The activity of {Pd[C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)‐(OMe)2,3,4] (µ‐Br)}2 complex was investigated in the Heck–Mizoroki C C cross‐coupling reaction under conventional heating and microwave irradiation conditions in molten salt tetrabutylammonium bromide as the solvent and promoter at 130 °C. This complex in these conditions is an active and efficient catalyst for the Heck reaction of aryl iodides, bromides and even chlorides, and also arenesulfonyl chlorides. A protocol for straightforward and step-economical synthesis of neoflavones from coumarin-3-carboxylic acids is developed. This approach enables controlled protodecarboxylation/regioselective C–H arylation of coumain-3-carboxylic acids in one-pot using a monometallic catalytic system. A wide variety of electron-donating and -withdrawing substituents on both coumarins and arylboronic acid are tolerated under the reaction conditions and 4-aryl coumarins are constructed in high yields. 相似文献

Zn nano rods were produced on glass substrates using oblique angle deposition method at different deposition angles. For oxidation, the samples were placed in a furnace under oxygen flux. AFM and FESEM images were used to morphology analysis of the structures. The results showed that with increasing the angle of deposition, the grain size decreases and the porosity of the structures increases. XRD pattern and XPS depth profile analysis were used to crystallography and oxide thickness investigations, respectively. The XRD results confirmed oxide phase formation, and the XPS results analyzed the oxide layer thickness. The result showed that as the deposition angle of the nanorods increases, the thickness of the oxide layer increases. The reason for the increase in the thickness of the oxide layer with increasing deposition angle was investigated and attributed to the increase in the porosity of the thin films. The optical spectra of the structures for p polarized light at 10° incident light angle were obtained using single beam spectrophotometer in the 300 nm to 1000 nm wavelengths. The results showed that the formed structures although annealed in oxygen flux, tend to behave like metal. To calculate the optical constant of the structures, the reverse homogenization theory was used and the void fraction and complex refractive index of the structures were obtained. Finally, by calculating permittivity and optical conductivity of the structures, their changes with the deposition angle were investigated. 相似文献

An efficient catalytic system using 1‐benzyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane chloride and palladium chloride ((BeDABCO)2Pd2Cl6) was developed for the Sonogashira reaction. In the presence of a catalytic amount of this efficient, stable homogeneous catalytic system that is non‐sensitive to air and moisture, various aryl halides were efficiently coupled with phenylacetylene in good yields in H2O at 50°C under copper‐free conditions. Benzyl dabco as an efficient ligand and also a quaternary ammonium salt had an efficient stabilizing effect on the Pd(0) species. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

The injuries and defects in the central nervous system are the causes of disability and death of an affected person. As of now, there are no clinically available methods to enhance neural structural regeneration and functional recovery of nerve injuries. Recently, some experimental studies claimed that the injuries in brain can be repaired by progenitor or neural stem cells located in the neurogenic sites of adult mammalian brain. Various attempts have been made to construct biomimetic physiological microenvironment for neural stem cells to control their ultimate fate. Conductive materials have been considered as one the best choices for nerve regeneration due to the capacity to mimic the microenvironment of stem cells and regulate the alignment, growth, and differentiation of neural stem cells. The review highlights the use of conductive biomaterials, e.g., polypyrrole, polyaniline, poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene), multi‐walled carbon nanotubes, single‐wall carbon nanotubes, graphene, and graphite oxide, for controlling the neural stem cells activities in terms of proliferation and neuronal differentiation. The effects of conductive biomaterials in axon elongation and synapse formation for optimal repair of central nervous system injuries are also discussed. 相似文献

Superparamagnetic tungstophosphoric acid supported on silica-encapsulated γ-Fe2O3 was used as an efficient catalyst for the direct oxidation of secondary amines to nitrones with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. The present methodology describes an efficient, environmentally friendly and simple protocol for the synthesis of some 4,4′-(arylmethylene)bis(1H-pyrazol-5-ol) derivatives through a one-pot pseudo-five-component reaction of hydrazine hydrate/phenyl hydrazine, ethyl acetoacetate, and various aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by guanidine hydrochloride. This condensation reaction was performed by tandem Knoevenagel–Michael reaction in water under refluxing conditions giving the title compounds in 82–92% yields. Atom economy, simple operation, easy work-up, using inexpensive organocatalyst, high yields in short times, clean transformation, and environmentally benign are some of the important features of this new protocol. 相似文献
