三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺简称NTB与Ni(Ⅱ)的硝酸盐形成配合物C28H35N9O9S2Ni。本文报道其合成,红外光谱及晶体结构。该化合物为三斜晶系,空间P1↑-,a=9.650(3),b=12.716(2),c=14.436A,α=11.46(2),β=91.66(3),γ=97.55(2)°,V=1718(2)A^3,Z=2,F(000)=793,Dc=1.48g/cm^3,Mr=764.1  相似文献

A spectrophotometric study of the kinetics and mechanism of the oxidation of malic acid (Mal) by chromium(VI) catalyzed by 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy) in aqueous acidic medium was conducted in a temperature range of ~298 to 313 K. This reaction was found to be pseudo-first order with respect to Cr(VI) and first order with respect to malic acid. Under the conditions of the pseudo-first order ([Mal]o ? [Cr(VI)]o), the observed rate constant (k obs) increased with the increase in [H+] and [bpy]. There was a weak negative salt effect. Based on the experimental results, a possible reaction mechanism for this oxidation catalyzed by bpy is proposed. The rate equation derived from this mechanism can explain all the experimental phenomena.  相似文献

A series of 2-benzyl-1,3-dicabonyl derivatives was synthesized.Their insulin-sensitizing activity was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells.Compounds3,26 and 27 were found to possess strong insulin-sensitizing activity in vitro and were selected for further hypoglycemic evaluation in vivo.  相似文献

Three series of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines (2-chloromercurio-ferrocenylimines) have been studied using 13C NMR spectroscopy. Good to excellent linear relationships have been found to exist between the chemical shifts of the carbon atoms in the ferrocenyl moiety and normal Hammett substituent constants σm and σp. The δ values of the iminyl carbon atoms show excellent linear correlations with the σ values. In three series of the ferrocenes, the sensitivity of the carbon atoms to the substituent effect is different, which is discussed in terms of the twist angle between the N-phenyl ring and the C---C=N---C plane. The relative sensitivity of the chemical shifts on different positions in ferrocenyl moiety to the substituent effect has also been presented.  相似文献

The mercuration of a series of aryliminomethylferrocenes occurred predominantly in an ortho-position of the substituted ferrocenyl ring to yield 2-mercurated ferrocenylimines. The regiospecificity of this reaction suggests that the mercury is directed into the ortho-position by coordination of the mercury to imino nitrogen with subsequent electrophilic substitution. The chromatographic and spectral properties of the 2-mercurated products show the presence of an intramolecular N → Hg coordination via the five-membered ring in these molecules, which was further confirmed by the single-crystal structure analysis of 2-chloromercuro-1-[(4-methoxyphenylimino)methyl]ferrocene.  相似文献

A new taxane glycoside was isolated from a methanol extract of the needles of Taxus cuspidata. The structure was established as 2alpha,9alpha,10beta-triacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-13-one-5alpha-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) on the basis of 1D- and 2D NMR and high-resolution fast atom bombardment mass spectral analyses.  相似文献

A versatile two-step wet process to fabricate Pt, Pd, Rh, and Ru nanoparticle films (simplified as nanofilms hereafter) for in situ attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) study of electrochemical interfaces is presented, which incorporates an initial chemical deposition of a gold nanofilm on the basal plane of a silicon prism with the subsequent electrodepostion of desired platinum group metal overlayers. Galvanostatic electrodeposition of Pt, Rh, and Pd from phosphate or perchloric acid electrolytes, or potentiostatic electrodeposition of Ru from a sulfuric acid electrolyte, yields sufficiently "pinhole-free" overlayers as evidenced by electrochemical and spectroscopic characterizations. The Pt group metal nanofilms thus obtained exhibit strongly enhanced IR absorption. In contrast to the corresponding metal films electrochemically deposited directly on glassy carbon and bulk metal electrodes, the observed enhanced absorption for the probe molecule CO exhibits normal unipolar band shapes. Scanning tunneling microscopic (STM) images reveal that fine nanoparticles of Pt group metals are deposited around wavy and stepped bunches of Au nanoparticles of relatively large sizes. This ubiquitous strategy is expected to open a wide avenue for extending ATR surface-enhanced IR absorption spectroscopy to explore molecular adsorption and reactions on technologically important transition metals, as exemplified by successful real-time spectroscopic and electrochemical monitoring of the oxidation of CO at Pd and that of methanol at Pt nanofilm electrodes. The spectral features of free water molecules coadsorbed with CO on Pt, Pd, Rh, and Ru are also discussed.  相似文献

A selective, sequential C–O decarboxylative vinylation/C–H arylation of cyclic alcohol derivatives enabled by visible-light photoredox/nickel dual catalysis is described. This protocol utilizes a multicomponent radical cascade process, i.e. decarboxylative vinylation/1,5-HAT/aryl cross-coupling, to achieve efficient, site-selective dual-functionalization of saturated cyclic hydrocarbons in one single operation. This synergistic protocol provides straightforward access to sp3-enriched scaffolds and an alternative retrosynthetic disconnection to diversely functionalized saturated ring systems from the simple starting materials.
