基于LabVIEW的远程水质检测

本文设计了一个基于LabVIEW的实现远程水质硬度状况检测的实时在线酸度计系统。该系统利用酸度电极、前置放大器、数据采集卡,将由电极传来的电信号采集进入计算机。在计算机里对信号进行滤波等处理后将电信号按能史特公式换算成为酸度值,并通过LabVIEW中的Datasocket技术实现远程网络传输。

Synthesis and the effect of alkyl chain length on photochromic properties of diarylethene derivatives

A new class of photochromic diarylethenes bearing pyrrole and thiophene units with different length of alkyl chains at 2-position of thiophene rings have been synthesized. Their characteristics, including photochromism and fatigue resistance were investigated systematically, and each diarylethene derivative showed good photochromic properties whether in solution or in PMMA films. The alkyl group moiety was connected directly to the central cyclopentene ring as a heteroaryl unit and availably participated in photoisomerization reaction. And some properties, for example, the conversion ratio in the photostationary state(PSS) and the absorption coefficient of the ring-closed isomers in acetonitrile were significantly affected by the alkyl chain length. The results revealed that substituents of alkyl chain played an important role in the photoisomerization process of diarylethenes.     

Julia烯烃合成法在天然产物全合成中的应用新进展

Julia烯烃合成法可通过使用不同芳杂基砜和控制反应条件等方法改变反应活性,提高反应立体选择性,从而使其在天然产物的全合成中得到重要的应用.综述了近年来Julia烯烃合成法(包括Julia-Lythgoe反应;Modified-Julia反应;Julia-kocieński反应)在天然产物全合成中的应用进展.     

二氧化钛光催化体系中的羟基自由基的测定

通过ESR光谱测定表明TiO2悬浮液在紫外光照射下产生羟基自由基氧化物种.羟基自由基氧化酸性桃红(sulforhodamine B,SRB)使其褪色,在565 nm处用分光光度法测定其吸光度值的变化,可间接测定羟基自由基的生成量.确定了体系的最佳实验条件pH为2.5;SRB浓度为2.0×10-5mol/L;TiO2浓度为0.1 g/L;光照时间为12 min.采用抗坏血酸为羟基自由基清除剂,测定了其自由基清除率,表明拟定该体系可作为筛选抗氧化剂的方法之一.     

Aerosol observation in Fengtai area, Beijing

Measurements of aerosol number concentration and particulate matter with diameter less than 10 μm （PM10） mass concentrations of urban background aerosols were performed in Fengtai area, Beijing in 2006. Black carbon （BC） was collected simultaneously from the ground and analyzed to determine the particulate matter components. To satisfy the interest in continuous monitoring of temporal and spatial distribution of aerosols, the relationship between extinction coefficient （visibility） measured by lidar remote sensing and the aerosol number concentration measured from the ground was derived by using statistical method. Vertical particle number concentration profile within the planetary boundary layer could be inversed through the lidar data as well as the statistical relation.     

催化荧光法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)

在ＨＡc－ＮaＡc缓冲介质中,痕量铬（Ⅵ）对过氧化氢与罗丹明Ｂ的氧化还原反应具有催 化作用,使罗丹明Ｂ的荧光减弱,据此建立了催化荧光法测定痕量铬（Ⅵ）的新方法。方法的检测限为３．３２ｒｇ／Ｌ,测定范围为０．０１～０．１６ｍｇ／ＬＣｒ（Ⅵ）。本法已用于测定电镀液、电镀废液中痕量Ｃr（Ⅵ）,结果令人满意。     

Molecularly imprinted polymer coated on stainless steel fiber for solid-phase microextraction of chloroacetanilide herbicides in soybean and corn

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with metolachlor as template was firstly coated on stainless steel fiber through chemical bonding strategy to solve the fragility problem of silica fiber substrate for solid-phase microextraction. The surface pretreatment of stainless steel fiber and the polymerization conditions were investigated systematically to enhance the preparation feasibility and MIP coating performance, and then a porous and highly cross-linked MIP coating with 14.8-μm thickness was obtained with over 200 times re-usability which was supported by non-fragile stainless steel fiber adoption. The MIP coating possessed specific selectivities to metolachlor, its metabolites and other chloroacetanilide herbicides with the factors of 1.1–4.6. Good extraction capacities of metolachlor, propisochlor and butachlor were found with MIP coating under quick adsorption and desorption kinetics, and the detection limits of 3.0, 9.6 and 38 μg L⁻¹ were achieved, respectively. Moreover, the MIP-coated stainless steel fiber was evaluated for trace metolachlor, propisochlor and butachlor extraction in the spiked soybean and corn samples, and the enrichment factors of 54–60, 27–31 and 15–20 were obtained, respectively.     

茶汤及河水中铬的形态分析

本文采用７１７型强碱性阴离子交换树脂、活性炭分离富集与偶氮胂Ⅲ光度法结合，研究了铬形态的分离及测定，提出了铬的形态分析方法，有此法测定了茶汤及河水中铬的总量，悬浮态．溶解态、无机态、有机态、Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）和Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）。茶汤中铬主要以有机态存在，而河水中铬则主要以悬浮态存在。     

硝酸镧对长柄扁桃试管苗生根的影响

通过极差分析研究了不同浓度的硝酸镧和生长素组合对长柄扁桃试管苗生根的影响。结果表明:对长柄扁桃生根影响的主次因素为硝酸镧(La(NO3)3)>吲哚丁酸(IBA)>吲哚乙酸(IAA),最优组合为La(NO3)320 mg·L-1+IBA 0.2 mg·L-1+IAA 0.2 mg·L-1。在此条件下培养42 d后,长柄扁桃试管苗根的诱导频率达到89%,平均根长达到9.2 cm,每株根的平均个数为9.7个。对长柄扁桃的根组织活力进行测定,结果表明添加镧的处理组根系还原力是对照(不加镧)组的1.57倍。经过移栽驯化2个月后,长柄扁桃组培苗的移栽成活率达到94%,株高是对照的1.53倍。
