This work is aimed at providing physical insights about the interactions of cations, anion, and ion pairs of four imidazolium-based ionic liquids of \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{\text{n}} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\) with varying alkyl chain lengths (n = 2, 4, 6, and 8) using both DFT calculations and vibrational spectroscopic measurements (IR absorption and Raman scattering) in the mid- and far regions. The calculated Mulliken charge distributions of \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{\text{n}} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\) ion pairs indicate that hydrogen-bonding interactions between oxygen and nitrogen atoms (more negative charge) on \(\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]^{ - }\) anion and the hydrogen atoms (more positive charge) on the imidazolium ring play a dominating role in the formation of ion pair. Thirteen stable conformers of \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{2} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\) were optimized. According to our results, the strongest and weakest hydrogen bonds were existing in \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{2} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\) and \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{8} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\), respectively. A redshift of 290, 262, 258, and 257 cm?1 has been observed for cations involving \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{2} {\text{mim}}} \right]^{ + }\), \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{4} {\text{mim}}} \right]^{ + }\),\(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{6} {\text{mim}}} \right]^{ + }\), and stretching vibrations of \({\text{C}}12{-}{\text{H}}3\), respectively. By increasing the chain length, the strength of hydrogen bonds decreases as a result of \({\text{C}}12{-}{\text{H}}3\) bond elongation and less changes are observed in stretching vibrations of \({\text{C}}12{-}{\text{H}}3\) compared to the free cations. To the best of our knowledge, this research is the first work which reports the far-IR of \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{4} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\), \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{6} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\), and \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{8} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\) and the mid-IR of \(\left[ {{\text{C}}_{8} {\text{mim}}} \right]\left[ {{\text{NTF}}_{2} } \right]\).  相似文献

A homogeneous liquid‐liquid extraction performed in narrow tube coupled to in–syringe‐dispersive liquid‐liquid microextraction based on deep eutectic solvent has been developed for the extraction of six herbicides from tea samples. In this method, sodium chloride as a separation agent is filled into the narrow tube and the tea sample is placed on top of the salt. Then a mixture of deionized water and deep eutectic solvent (water miscible) is passed through the tube. In this procedure, the deep eutectic solvent is realized as tiny droplets in contact with salt. By passing the droplets from the tea layer placed on the salt layer, the analytes are extracted into them. After collecting the solvent as separated layer, it is mixed with another deep eutectic solvent (choline chloride/butyric acid) and the mixture is dispersed into deionized water placed in a syringe. After adding acetonitrile to break up the cloudy state, the collected organic phase is injected into gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry. Under optimal conditions, limits of detection and quantification in the ranges of 2.6–8.4 and 9.7–29 ng/kg, respectively, were obtained. The extraction recoveries and enrichment factors in the ranges of 70–89% and 350–445 were obtained, respectively.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Zusätze von Alkoholen und tiefere Arbeitstemperaturen verbessern die Bestimmungsmöglichkeiten des Ni neben Co durch Adsorptionsvoltammetrie in triethanolhaltigen Grundlösungen mit Dimethylglyoxim. Optimale Bedingungen zur Bestimmung des Ni neben einem 50–100fachen Co-Überschuß sind Zusatz von 50% Methanol und Arbeiten bei –10° C. Mit Lösungen von 5 ppb Ni wurden relative Standardabweichungen von 2,1% erhalten.
Influence of temperature and additional solvents on the determination of nickel in the presence of cobalt by adsorption voltammetry
Summary Lower working temperatures and additions of alcohols improve the possibilities for the determination of Ni in presence of Co in a supporting electrolyte containing triethanolamine and dimethylglyoxime. Optimal conditions for the determination of Ni in the presence of a 50–100-fold excess of Co are addition of 50% methanol and a working temperature of –10°C. With 5 ppb Ni standard deviations of 2.1% were obtained.

In this paper, a single optical ring resonator connected to a Sagnac loop is used to demonstrate theoretically a novel narrow band optical filter response that is based on Sagnac phase-shift Δφ. The given filter structure permits the Sagnac rotation to control the filter response. It is shown that by changing the Sagnac rotation rate, we can tune the filter response for desired bandwidths. To increase the wavelength selectivity of the filter, the Sagnac phase-shift should be as small as possible that is limited by the loop length. For Δφ=0.1 rad, the obtained FWHM is 2.63 MHz for tuning loop length of 2 m. The simulation response agrees fairly with the recently reported experimental result.  相似文献

A modified Levenberg–Marquardt method for solving singular systems of nonlinear equations was proposed by Fan [J Comput Appl Math. 2003;21;625–636]. Using trust region techniques, the global and quadratic convergence of the method were proved. In this paper, to improve this method, we decide to introduce a new Levenberg–Marquardt parameter while also incorporate a new nonmonotone technique to this method. The global and quadratic convergence of the new method is proved under the local error bound condition. Numerical results show the new algorithm is efficient and promising.  相似文献

In this research, the green synthesis of chromen derivatives in good yields is described via three‐component reactions of 4‐hydroxycumarine, aldehydes or ketones, and methyl ketones in the presence of KF/clinoptilolite nanoparticles (KF/CP‐NPs) under solvent‐free conditions at 50°C in low time. The present methodology suggests some advantages such as low reaction time, easy and simple procedure, green method, inexpensive catalyst, high yield of product, and existence of different substrates for performing these reactions. In addition, it should be mentioned that antioxidant activity was studied for some prepared compounds, such as 4a–4d, by DPPH radical trapping and reducing potential tests of ferric ion and then comparing results with TBHQ and BHT as synthetic antioxidants. In this study, compounds 4c was shown to have moderate DPPH radical trapping, and compounds 4b and 4d displayed good reducing power of ferric ion.  相似文献

Some drugs have two tautomeric structures in the liquid state and the tautomeric equilibrium is formed between these structures. The reaction rate and equilibrium constant of this reaction varies in different solvents. Thus, the determination of the appropriate solvent to separate tautomers is important. In this research, we used the DFT level of B3LYP and the 6-311++G** basis set to obtain the proper solvent for Nexium, Skelaxin, Aldara and Efavirenz drugs. All calculations were made above the melting point of the mentioned drugs, because these drugs are solid at room temperature. The solvent effect is included in the calculation utilizing the polarizable continuum model PCM. The transition state of the tautomeric reaction is determined using the quadratic synchronous transit (QST2) method. The geometry, energy, and dipole moment of transition states are analyzed in different solvent. The root mean square deviation (RMSD) analysis is performed to determine the degree of a structure deviation of tautomer 1 and tautomer 2 from the transition state in different solvents. It is found that the RMSD value for tatumer1 is higher than that for tautomer 2 in all studied drugs. The proper solvent for the separation of tautomers is determined from the analysis of thermodynamics and kinetics.  相似文献

Brevinin-2R, a member of a new family of antimicrobial peptides isolated from the skin of Rana ridibunda, displays antimicrobial activity against bacteria and fungi. In this study, we have used an assembly PCR method for the fast and extremely accurate synthesis of the brevinin-2R gene. A total of six primers were assembled in a single step PCR, and the assembly was then amplified by PCR to produce the final gene. The synthetic gene was cloned into the pET32a (+) vector to allow the expression of brevinin-2R as a Trx fusion protein in Escherichia coli. The results indicated that the expression level of the fusion protein could reach up to 25% of the total cell proteins. The expression products could be easily purified by Ni-NTA chromatography and released from the fusion protein by factor Xa protease. The peptide displayed antimicrobial activity similar to that of the purified brevinin that was reported earlier. This method allows the fast synthesis of a gene that optimized the overexpression in the E. coli system and production of sufficiently large amounts of peptide for functional and structural characterizations.  相似文献
