We suggest a design method of graded-refractive-index (GRIN) antireflection (AR) coating for s-polarized or p-polarized light at off-normal incidence. The spectrum characteristic of the designed antireflection coating with a quintic effective refractive-index profile for a given state of polarization has been discussed. In addition, the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the refractive index profile of the GRIN antireflection for reducing the mean reflectance of s- and p-polarizations. The average reflectance loss was reduced to only 0.04% by applying optimized GRIN AR coatings onto BK7 glass over the wavelength range from 400 to 800 nm at the incident angle of θ0 =70°. 相似文献

从第一性原理出发,在局域密度近似下,采用基于密度泛函理论的平面波超软赝势计算方法系统地研究了高压对BaHfO3电子结构与光学性质的影响.能带结构分析表明;无压强和施加正压强作用时,BaHfO3为直接带隙绝缘体,而施加负压强时,BaHfO3则转变为间接带隙半导体;BaHfO3的带隙随压强增加而减小,且具有明显的非线性关系.对光学性质的分析发现:施加正压强后,光学吸收带边产生蓝移;负压强作用时介电函数虚部尖峰减少,光学吸收带边产生红移;施加压强后BaHfO3的静态介电常数和静态折射率均增大.上述研究表明施加高压有效调制了BaHfO3的电子结构和光学性质,计算结果为BaHfO3光电材料的设计与应用提供了理论依据. 相似文献

基于密度泛函理论体系下的广义梯度近似(GGA),利用第一性原理方法研究了BaHf0.5Ti0.5O3的电子结构和光学性质.计算结果表明,BaHf0.5Ti0.5O3是一种间接带隙半导体材料,其导带底主要由Ba、Hf和Ti的d态电子构成,价带顶则主要由O的p态、Hf和Ti的d态电子构成;理论计算的介电函数最高峰的峰位与实验结果吻合较好,相对误差小于4%;吸收系数最大峰值为2.43×105cm-1,且吸收主要集中在低能区,静态折射率为2.01,能量损失峰出现在13.24 eV处.研究结果为BaHf0.5Ti0.5O3光电材料设计与应用提供了理论依据. 相似文献

A simultaneous measurement method for the retardation and the fast axis angle of the eighth-wave plate in real time is proposed. The beam emitted from the laser passes through the circular polarizer and the eighth-wave plate to be measured successively, and then is split by the Dammann grating to form three sub-beams. They are analyzed by an analyzer array and detected by a detector array. Three detection signals are obtained simultaneously to calculate the retardation and the fast axis angle in real time. In experiments, a crystal quartz sample is measured at different fast axis angles. The average and standard deviation of its retardation respectively are 40.9°and 0.5°. The maximum measurement deviation of the fast axis angle is 2.1°. The usefulness of the method is verified. 相似文献

Superhydrophobic surfaces have shown inspiring applications in microfluidics, and self-cleaning coatings owing to water-repellent and low-friction properties. However, thermodynamic mechanism responsible for contact angle hysteresis (CAH) and free energy barrier (FEB) have not been understood completely yet. In this work, we propose an intuitional 3-dimension (3D) droplet model along with a reasonable thermodynamic approach to gain a thorough insight into the physical nature of CAH. Based on this model, the relationships between radius of three-phase contact line, change in surface free energy (CFE), average or local FEB and contact angle (CA) are established. Moreover, a thorough theoretical consideration is given to explain the experimental phenomena related to the superhydrophobic behavior. Strontium ferrite particles were firstly prepared by sol-gel method and self-propagating synthesis, and then the polyaniline/strontium ferrite/multiwalled carbon nanotubes composites were synthesized through in situ polymerization approach. Structure, morphology and properties of the composite were characterized by various instruments. XRD analysis shows that the output of PANI increases with the increase of the content of MWCNTs, due to the large surface area of MWCNTs. Because of the coating of PANI, the outer diameter of MWCNTs increases from 10 nm to 20-40 nm. The electrical conductivity of the composites increases with the amount increase of MWCNTs and reaches 7.2196 S/cm in the presence of 2 g MWCNTs. The coercive force of the composites prepared with 2 g MWCNTs is 7457.17 Oe, which is much bigger than that of SrFe12O19 particles 6145.6 Oe, however, both the saturation magnetization and the remanent magnetization of the composite become much smaller than those of SrFe12O19 particles. The electromagnetic properties of the composite are excellent in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz, which mainly depend on the dielectric loss in the range of 2-9 GHz, and mainly on the magnetic loss in the range of 9-18 GHz. 相似文献

在心率变异性的非线性分析中,Poincare散点图分析是一种重要手段.本文基于Poincare差值散点图(modified Poincare plot)提出了两个参数—区域分布熵和区域分布系数,用于定量描述所考察区域内散点的分布趋势,并提出对散点在4个象限中的分布进行分别计算.通过对MIT-BIH数据库中健康年轻人、健康老年人和充血性心力衰竭患者样本数据的分析,发现两参数值均呈现显著的组间差异;同时,不同象限的分析结果显示了四个象限具有不同的区分敏感性,而其中尤以第一象限的区分度为最高,反映出充血性心力衰竭患者相对健康人迷走神经调控功能的改变最为显著,与以往的生理学研究结论相符.经验证,该方法可用于短时数据,更易于扩展至临床应用. 相似文献
