Highly b‐oriented, closely packed, MFI zeolite films are prepared on seeded stainless‐steel plates using organic template‐free, secondary growth solutions, containing aluminum sulfate as a crystallization agent. The number of a‐oriented twin crystals is significantly reduced, and even eliminated, simply by restricting the pH value of the secondary growth solution to the narrow range of 11.1–11.3. Values of pH can be adjusted through the controlled addition of (NH4)2SO4 or H2SO4 to secondary growth solutions of the composition (1 SiO2:0.57 NaOH:137.5 H2O:0.0050 (Al2(SO4)3?18 H2O)) or by simply decreasing the molar composition of NaOH with no extra additives. 相似文献

The new ternary pnictides, Ti(1-delta)Mo(1+delta)Pn4 (Pn = As, Sb), were uncovered during our search for novel thermoelectric materials. Both compounds crystallize in the OsGe2 type in the monoclinic space group C2/m, with lattice dimensions of a = 10.1222(9) A, b = 3.6080(3) A, c = 8.1884(8) A, beta = 120.230(2) degrees , and V = 258.38(7) A3 (Z = 2) for Ti(0.79(1))Mo(1.21)Sb4 and a = 9.1580(2) A, b = 3.3172(1) A, c = 7.6666(1) A, beta = 119.496(1) degrees , and V = 202.720(4) A3 (Z = 2) for Ti(0.86(2))Mo(1.14)As4. The electronic structure calculations predicted metallic behavior for these compounds, which was in agreement with the measured temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient. 相似文献

Reaction of N-alkylated pyridine-bridged bisdithiazolylium cations [1]+ (R1 =Me, Et; R2 =Ph) with selenium dioxide in acetic acid provides a one-step high-yield synthetic route to bisthiaselenazolylium cations [2]+ (R1 = Me, Et; R2 = Ph). The corresponding radicals 1 and 2 can be prepared by chemical or electrochemical reduction of the cations. Structural analysis of the radicals has been achieved by a combination of single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction methods. While the two sulfur radicals 1 adopt different space groups (P3(1)21 for R1 = Me and P(-)1 for R1 = Et), the two selenium radicals 2 (space groups P3(1)21 for R1 = Me and P3(2)21 for R1 =Et) are isostructural with each other and also with 1 (R1 = Me, R2 = Ph). Variable-temperature magnetic measurements on all four compounds confirm that they are undimerized S = 1/2 systems, with varying degrees of weak intermolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. Variable-temperature electrical conductivity measurements on the two selenium radicals provide conductivities sigma(300 K) = 7.4 x 10-6 (R1 = Et) and 3.3 x 10-5 S cm-1 (R1 = Me), with activation energies, E(act), of 0.32 (R1 = Et) and 0.29 eV (R1 = Me). The differences in conductivity within the isostructural series is interpreted in terms of their relative solid-state bandwidths, as estimated from Extended Hückel band-structure calculations. 相似文献

We study gravitational baryogenesis in the context of f(R, T) gravity where the gravitational Lagrangian is given by a generic function of the Ricci scalar R and the trace of the stress-energy tensor T. We explore how this type of modified gravity is capable to shed light on the issue of baryon asymmetry in a successful manner. We consider various forms of baryogenesis interaction and discuss the effect of these interaction terms on the baryon to entropy ratio in this setup. We show that baryon asymmetry during the radiation era of the expanding universe can be non-zero in this framework. Then, we calculate the baryon to entropy ratio for some specific f(R, T) models and by using the observational data, we give some constraints on the parameter spaces of these models. 相似文献

We study the thermodynamical structure of Einstein black holes in the presence of power Maxwell invariant nonlinear electrodynamics for two different cases. The behavior of temperature and conditions regarding the stability of these black holes are investigated. Since the language of geometry is an effective method in general relativity, we concentrate on the geometrical thermodynamics to build a phase space for studying thermodynamical properties of these black holes. In addition, taking into account the denominator of the heat capacity, we use the proportionality between cosmological constant and thermodynamical pressure to extract the critical values for these black holes. Besides, the effects of the variation of different parameters on the thermodynamical structure of these black holes are investigated. Furthermore, some thermodynamical properties such as the volume expansion coefficient, speed of sound, and isothermal compressibility coefficient are calculated and some remarks regarding these quantities are given. 相似文献

Nano‐structured self‐doped polythiophene (SPT) electrodeposited in the presence of fluorinated organic acid was applied as a thermally stable conductive polymer‐based solid‐phase microextraction (SPME) fiber candidate. Quantitative determination of trace levels of phthalate esters including dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) was carried out using this novel fiber, coupling with gas chromatography‐flame ionization detector (GC‐FID). The SPT coating was proved to be stable at high temperatures (~350°C) with a high extraction capacity and long lifetime (more than 60 times). Improved temperature resistance was obtained by the presence of sulfonated groups in the backbone of polymer. Thermal stability of novel SPT was superior to common polythiophene (synthesized in LiClO4). The extraction procedure was optimized by means of the Taguchi orthogonal array experimental design with an OA16 (45) matrix including extraction temperature, extraction time, salt concentration, stirring rate, and headspace volume. The good linearity was obtained for most compounds with correlation coefficients (R2) of between 0.993 and 0.995. The detection limits were lower than 0.12 ng/mL for dimethyl phthalate, DEP, dibutyl phthalate, and diethylhexyl phthalate. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of water samples with the recoveries from 90±1 to 107±1%. 相似文献

Two simple, mild, and efficient procedures for the thiocyanation of N‐heterocycles, substituted anilines (electron‐rich and electron‐deficient), and N‐substituted aromatic amines at room temperature are reported (Table 3). The first uses H2O2 as pollution‐free oxidant and the second H5IO6; both with the reagent potassium thiocyanate in H2O as solvent. These procedures provided the target thiocyanates after a short reaction time in good to excellent yields and high regioselectivity. 相似文献
