The petroleum ether extract of dried ground seeds of Piper nigrum Linn. and some column fractions of this extract were subjected to GC and GC-MS analysis, resulting in the identification of fourteen compounds (1-14) by using NIST Mass spectral search program 1998 and the Kovat's retention indices. Ten of the compounds (1, 2, 4-12) are reported for the first time from this plant. All the fractions showed insecticidal activity against the fourth instar larvae of Aedes aegypti and against the fourth instar larvae of Anopheles stephensi Liston, determined by the WHO method.  相似文献

The petroleum ether extract of dried ground whole fruits of Piper nigrum L. afforded 20 compounds (1-20) including two new insecticidal amides named as pipnoohine (1), and pipyahyine (2), seven reported for the first time from this plant (12, 13, 15-17, 19, 20), and eleven known compounds (3-11, 14, 18). The structure of 1 has been elucidated as (2E,4E,12Z)-N-(4-methylpentyl)octadeca-2,4,12-trienamide and that of 2 as (2E,4E,11E)-12-(benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-N-(3-methylbutyl)dodeca-2,4,11-trien-amide through extensive ID-, 2D-NMR spectral studies and chemical reactions. The known compounds have been identified through comparison of their spectral data with those reported in literature. 1 and 2 exhibited toxicity at 35.0 and 30.0 ppm respectively against fourth instar larvae of Aedes aegypti L. by WHO method.  相似文献

This article presents a theoretical study on a number of selected noble gas containing systems of the general formula FNgR and NgR (Ng = He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe and R = CH3, CN, CCH, BO, BNH, H, BeO, and AuF). The principal structures, bond energies, spectroscopic, and electronic properties of 28 noble gas containing molecules were investigated using density functional theory at the BMK level. Quantum theory of atoms in molecules, natural bond orbital, and several other analysis methods have been used to provide more insight into the nature of noble gas bonds. Although both F? Ng and Ng? R bonds in the investigated molecules are assigned to have partially covalent and partially electrostatic nature, the covalent character is dominant in Ng? R bonds. In the second part, the intermolecular interactions between FNgR molecules and hydrogen fluoride are overviewed with emphasis on the hydrogen bonding through the fluorine side of noble gas molecule with hydrogen of HF. The calculated interaction energies were found to decrease in magnitude going down the noble gas series. For all noble gases, the strongest hydrogen bond has been observed in the case R=CH3. On the contrary, using R=CN in the FNgR moiety weakens the interaction strength. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) can cause viral infection that attacks the liver and it is a major global health problem that put people at a high risk of death from cirrhosis of the liver and liver cancer. HBV has infected one third of the worldwide population, and 350 million people suffer from chronic HBV infection. For these reasons, development of an accurate, sensitive and expedient detection method for diagnosing, monitoring and assessing therapeutic response of HBV is very necessary and urgent for public health and disease control. Here we report a new strategy for detection of viral load quantitation of HBV based on colorimetric polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with DNAzyme-containing probe. The special DNAzyme adopting a G-quadruplex structure exhibited peroxidase-like activity in the presence of hemin to report colorimetric signal. This method has shown a broad range of linearity and high sensitivity. This study builds important foundation to achieve the specific and accurate detection level of HBV DNA with a low-cost and effective method in helping diagnosing, preventing and protecting human health form HBV generally all over the world and especially in developing countries.  相似文献

The methanolic extract of dried ground seeds of Piper nigrum Linn . afforded fourteen compounds, of which thirteen were amides, including two new isomeric insecticidal amides, pipsaeedine ( 1 ) and pipbinine ( 2 ), along with eleven known amides and piptaline; (this is the first report of isolation of these compounds from this plant). The structures of 1 and 2 have been elucidated as (E,E)‐1‐[(E)‐5‐(7‐{6‐[5‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)‐5‐oxopent‐3‐enyl]‐1,3‐benzodioxol‐4‐yl}‐1,3‐benzodioxol‐5‐yl)‐1‐oxopenta‐2,4‐dienyl]piperidine and (E,E)‐1‐[(E)‐5‐(4‐{6‐[5(piperidin‐1‐yl)‐5‐oxopent‐3‐enyl]‐1,3‐benzodioxol‐4‐yl}‐1,3‐benzodioxol‐5‐yl)‐1‐oxopenta‐2,4‐dienyl]piperidine, respectively, through extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectral studies, while the known constituents have been identified through comparison of their spectral data with those reported in the literature. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited toxicities of 45.0 and 40.0 ppm, respectively, against fourth instar larvae of Aedes aegypti Liston.  相似文献

A quantitative study on local aromaticity has been performed on a series of mono‐ and di‐substituted biheterocycles (quinoline, isoquinoline, quinoxaline, quinazoline). Three electronically based indices (PDI, ATI, and FLU) have been employed to investigate the substituent effect on the π‐electron delocalization in both heterocycle and benzenoid rings. Three typical substituents (Cl, OCH3, and CN) with different inductive and resonance power have been selected. Generally, substituent causes a reduction in aromaticity irrespective of whether it is electron attracting or electron donating. It is shown that the maximum aromaticity exhibits a similar trend of Cl > CN > OCH3 for all the studied rings. Moreover, it is found that the substituent situation with respect to the heteroatom has a significant influence on the aromaticity. It results from our study that in di‐substituted derivatives, irrespective of whether the two substituents form a meta or para isomer, they preferably choose the position which leads to the maximum aromaticity character. This article presents the static dipole polarizabilities of 4d transition-metal monohalides in the framework of density functional theory. The behavior of a large number of density functionals, including various types of the local spin density approximation (LSDA), the generalized gradient approximation (GGA), meta GGA (MGGA), hybrid GGA (HGGA), and hybrid meta GGA (HMGGA), has been assessed in polarizability calculations. The highly accurate CCSD(T) methodology is used to benchmark a variety of functionals. Our results indicate that there is a large variation in performance of the various functionals of each type in the calculation of the dipole polarizability. It turned out that, in the LSDA class, SVWN5 gives better results than SVWN3 for the reference values. Of the GGA methods, BP86 and BPW91 give the best results for our data set, followed by G96LYP. The TPSS functional is the best method of the MGGA class, followed by the VSXC and BB95 functionals. Moreover, the B98 and mPW1PW91 functionals are the best methods of the HGGA lineage, predicting the most accurate static dipole polarizabilities. Finally, TPSS1KCIS and PBE1KCIS are the best methods of the HMGGA functionals for that purpose. In general, it was found that the HGGA and HMGGA functionals provide the best performance.  相似文献

Viscosities of sodium chloride in concentration range 1 × 10?2 to 9 × 10?2 ± 0.001 mol dm?3, have been determined in aqueous and aqueous maltose systems (1.0 to 9.0 wt %) at different temperatures (298 to 323 K). The viscosity data have been analyzed by using Jones-Dole equation and the derived parameters A and B coefficients were also calculated. The data obtained from viscometric studies has been used to investigate the ion-solvent interaction and ion-ion interaction. Thermal effects on the ionic interactions were also examined under the light of transition state theory.  相似文献
