Two novel amino acids imine ligands (H2L1 and H2L2) have been synthesized using green condensation reaction from 2‐[3‐Amino‐5‐(2‐hydroxy‐phenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐[1, 2, 4]triazol‐4‐yl]‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐propionic acid with benzaldehyde/p‐flouro benzaldehyde (1:1 molar ratio) in the presence of lemon juice as a natural acidic catalyst in aqueous medium. Their transition metal complexes have been prepared in a molar ratio (1:1). Characterization of the ligands and complexes using elemental analysis, spectroscopic studies, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and thermal analysis has been reported. E*, ΔH*, ΔS* and ΔG* thermodynamic parameters, were calculated to throw more light on the nature of changes accompanying the thermal decomposition process of these complexes. The molar conductance measurement of metal complexes showed nonelectrolyte behavior. The metal complexes of the two ligands have tetrahedral geometry with a general molecular structure [M(H2L)Xn], where [(M = Mn (II), Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), X = Cl, n = 2]; M = VO (II), X = SO4, n = 1] for H2L1. [M = Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II)] for H2L2. Antibacterial activity of the complexes against (Bacillis subtilis, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia coli), also antifungal activity against (Aspergillus niger, Candida Glabarta, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) have been screened. The results showed that all complexes have antimicrobial activity higher than free ligands. Molecular docking studies results showed that, all the synthesized compounds having minimum binding energy and have good affinity toward the active pocket, thus, they may be considered as good inhibitor of targeting PDB code: 1SC7 (Human DNA Topo‐isomerase I). 相似文献

An ultrasound-assisted nanoscaled supramolecular coordination polymer (nanosized 1′ ) has been synthesized using a self-assembly reaction of K3[Cu (CN)4] and hexamethylenetetramine in the presence of Me3SnCl under ambient conditions. Nanosized 1′ was examined using elemental analysis, Fourier transform–infrared, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffractions. It was structurally compared with the single crystal supramolecular coordination polymer ∞3[Cu6(CN)7(C6H12N4)2(OH3)]; SCP 1. The photocatalytic activities of nanosized 1′ and SCP 1 toward different hazardous organic dyes were determined under ambient, UV-light irradiation and ultrasonic conditions. SCP 1 and nanosized 1′ as heterogeneous nanoparticles catalysts exhibited high catalytic activity for degradation of Congo Red, Methyl Violet 2B and Methylene Blue dyes. The effects of operational parameters on catalytic degradation process, identification of the degradation products and recycling of the catalyst were also investigated. SCP 1 and nanosized 1′ are recyclable heterogeneous catalysts and can be reused with efficient activities. The mechanism of degradation using different scavenger techniques iss proposed and discussed. The catalytic oxidation process is mainly caused by •OH radicals. 相似文献

The present work succeeded to develop new optional procedures to enhance the separation process of thorium and REEs. Selective precipitation of thorium with pyrophosphate was successfully attained for the upscale level in which, complete and efficient thorium separation (99%) was achieved with relatively low co-precipitation of REEs (average 15%) and Fe(III) (2.6%). On the other hand, promising and costless method has been developed to optimize the selective precipitation of REEs by adjusting the ratio of the free acids H2SO4 to H3PO4 at 5:1. It could be obviously demonstrated that about 65.3% of LREEs could be precipitated with a minor amount of thorium 11.9%. Finally, this proposed method could be successfully applied for production of Th and REEs with relatively high yield and purity in addition to low-cost–benefit. 相似文献

The influence of 8 MeV electrons on the crystalline structure of HgTe and Hg1-xCdxTe thin films was studied. HgTe and Hg1-xCdxTe layers were obtained by thermal evaporation and condensation in vacuum on optically flat silica glass substrates heated at different temperatures. One finds that the results of irradiation of HgTe and Hg1-xCdxTe thin films with 8 MeV electrons depend on the preparation conditions of the samples, and therefore on the level of perfection of the crystalline structure and the quantity of nonstoichiometric atoms. 相似文献

This study was conducted to characterize the residual level and perform a risk assessment on buprofezin formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate, wettable powder, and suspension concentrate over various treatment schedules in plum (Prunus domestica). The samples were extracted with an AOAC quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe, ‘QuEChERS’, method after major modifications. As intrinsic interferences were observed in blank plum samples following dispersive‐solid phase extraction (consisting of primary secondary amine and C18 sorbents), amino cartridges were used for solid‐phase extraction. Analysis was carried out using liquid chromatography with diode array detection and confirmed by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. The method showed excellent linearity with determination coefficient (R2 = 1) and satisfactory recoveries (at two spiking levels, 0.5 and 2.5 mg/kg) between 90.98 and 94.74% with relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤8%. The limit of quantification (0.05 mg/kg) was considerably lower than the maximum residue limit (2 mg/kg) set by the Codex Alimentarius. Absolute residue levels for emulsifiable concentrates were highest, perhaps owing to the dilution rate and adjuvant. Abstract Alkylation of 4-anilino-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol (1) with some halo compounds yielded the corresponding sulfides 2a–f. Some sulfides 2e,f were cyclized to give triazolothiadiazines 3 and 4. Triazolothiadiazoles 5 and 6 were prepared through the reaction of compound 1 with carbon disulfide or ethyl orthoformate, respectively. Treatment of compound 1 with ethyl chloroformate or phenyl isothiocyanate yielded triazolo-thiadiazole and triazole 9 and 10, respectively. Reaction of compound 1 with Lawesson's reagent gave triazolothiadiazaphosphole derivative 11. Also, compound 1 underwent cyclocondensation reactions with some bidentate reagents to give triazolothiazines 4, 12, and 13. Triazolo-thiazepines and triaziepine 14–16 were synthesized via the reaction of compound 1 with β-ketoesters or ethyl cyanoacetate. Tricyclic systems 19 and 20 were prepared through the reaction of compound 4 with the appropriate reagent. Some synthesized compounds were tested for antibacterial activity. Thirty‐three species of mosquitoes have been reported from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Several of these mosquitoes, Anopheles gambiae Giles s.l., Anopheles stephensi Liston, Culex pipiens Linnaeus, Culex quinquefasciatus Say, Culex tritaeniorhynchus Giles, Stegomyia aegypti (Linnaeus) and Aedimorphus vexans arabiensis (Patton) are known vectors of human and animal diseases. In this study, the cuticular hydrocarbon profiles of eight mosquito species using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry were analyzed. Wild collected fourth‐instar larvae were reared, and single, newly emerged, unfed adult females were used for the analysis. A total of 146–160 peaks were detected from the cuticular extracts by gas chromatography. Repeated analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey HSD Post Hoc test was used to test for quantitative differences in relative hydrocarbon quantity. In addition, a linear regression model was applied using Enter method to determine the diagnostic peaks for the eight mosquito specimens. The ANOVA test indicated that relative peaks were significant (P < 0.05) when selected pairs of peaks were compared. Also, seven compounds showed qualitative differences among the five mosquito vectors tested. The classes of constituents present were n‐alkanes, monomethylalkanes, dimethylalkanes, trimethylalkanes, alkenes, branched aromatic hydrocarbons, aldehydes and esters. These compounds have a carbon chain length ranging from 8 to 18 carbons. The most abundant compound in all adult mosquito specimens was n‐hexylacrylate [retention time (RT) 6.73 min], which was not detected in Cx. pipiens. In Cx. pipiens, the most abundant peak was benzaldehyde (RT 2.98 min). Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry is a suitable method to identify adult mosquitoes, especially from focal areas of public health concern such as Jazan Province, Saudi Arabia.
