In present work, the chemical composition of the essential oils obtained from dried flowering aerial parts of Teucrium hircanicum L. (Labiatae) originated from ten wild populations in Iran was analyzed by a GC-FID and GC/MS system. The oil yields varied from 0.04% to 0.1%. A total of thirty-two compounds representing 67.6–97.7% of the oil were identified. The essential oil was found to be rich in sesquiterpene hydrocarpons (E)-α-bergamotene (17.5–86.9%) and (E)-β-farnesene (0.5–21.4%). Of the total identified compounds, sesquiterpene hydrocarpons (36.1–89.7%) were included the greatest essential oil fraction in all the populations, followed by oxygenated monoterpenes (2.2–21.6%), oxygenated sesquiterpenes (0.0–14.4%) and monoterepene hydrocarbons (0.0–9.5%). Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) were used to distinguish any geographical variations, indicating that the clustering of populations is related to their geographic origin. According to the GC/MS analysis, two chemotypes consisting of (E)-α-bergamotene and (E)-α-bergamotene-(E)-β-farnesene were identified in the populations.  相似文献

The mucilage in Lepidium sativum L. is considered a biologically active compound with diverse medicinal properties. Different explants (hypocotyls and leaf) were transferred to Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with twelve different plant growth regulator combinations under two different incubations (light and dark). The best mucilage production from callus (36.76% g g?1 dry weight) was obtained in the MS medium supplemented with 1 mg L?1 of 2, 4-D and 2 mg L?1 of BAP under the light condition. The mucilage produced by callus culture was nearly three times more than the mucilage yield of the seeds. The glucose, arabinose + mannose and galactose were 43.4 (mg g?1 DW), 195.3 (mg g?1 DW) and 86.2 (mg g?1 DW) in the mucilage originated from seed, callus leaf and callus hypocotyl, respectively. The present study proposes an efficient method for producing large scales of mucilage with a favorable sugar aimed at food or pharmaceutical industries.  相似文献

In this paper,the problem of determining the most general Lie point symmetries group and conservation laws of a well known nonlinear hyperbolic PDE in mathematical physics called the Hunter-Saxton equation(HSE) is analyzed.By applying the basic Lie symmetry method for the HSE,the classical Lie point symmetry operators are obtained.Also,the algebraic structure of the Lie algebra of symmetries is discussed and an optimal system of onedimensional subalgebras of the HSE symmetry algebra which creates the preliminary classification of group invariant solutions is constructed.Particularly,the Lie invariants as well as similarity reduced equations corresponding to infinitesimal symmetries are obtained.Mainly,the conservation laws of the HSE are computed via three different methods including Boyer's generalization of Noether's theorem,first homotopy method and second homotopy method.  相似文献

A series of water‐insoluble iron(III) and manganese(III) porphyrins, FeT(2‐CH3)PPCl, FeT(4‐OCH3)PPCl, FeT(2‐Cl)PPCl, FeTPPCl, MnT(2‐CH3)PPOAc, MnT(4‐OCH3)PPOAc, MnT(2‐Cl)PPOAc and MnTPPOAc, in the presence of imidazole (ImH), F?, Cl?, Br? and acetate were used as catalysts for the aqueous‐phase heterogeneous oxidation of styrenes to the corresponding epoxides and aldehydes with sodium periodate. Also, the effect of various reaction parameters such as reaction time, molar ratio of catalyst to axial base, type of axial base, molar ratio of olefin to oxidant and nature of metal centre on the activity and oxidative stability of the catalysts and the product selectivity was investigated. Higher catalytic activities were found for the iron complexes. Interestingly, the selectivity towards the formation of epoxide and aldehyde (or acetophenone) was significantly influenced by the type of axial base. Furthermore, Br? and ImH were found to be the most efficient co‐catalysts for the oxidation of olefins performed in the presence of the manganese and iron porphyrins, respectively. The optimized molar ratio of catalyst to axial base was different for various axial bases. Also, the order of co‐catalyst activity of the axial bases obtained in aqueous medium was different from that reported for organic solvents. The use of a convenient axial base under optimum reaction catalyst to co‐catalyst molar ratio in the presence of the manganese porphyrin gave the oxidative products with a conversion of ca 100% in a reaction time of less than 3 h. However, the catalytic activity of the iron porphyrins could not be effectively improved by increasing the catalyst to co‐catalyst molar ratio.  相似文献
