研究了核黄素的化学发光性质,建立了一种测定核黄素的化学发光新方法,并应用于实际样品中核黄素的测定,与文献相比,本方法无需避光,而且分析体系和样品处理简单;干扰小,牛血清白蛋白、抗坏血酸、天冬氨酸等8种生物有机物质和 Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)等15种常见金属离子的允许量较大;核黄素溶液浓度在0. 10~50 mg/L范围内,与化学发光强度成正比,方法线性范围宽;测定1.0mg/L核黄素溶液12次,求得相对标准偏差为2.9%,方法精密度高;方法的检测限为0.075 mg/L,灵敏度高。 相似文献

A novel cationic gemini surfactant has been readily synthesised in 70 % total yield. The functional gemini surfactant can act both as an emulsifier and an atom transfer radical polymerisation (ATRP) initiator in mini-emulsion polymerisation of methyl methacrylate (MMA), in which no other emulsifier was required. 1-(Dimethylamino)dodecane (N,N-dimethyldodecylamine, DMDA) was found to be a good ligand in the activator generated by electron transfer (AGET) ATRP reaction. Granular nanowires with a diameter of about 60 nm were fabricated from cuprous oxide (Cu2O) by an electrochemical method using anodic aluminium oxide as the template. A non-enzymatic sensor for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was then developed on the basis of a gold electrode modified with Cu2O nanowires and Nafion. The resulting sensor enables the determination of H2O2 with a sensitivity of 745 μA?mM?1?cm?2, over a wide linear range (0.25 μM to 5.0 mM), and with a low detection limit (0.12 μM). The results demonstrate that the use of such granular nanowires provides a promising tool for the design of non-enzymatic chemical sensors. Figure

Layer-by-layer fluorescent conjugated polyelectrolyte films have been studied. The photoluminescence of conjugate polyelectrolytes was observed to be highly tunable during this film assembly process. Non-lamellar lyotropic liquid crystalline (LLC) lipid nanoparticles contain internal multidimensional nanostructures such as the inverse bicontinuous cubic and the inverse hexagonal mesophases, which can respond to external stimuli and have the potential of controlling drug release. To date, the internal LLC mesophase responsiveness of these lipid nanoparticles is largely achieved by adding ionizable small molecules to the parent lipid such as monoolein (MO), the mixture of which is then dispersed into nanoparticle suspensions by commercially available poly(ethylene oxide)–poly(propylene oxide) block copolymers. In this study, the Reversible Addition-Fragmentation chain Transfer (RAFT) technique was used to synthesize a series of novel amphiphilic block copolymers (ABCs) containing a hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) block, a hydrophobic block and one or two responsive blocks, i.e., poly(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzyl acrylate) (PTBA) and/or poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA). High throughput small angle X-ray scattering studies demonstrated that the synthesized ABCs could simultaneously stabilize a range of LLC MO nanoparticles (vesicles, cubosomes, hexosomes, inverse micelles) and provide internal particle nanostructure responsiveness to changes of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) concentrations, pH and temperature. It was found that the novel functional ABCs can substitute for the commercial polymer stabilizer and the ionizable additive in the formation of next generation non-lamellar lipid nanoparticles. A new type of aromatic tetraamine containing biphenyl moiety in the side chain was synthesized via a modified Chichibabin's reaction.3-Nitro-4-acetamidoacetophenone was reacted with 4-phenyl benzaldehyde in the presence of ammonium acetate to obtain 2,6-bis(3',4'-diaminophenyl)-4-biphenyl pyridine(DPPA).A series of polypyrrolones(PPys) were prepared using tetraamine and various aromatic dianhydrides via a two-step cyclization procedure.All the PPys show excellent high temperature stabilities with the initial decomposition temperatures of 530-549℃ and residual weight ratio of 49%-80% at 750℃ in nitrogen.The polymers exhibit no apparent glass transition temperatures(T_gs)except PPy-1 (T_g=327℃),which is derived from tetraamine DPPA and 2,2-bis[4-(3',4'-dicarboxyphenoxy)-phenyl]propane dianhydride (BPADA).In addition,the polymers have acceptable mechanical properties with the tensile strength of 65-94 MPa.The PPy films show excellent hydrolysis-resistance in alkaline aqueous medium and could maintain most of the properties even after boiling in 10% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution for a week. 相似文献

Thermal decomposition of 1,1-dibromo-2-(silylmethyl)cyclopropanes, which were quantitatively prepared by treatment of allylsilane derivatives with CHBr3/KO(t)Bu, afforded substituted 2-bromo-1,3-butadienes with elimination of bromosilanes. The Pd-catalyzed reaction of the bromodienes with soft nucleophiles gave the allene derivatives. Previously inaccessible tri- and tetrasubstituted allenes can be prepared by this method as well. 相似文献

Colloidal ZnO particles with narrow size distribution were prepared via a sol-gel process by base-catalyzed hydrolysis of zinc acetate. The morphology of ordered arrays of the particles was recorded by SEM. SEM also reveals that these uniform particles were composed of tiny ZnO subunits (singlets) sized of several nanometers. The size of the singlets, which is confirmed by X-ray diffraction and UV-vis absorption spectra, increases as the aging time is prolonged. The size-selective formation of colloids by aggregation of nanosized subunits is proposed to consist of two-stage growth by nucleation of nanosized crystalline primary particles and their subsequent aggregation into polycrystalline secondary colloids. The aggregates are all spherical because the internal rearrangement processes are fast enough. The ZnO colloids, i.e., the aggregates, tend to self-assemble into well-ordered hexagonal close-packed structures. Room-temperature photoluminescence was characterized for green and aged ZnO. 相似文献
