Novel Sesquiterpenoids from Siegesbeckia orientalis

Five new sesquiterpenoids, namely, 8β‐(angeloyloxy)‐4β,6α,15‐trihydroxy‐14‐oxoguaia‐9,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid 12,6‐lactone ( 1 ), 4β,6α,15‐trihydroxy‐8β‐(isobutyryloxy)‐14‐oxoguaia‐9,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid 12,6‐lactone ( 2 ), 11,12,13‐trinorguai‐6‐ene‐4β,10β‐diol ( 3 ), (1(10)E,4E,8Z)‐8‐(angeloyloxy)‐6α,15‐dihydroxy‐14‐oxogermacra‐(1(10),4,8,11(13)‐tetraen‐12‐oic acid 12,6‐lactone ( 9 ), and (1(10)E,4β)‐8β‐(angeloyloxy)‐6α,14,15‐trihydroxygermacra‐1(10),11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid 12,6‐lactone ( 11 ), and three new artifacts, (1(10)E,4Z)‐8β‐(angeloyloxy)‐9α‐ethoxy‐6α,15‐dihydroxy‐14‐oxogermacra‐1(10),4,11(13)‐trien‐12‐oic acid 12,6‐lactone ( 6 ), (1(10)E,4Z)‐8β‐(angeloyloxy)‐9α,13‐diethoxy‐6α,15‐dihydroxy‐14‐oxogermacra‐1(10),4‐dien‐12‐oic acid 12,6‐lactone ( 7 ), and (1(10)E,4Z)‐8β‐(angeloyloxy)‐9α‐ethoxy‐6α,15‐dihydroxy‐13‐methoxy‐14‐oxogermacra‐1(10),4‐dien‐12‐oic acid 12,6‐lactone ( 8 ), together with the three known sesquiterpenoids 4, 5 , and 10 , were isolated from the aerial parts of Siegesbeckia orientalis L. Their structures were established by spectral methods, especially 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectral methods.     

高效液相色谱法同时测定香兰素与邻位香兰素

茶叶中多元素的微波消解等离子体发射光谱法测定

采用密闭式微波消解系统处理茶叶样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定茶叶样品中铜、铁、锌、锰、钡和铝6种元素.分别从消解液的选择、用酸量及样品消解量等方面进行消解条件的优化,对测定钡、铝元素存在的干扰进行了讨论.各元素的检出限范围为0.15～0.65μg·g-1,回收率为98.6%～106%,精密度为0.8%～5.3%...     

Assessment and distinction of commercial soy protein isolate product functionalities using viscosity characteristic curves

To simplify the assessment method of soy protein isolate（SPI） functionalities,the viscosity and functionalities of commercial SPI products were studied.Viscosity value（y） increases with increasing concentration（x） and exhibits a highly significant correlation with the exponential equation y = a·e^bx.The b values of products are gradually enhanced from dispersion,emulsion and injected to gel type.Products with low b values（<0.2）,and high dispersivity were dispersion-type.Products having high b values （>0.4） and gel springiness were gel-type.The other products with centered b value（0.2-0.4）,high solubility and emulsifying capacity were emulsion-type.     

液体顶空-气相色谱法测定食品接触苯乙烯聚合物中单体及溶剂残留

提出了液体顶空-气相色谱法测定食品接触苯乙烯聚合物中残留单体及溶剂的方法。采用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶解聚合物,使其中残留单体及溶剂完全释放,并在优化的工作条件下,以基体匹配校正法绘制工作曲线,有效消除基质效应。7种分析物检出限(3S/N)在0.2～4.1mg.kg-1之间。测得方法的回收率在93.2%～103.2%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.1%～5.6%之间。     

Synthesis,biological evaluation and SAR studies of benzimidazole derivatives as H1-antihistamine agents

A series of benzimidazole derivatives have been designed,synthesized and evaluated for H₁ antihistamine activity.Six compounds have showed potent antihistamine H₁ activity.The primary SAR analysis indicated that benzyl or benzylidinyl substituted on the exo-nitrogen atom and C2 of the benzimidazole were significant.Further experiments indicated that compound 17d displayed excellent activity to reduce mast cell degranulation,moderate anti-PAF activity and decreased potency on hERG compared to astermizole.Hence compound 17d could serve as anti-allergic agent for further development.     

多孔硅表面钝化对其发光性能的影响

报道多孔硅（PS）的表面钝化对其光致发光（PL）和电致发光（EL）的影响。PL和EL谱表明,经钝化处理的PS的PL和EL强度明显增强,且发光峰位较大蓝移;存放实验表明,经钝化处理的PS的PL和EL发光强度和发光峰位具有较好的稳定性;I～V曲线显示,经钝化处理的PS发光器件具有较低的启动电压。这些结果表明：用钝化处理的方法是提高PS的PL和EL强度和稳定性及改善其器件性能的有效途径。     

meso-四(对烷氧苯基)卟啉金属配合物的合成和性能研究(Ⅱ)

合成了Zn、Pb两个系列卟啉金属配合物12个,其中6个为未见文献报道的新化合物,用元素分析、IR、UV、1HNMR、MS确证了其结构.总结了Zn、Pb与卟啉类配体配合的IR、UV、1H NMR判据.研究了这两个系列化合物的液晶性能,发现9个化合物具有液晶性.
