Reactions of 3-aryl-1-phenyl-2-propen-1-ones IIa-d with ethyl phenylacetate (I) in the presence of sodium ethoxide under reflux for one hour gave only the corresponding 3,5-diaryl-2,4-dibenzoyl-6-phenyl-cyclo-hexanones IIIa-d. The reaction of these compounds with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding 5-benzoyl-4,6-diaryl-3,7-diphenyl-1,4,5,6,7-pentahydro-1H-indazole IVa-d. The structures of the products were established by spectroscopic (ir, uv, nmr and mass spectra), single-crystal X-ray analysis and chemical evidence. 相似文献

Quantum communication provides an enormous advantage over its classical counterpart: security of communications based on the very principles of quantum mechanics. Researchers have proposed several approaches for user identity authentication via entanglement. Unfortunately, these protocols fail because an attacker can capture some of the particles in a transmitted sequence and send what is left to the receiver through a quantum channel. Subsequently, the attacker can restore some of the confidential messages, giving rise to the possibility of information leakage. Here we present a new robust General Nuser authentication protocol based on N-particle Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) states, which makes eavesdropping detection more effective and secure, as compared to some current authentication protocols. The security analysis of our protocol for various kinds of attacks verifies that it is unconditionally secure, and that an attacker will not obtain any information about the transmitted key. Moreover, as the number of transferred key bits N becomes larger, while the number of users for transmitting the information is increased, the probability of effectively obtaining the transmitted authentication keys is reduced to zero. 相似文献
The polarographic behavior of metal ions in perchlorate media containing gallic acid is described. Tungsten(VI) forms a complex with gallic acid which yields a single wave in these media, useful in the polarographic determination of tungsten. Evidence for complexation of chromium(III), copper(II), iron(III), molybdenum(VI), uranium(VI), vanadium(V), tungsten(VI), praseodymium(III), samarium(III), neodymium(III) and gadolinium(III) is obtained and the behavior of these metal ions is summarized. 相似文献
On the basis of a geometrical interpretation of the method of first harmonic of Haag—Krylov—Bogolioubov—Mitropolski, a new dynamical study of an oscillator with hysteresis is made. This consists in replacing the equation of motion by another approximate equation which conserves the nonlinearity of the original equation. This method is valid in the case of sinusoidal excitation, but it can be extended to the case of random excitation. In particular, in the case when this excitation is white noise the Fokker—Planck equation for the system can be written down with the help of certain assumptions which are physically realisable. Hence, all useful information concerning the response can be derived. 相似文献
Abstract N-Phenylmorpholine (1) reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to give the p-sulfonyl chloride (2), which was characterized as the sulfonamides (3–5). Benzothiazole (6) was converted into the sulfonyl chloride (7) by sequential treatment with hot chlorosulfonic acid and thionyl chloride. Reaction of (7) with amines afforded the derivatives (8–10); NMR spectral analysis of the dimethylamide (8) indicated that it was a mixture of the 4- and 7-isomers. Chlorosulfonation of 2-methylbenzothiazole (11) was achieved by heating with chlorosulfonic acid with or without thionyl chloride. The chloride (12) was converted into amides (13–19). Study of the NMR spectra indicated that mixtures of the 5- and 6-isomers were formed. 2,4,5-Triphenyloxazole (20) reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to give either the mono-(21), bis (23) or bis-tris sulfonylchlorides (23, 34); these were converted into 14 sulfonamides. 2-(p-Nitrophenyl)-4,5-diphenyloxazole (41) reacted with hot chlorosulfonic acid to give the bis-sulfonyl chloride (42), characterized as the dimethylsulfonamide (43). Attempts to form the pure monosulfonyl chloride and to mono nitrate 2,4,5-triphenyloxazole (20) were unsuccessful. 相似文献
Tungsten trioxide (WO3) is mainly studied as an electrochromic material and received attention due to N-type oxide-based semiconductors. The magnetic, structural, and optical behavior of pristine WO3 and gadolinium (Gd)-doped WO3 are being investigated using density functional theory. For exchange-correlation potential energy, generalized gradient approximation (GGA+U) is used in our calculations, where U is the Hubbard potential. The estimated bandgap of pure WO3 is 2.5 eV. After the doping of Gd, some states cross the Fermi level, and WO3 acts as a degenerate semiconductor with a 2 eV bandgap. Spin-polarized calculations show that the system is antiferromagnetic in its ground state. The WO3 material is a semiconductor, as there is a bandgap of 2.5 eV between the valence and conduction bands. The Gd-doped WO3’s band structure shows few states across the Fermi level, which means that the material is metal or semimetal. After the doping of Gd, WO3 becomes the degenerate semiconductor with a bandgap of 2 eV. The energy difference between ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AFM) configurations is negative, so the Gd-doped WO3 system is AFM. The pure WO3 is nonmagnetic, where the magnetic moment in the system after doping Gd is 9.5599575 μB. 相似文献
The usual no-cloning theorem implies that two quantum states are identical or orthogonal if we allow a cloning to be on the two quantum states. Here, we investigate a relation between the no-cloning theorem and the projective measurement theory that the results of measurements are either + 1 or − 1. We introduce the Kochen-Specker (KS) theorem with the projective measurement theory. We result in the fact that the two quantum states under consideration cannot be orthogonal if we avoid the KS contradiction. Thus the no-cloning theorem implies that the two quantum states underconsideration are identical in that case. It turns out that the KS theorem with the projective measurement theory says a new version of the no-cloning theorem. Next, we investigate a relation between the no-cloning theorem and the measurement theory based on the truth values that the results of measurements are either + 1 or 0. We return to the usual no-cloning theorem that the two quantum states are identical or orthogonal in the case.
A highly selective and sensitive method was developed for simultaneous determination of the antihistaminic drug hydroxyzine (HZ) and its pharmacologically active metabolite cetirizine (CZ) in human serum using haloperidol as internal standard. The method was based on fluorescence labeling of both drugs with a fluorescent arylboronic acid 4-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenyl boronic acid followed by separation on silica column using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water (90:10, v/v%) containing triethylamine and acetic acid. The labeling reaction conditions were optimized and the liquid-liquid extraction method was successfully applied to extract the both drugs from serum. The linearity range was 0.025-2.00 microg/mL for HZ and CZ. The limit of detection (S/N = 3) was 10 and 5 ng/mL for HZ and CZ, respectively. 相似文献
For most researchers, discovering new anticancer drugs to avoid the adverse effects of current ones, to improve therapeutic benefits and to reduce resistance is essential. Because the COX-2 enzyme plays an important role in various types of cancer leading to malignancy enhancement, inhibition of apoptosis, and tumor-cell metastasis, an indispensable objective is to design new scaffolds or drugs that possess combined action or dual effect, such as kinase and COX-2 inhibition. The start compounds A1 to A6 were prepared through the diazo coupling of 3-aminoacetophenone with a corresponding phenol and then condensed with two new chalcone series, C7–18. The newly synthesized compounds were assessed against both COX-2 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) for their inhibitory effect. All novel compounds were screened for cytotoxicity against five cancer cell lines. Compounds C9 and G10 exhibited potent EGFR inhibition with IC50 values of 0.8 and 1.1 µM, respectively. Additionally, they also displayed great COX-2 inhibition with IC50 values of 1.27 and 1.88 µM, respectively. Furthermore, the target compounds were assessed for their cytotoxicity against pancreatic ductal cancer (Panc-1), lung cancer (H-460), human colon cancer (HT-29), human malignant melanoma (A375) and pancreatic cancer (PaCa-2) cell lines. Interestingly, compounds C10 and G12 exhibited the strongest cytotoxic effect against PaCa-2 with average IC50 values of 0.9 and 0.8 µM, respectively. To understand the possible binding modes of the compounds under investigation with the receptor cites of EGFR and COX-2, a virtual docking study was conducted. 相似文献
