采用乙酸乙酯为环型和线型聚苯乙烯的非良溶剂, 确定了Mark-Houwink方程分别为[η]_r=1.91×10~(-2)·M~(0.607)和[η]_l=4.06×10~(-2)·M~(0.572)。研究了环型和线型聚苯乙烯的激基缔合物的荧光效应。通过稀溶液中环型和线型高分子线团在柔顺性上存在着差异, 解释了二者之间在荧光效应方面的差异, 并根据实验结果,确定了(I_E/I_M)c→0~M关系式分别为(I_E/I_M)r,c→0=1.91+3.40×10~(-6)M和(I_E/I_M)l,c→0=2.15+3.05×10~(-6)M。  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) procedure has been evaluated to establish a routine test in the clinical laboratory for measuring the profiles of estrogen and progestin receptor isoforms in human breast and endometrial tumors. This procedure will be used to determine if there is a relationship between particular isoform profiles and response to various endocrine therapies. Evaluation of various HPLC modes has shown that high-performance ion-exchange chromatography (HPIEC) with silica-based anion exchangers offers a promising approach. In this paper, we have compared HPIEC columns of different lengths (10 and 25 cm) and pore sizes (300, 500 and 1,000 A) in order to obtain an optimal separation procedure. Because of receptor lability, all investigations were performed at 4 degrees C. The mobile phase consisted of 10-500 mM phosphate buffer, supplemented with the stabilizing agent, sodium molybdate at pH 7.4. Recoveries from each of the columns were between 70-100%. The length of the column did not influence significantly the retention time and salt concentration required for elution of receptor proteins. However, pore sizes appeared to alter these parameters. With a larger pore size (1,000 A), the retention of proteins was lower (elution with 50 mM phosphate) than that observed with the 500-A pore size column (elution with 100 mM phosphate) or of the 300-A pore size column (elution with 150 mM phosphate). Based solely on recovery patterns and peak shape, we conclude that separation of receptor isoforms on a 1,000-A, 25-cm column is best suited for clinical analysis.  相似文献

Using reaction rate data collected in aprotic solvents, we have determined that the Baylis-Hillman rate-determining step is second order in aldehyde and first order in DABCO and acrylate. On the basis of these data, we have proposed a new mechanism involving a hemiacetal intermediate. The proposed mechanism was then supported using two different kinetic isotope experiments.  相似文献

In this paper, adsorption characteristics of methyl mercaptan on virgin activated carbon and copper chloride impregnated activated carbons were studied by using a dynamic adsorption method in a fixed bed. The activated carbons were characterized by nitrogen adsorption, XRD, TGA and solubility tests. The impregnation of copper chloride on the activated carbon significantly enhanced the adsorption capacity of methyl mercaptan, despite a notable decrease in microporosity. It is likely that copper chloride may act as adsorption site for methyl mercaptan. Copper chloride on the activated carbon in a range of 3-20 wt% Cu content was present mostly in the amorphous form of CuCl(2), according to the results of the solubility, XRD and TGA tests. Starting at 10 wt% in Cu loading, the adsorption capacity for methyl mercaptan decreases gradually. It is likely that a decrease in the degree of copper chloride dispersion and an accessibility of small pores may lead to the decrease in the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon for methyl mercaptan.  相似文献

Unusual ZnO microspheres constructed of interconnected sheetlike nanostructures were prepared by the hydrothermal synthesis approach. These microspheres possess high surface areas (28.9 m(2)/g) and are amorphous. Trisodium citrate plays a key role in directing the formation of these microstructures. By increasing the reaction time, these microspheres gradually dissolved to form short hexagonal microrods with stacked nanoplate or nanosheet structure. The microrods were also formed under the influence of trisodium citrate. They are crystalline and show a strong (002) X-ray diffraction peak of wurtzite ZnO structure. Both microsphere and microrod samples show near-band-edge emission at approximately 385 nm, but only the microrod sample exhibits yellow luminescence at approximately 560 nm. Due to their high surface areas, these ZnO microstructures were examined for their ability to photodecompose phenol. The as-prepared samples did not display photocatalytic activity due to possible surface adsorption of solution species. However, microspheres with heat treatment to 300 degrees C can substantially enhance the photodecomposition of phenol under direct sunlight irradiation and still maintain their high surface area nanosheet structure.  相似文献

Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of functionalized azobenzene thiols (RAzoCnSH, n=3-6 for R=H, abbreviated as AzoCnSH; and n=4 for R=CH(3)CONH, abbreviated as aaAzoC4SH) on different substrates RAzoCnSz.sbnd;z.sfnc;S (S represents substrates of vacuum-deposited gold (Au), silver foil (Ag), HNO(3) etched silver foil (EAg), and silver mirror (mAg)) have been studied by SERS in the near-infrared region. SERS of the SAMs on EAg and/or mAg exhibit SERS effects that vary with etching time and/or deposition time. The most appropriate time is 5 s for etching in 1:1 HNO(3) and 40 s for deposition in 0.1 M Ag(NH(3))(2)NO(3). Further, a layer of Ag mirror was conveniently deposited on the top of the SAMs on different substrates, yielding a more efficient SERS-active system possessing a "sandwiched" structure of mAgz.sfnc;RAzoCnS-z.sfnc;S. An appropriate surface roughness is required for the strongest SERS effect. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that there exist a large number of projects around 100 nm on the surface showing the strongest SERS effect. When the surface roughness is decreased or increased, the SERS effect decreases sharply. The relationship between the SERS effect and the structural nature was investigated and showed that the enhancement factor decays exponentially with increasing in distances of the azobenzene group from the underlying substrate or the overlying silver mirror. This result reveals that the SERS effect may be the result of the electromagnetic coupling effect between two metal layers.  相似文献

The synthesis of novel cavitands containing four fluorophores [tert-butoxycarbonyl protected 2,2′-bis(furyl)benzidine (t-BOC FurylBz) or 5,5′-bis(4-aminophenyl)-2,2′-bifuryl (t-BOC PFDA)] and ionophoric functional groups on the upper rim is reported. The cavitands bearing the four fluorophores emit blue light photoluminescence. In particular, the cavitand containing PFDA moieties exhibits a high photoluminescence quantum yield.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Fe(C17H14P)2]2[Sb4Cl16]·C2H6O, the Fe atoms lie on inversion centres and the pairs of cyclopentadienyl rings are consequently in a fully staggered conformation. The centrosymmetric anionic clusters formed by [Sb4Cl16]4? are surrounded by the cations and are held together by weak C—H?Cl interactions.
