We investigated the effects of using different thicknesses of pure and vanadium-doped thin films of TiO_2 as the electron transport layer in the inverted configuration of organic photovoltaic cells based on poly(3-hexylthiophene) P3HT:[6-6] phenyl-(6) butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM). 1% vanadium-doped TiO_2nanoparticles were synthesized via the solvothermal method. Crystalline structure, morphology, and optical properties of pure and vanadium-doped TiO_2 thin films were studied by different techniques such as x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmittance electron microscopy, and UV–visible transmission spectrum. The doctor blade method which is compatible with roll-2-roll printing was used for deposition of pure and vanadium-doped TiO_2 thin films with thicknesses of 30 nm and 60 nm. The final results revealed that the best thickness of TiO_2 thin films for our fabricated cells was 30 nm. The cell with vanadium-doped TiO_2 thin film showed slightly higher power conversion efficiency and great J_(sc) of 10.7 mA/cm~2 compared with its pure counterpart. In the cells using 60 nm pure and vanadium-doped TiO_2 layers, the cell using the doped layer showed much higher efficiency. It is remarkable that the external quantum efficiency of vanadium-doped TiO_2 thin film was better in all wavelengths.  相似文献

Nonspecific high‐energy radiation for treatment of metastatic ovarian cancer is limited by damage to healthy organs, which can be mitigated by the use of radiosensitizers and image‐guided radiotherapy. Gold (Au) and tantalum oxide (TaOx) nanoparticles (NPs), by virtue of their high atomic numbers, find utility in the design of bimetallic NP systems capable of high‐contrast computed tomography (CT) imaging as well as a potential radiosensitizing effect. These two radio‐dense metals are integrated into dendritic mesoporous silica NPs (dMSNs) with radial porous channels for high surface‐area loading of therapeutic agents. This approach results in stable, monodispersed dMSNs with a uniform distribution of Au on the surface and TaOx in the core that exhibits CT attenuation up to seven times greater than iodine or monometallic dMSNs without either TaOx or Au. Tumor targeting is assessed in a metastatic ovarian cancer mouse model. Ex vivo micro‐CT imaging of collected tumors shows that these NPs not only accumulate at tumor sites but also penetrate inside tumor tissues. This study demonstrates that after intraperitoneal administration, rationally designed bimetallic NPs can simultaneously serve as targeted contrast agents for imaging tumors and to enhance radiation therapy in metastatic ovarian cancer.  相似文献

Photonic crystal ring resonators are promising candidates for realizing all optical filters with acceptable transmission efficiency and quality factor values. In this paper, by putting a12-fold quasi crystal at the middle of on 7 × 7 square cavity we created a ring resonator structure and designed a T-shaped channel drop filter. The drop wavelength of our filter is at 1551 nm, with transmission efficiency and quality factor equal to 90% and 387. Our structure is composed of dielectric rods immersed in air. Because in this kind of structures the dominant band gap is in TM mode, all of our simulations have been done in TM mode. The total footprint of our filter is 242.4 μm2, which makes it suitable for all optical integrated circuits.  相似文献

In this article we discuss the finite element discretization of the two-dimensional, incompressible, and turbulent boundary layers. The formulation of the momentum equation is essentially due to Baker and Soliman [1] with some modifications.The versatility and the accuracy of the method is established by considering several test cases. The antihypertensive drug amlodipine has been characterized voltammetrically in a carbon paste electrode by means of anodic stripping voltammetry. An adsorptive stripping method in a carbon paste electrode for trace determination of amlodipine has been described. Cyclic voltammetric studies indicated the oxidation of amlodipine besylate at the electrode surface through a single two-electron irreversible step fundamentally controlled by adsorption. A study of the variation in the peak current with solution variables such as pH, ionic strength, concentration of amlodipine, possible interference, and instrumental variables, such as preconcentration time and accumulation potential, has resulted in the optimization of the oxidation signal for analytical purposes. By anodic adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetry, the calibration plot was linear in the range 9.9 × 10?9 ? 1.4 × 10?7 M with a detection limit of 2 × 10?10 M in a carbon paste electrode at pH 11.0. The procedure was successfully applied to the assay of amlodipine besylate in some commercial products in the market (Amlopres®, Amlodipine, and Norvasc®). The percentage recoveries were in agreement with those obtained by the reference method.  相似文献

In this paper we give a classification of plane symmetric static space-times using symmetry method. For this purpose we consider the Lagrangian corresponding to the general plane symmetric static metric in the Noether symmetry equation. This provides a system of determining equations. Solutions of this system give us classification of the plane symmetric static space-times according to their Noether symmetries. During this classification we recover all the results listed in Feroze et al. (J. Math. Phys. 42:4947, 2001) and Bashir and Ehsan (Il Nuovo Cimento B 123:1, 2008).  相似文献
