the nanoKAZ/NanoLuc luciferase, no bioluminescence was observed with these compounds. However, in a phosphate buffer, all produced a light signal, by chemiluminescence, with extensive variations in their respective intensity and this could be increased by adding a quaternary ammonium salt in the buffer. This aspect was actually instrumental to determine the emission spectra of many of these luciferin analogues.  相似文献

Thin-layer chromatography in combination with spectrophotometry has been applied for the separation and estimation of Hg(II) using silica gel layers impregnated with 2% oxalic acid as stationary phase with an ethyl acetate:acetone:formic acid:water (8:7:4:1) solvent system. Separation of Hg(II) from Hg(I) and of Th4+ from UO22+ is not affected by the presence of common anions in the sample solution. Hg(II) has been successfully separated from Ni(II), Cu(II), and Pb(II) over a wide range of pH (0.5–7.0) of sample solution. An attempt has been made to recover Hg(II) from rivers and industrial wastewaters.  相似文献

The cocrystal salt tetraaquabis[trans‐1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene‐κN]iron(II) bis(1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐ethoxypropenide)–trans‐1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (1/2), [Fe(C12H10N2)2(H2O)4](C9H5N4O)2·2C12H10N2, is a rare example of a mononuclear FeII compound with trans‐1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethane (bpe) ligands. The complex cation resides on a crystallographically imposed inversion center and exhibits a tetragonally distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Both the symmetry‐independent bpe ligand and the cocrystallized bpe molecule are essentially planar. The 1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐ethoxypropenide counter‐ion is nonplanar and the bond lengths are consistant with significant electron delocalization. The extended structure exhibits an extensive O—H…N hydrogen‐bonding network with layers of complex cations joined by the cocrystallized bpe. Both the coordinated and the cocrystallized bpe are involved in π–π interactions. Hirshfeld and fingerprint plots reveal the important intermolecular interactions. Density functional theory was used to estimate the strengths of the hydrogen‐bonding and π–π interactions, and suggest that the O—H…N hydrogen bonds enhance the strength of the π‐interactions by increasing the polarization of the pyridine rings.  相似文献

In this work, new ways of plasticizing polylactide (PLA) with low molecular poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were developed to improve the ductility of PLA while maintaining the plasticizer content at maximum 20 wt.% PLA. To this end, a reactive blending of anhydride-grafted PLA (MAG-PLA) copolymer with PEG, with chains terminated with hydroxyl groups, was performed. During the melt-processing, a fraction of PEG was grafted into the anhydride-functionalized PLA chains. The role of the grafted fraction was to improve the compatibility between PLA and PEG. Reactive extrusion and melt-blending of neat and modified PLA with PEG did not induce any dramatic drop of PLA molecular weight. The in situ reactive grafting of PEG into the modified PLA in PLA/PEG blends showed a clear effect on the thermal properties of PLA. It was demonstrated by DSC that the mobility gained by PLA chains in the plasticized blends yielded crystallization. The grafting of a fraction of PEG into PLA did not affect this process. However, DSC results obtained after the second heating showed an interesting effect on the Tg when 20 wt.% PEG were melt blended with neat PLA or 10 wt.% MAG-PLA. In the latter case, the Tg displayed by the reactive blend was shifted to even lower temperatures at around 14 °C, while the Tg of neat PLA and PLA blended with 20 wt.% PEG was around 60 and 23 °C, respectively. Regarding viscoelastic and viscoplastic properties, the presence of MAG-PLA does not significantly influence the behavior of plasticized PLA. Indeed, with or without MAG-PLA, elastic modulus and yield stress decrease, while ultimate strain increases with the addition of PEG into PLA.  相似文献

The chiral benzimidazole ligand, 1,2-Bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)ethane-1,2-diol, L, exhibiting coordination mode with an oxygen atom of alcohol group directed towards the metal ion and another -OH group with different molecular axis directed away from the metal center was utilized as a building block for organotin complexes [C18H19N4O2SnCl], [C28H23N4O2SnCl] and [C52H42N4O2Sn2] (1-3). Complexes 1 and 3 exhibit a pentacoordinate geometry while the complex 2 reveals hexacoordinated environment around the Sn(IV) metal ions as evidenced by 119Sn NMR studies. The DNA binding ability of benzimidazole ligand and their organotin(IV) complexes 1-3 were examined by employing different biophysical methods. The absorption titration of the complexes with CT-DNA reveal significant hyperchromic effect together with strong bathochromic shift of 4-5 nm which infer substantial binding of the complexes with CT-DNA. The intrinsic binding constant Kb values of the complexes 1-3 were found to be 2.16 ± 0.04 × 104, 3.47 ± 0.04 × 104 and 4.60 ± 0.04 × 103 M−1, respectively, suggesting pronounced binding of complex 2 with DNA double helix. The mechanism of binding of the complexes was further ascertained by the interaction studies of these complexes with nucleotides (5′-GMP and 5′-TMP) using absorption spectroscopy suggesting a clear preference for 5′-GMP binding which was further authenticated by NMR (1H and 31P NMR) studies.  相似文献
