均苯三甲酸铕及铕镧配合物的合成及荧光性质

以均苯三甲酸为配体,水热条件下合成了均苯三甲酸铕及铕镧系列发光配合物La_xEu_1-x(BTC)·nH₂O(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9),通过元素分析及化学滴定法测定了配合物的组成。用红外光谱对其进行了表征,确定了该系列配合物的组成为La_xEu_1-x(BTC)·nH₂O。研究了系列配合物的荧光性质,荧光光谱表明:该类配合物均能发出强的铕离子的特征荧光,并且镧元素的掺入能增强铕配合物的发光强度,但发射峰的位置基本上没有变化;其中⁵D₀→⁷F₁和⁵D₀→⁷F₂的跃迁发射较强,且均劈裂为两个峰(587,593nm)和(611,618nm),这是由于铕离子所处的配位环境引起的。     

一种新型可调谐锁模光纤激光器

利用法布里-珀罗腔的激光二极管作为调制器件，实现环形腔光纤激光器的主动锁模。并利用法布里-珀罗腔的激光二极管的多纵模特性，把激光二极管当作一梳状滤波器，通过偏振控制器来调整入射到激光二极管内光的偏振态，同时均衡腔内增益，得到波长大范围可调谐的锁模激光，其脉冲宽度约为48ps，脉冲重复速率2GHz。     

双纠缠原子在耗散腔场中的纠缠动力学

研究了能量损耗腔中,两纠缠二能级原子与单模辐射场相互作用过程中原子的纠缠动力学.结果表明:双纠缠原子的纠缠度演化特性决定于初始两原子间的纠缠度、纠缠形式、腔场的平均光数、腔场的衰变系数.当原子初始处于一特定纠缠态时,其纠缠度可以放大,并且不受腔场损耗的影响. 关键词： 二能级原子 纠缠度 密度算符 单模辐射场     

Single-mode rib polymer waveguides and electro-optic polymer waveguide switches

Mode-matching and effective index methods are used to analyze single-mode operation of optical rib polymer waveguides. Their single-mode waveguiding conditions are determined. Single-mode rib waveguides fabricated from guest–host polyetherketone are presented. The estimated propagation loss of straight rib-waveguides is 0.7 dB/cm at 1.55 μm. Furthermore, by using the mode field-transfer matrix method, 2×2 and 4×4 polymer Mach–Zehnder interference switch operating at 1.55 μm wavelength has been designed based on optical multi-mode interference.     

Co-P非晶态合金电子性质和局域结构的理论研究

根据Co P非晶态合金结构的短程有序和结构中可能存在P -P相互作用的实验事实 ,选择了单磷原子簇模型ConP(n =1～ 5 )和双磷原子簇模型ConP2 (n =1～ 4 ) ,用密度泛函理论方法对其进行计算 .结果表明 ,在单磷Co2 P( 2 ) 、Co3 P( 1) 及Co4P( 2 ) 模型体系中 ,Co原子供给P原子电子 ,与电负性规则一致 ,同时Co和P之间具较强化学作用 ,可以形成稳定的原子簇 ;而在双磷和单磷原子簇Co5P( 1) 模型体系中 ,形成的原子簇不稳定 ,采用单磷Co2 P( 2 ) 、Co3 P( 1) 及Co4P( 2 ) 模型能较好地反映Co P非晶态合金的结构特点 .

This paper undertakes a systematic treatment of the low regularity local wellposedness and ill-posedness theory in Hs andHs for semilinear wave equations with polynomial nonlinearity in u and (e)u. This ill-posed result concerns the focusing type equations with nonlinearity on u and (e)tu.     

Deposition of Hydrogen-Free Silicon Nitride Thin Films by Microwave ECR plasma Enhanced Magnetron Sputtering at Room Temperature

Hydrogen-free silicon nitride （SiNx） films were deposited at room temperature by microwave electron cyclotron resonance （MW-ECR） plasma enhanced unbalance magnetron sputtering system. Both Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are used to study the bonding type and the change of bonding structures of the silicon nitride films. The results indicate that the chemical structure and composition of SiNx films deposited by this technique depend strongly on the N2 flow rates, the stoichiometric SiNx film, which has the highest hardness of 22.9 GPa, could be obtained at lower N2 flow rate of 4 sccm.     

Three-Step Predictor-Corrector of Exponential Fitting Method for Nonlinear Schroedinger Equations

We develop the three-step explicit and implicit schemes of exponential fitting methods. We use the three- step explicit exponential fitting scheme to predict an approximation, then use the three-step implicit exponential fitting scheme to correct this prediction. This combination is called the three-step predictor-corrector of exponential fitting method. The three-step predictor-corrector of exponential fitting method is applied to numerically compute the coupled nonlinear Schroedinger equation and the nonlinear Schroedinger equation with varying coefficients. The numerical results show that the scheme is highly accurate.     

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of novel pyrimidoquinoline derivatives under microwave irradiation without catalyst

A series of pyrimidoquinoline derivatives were synthesized through one‐pot condensation of 2,6‐diaminopyrimidin‐4‐one, aldehyde and cyclic a 1,3‐dicarbonyl compound in glycol under microwave irradiation without catalyst. The protocol in the absence of catalyst has the advantage of good yield (87‐95%), short reaction time (4‐7 min) and an environmentally friendly technique.     

全光纤脉冲压缩器的理论及实验研究

对色散位移光纤＋普通单模光纤构成的全光纤脉冲压缩器进行了理论分析，分析了压 缩效果与光纤参数及输入脉冲参数的关系；对不同中心波长和脉宽的主动锁模光纤激光器的 输出脉冲进行了压缩实验，均得到了近变换限Sech的压缩脉冲，实验结果与理论分析一致. 关键词： 全光纤脉冲压缩器 压缩因子 基座能量 主动谐波锁模光纤 激光器
