Indirect echoes (such as stimulated echoes) are a source of signal contamination in multi-echo spin-echo T2 quantification and can lead to T2 overestimation if a conventional exponential T2 decay model is assumed. Recently, nonlinear least square fitting of a slice-resolved extended phase graph (SEPG) signal model has been shown to provide accurate T2 estimates with indirect echo compensation. However, the iterative nonlinear least square fitting is computationally expensive and the T2 map generation time is long. In this work, we present a pattern recognition T2 mapping technique based on the SEPG model that can be performed with a single pre-computed dictionary for any arbitrary echo spacing. Almost identical T2 and B1 maps were obtained from in vivo data using the proposed technique compared to conventional iterative nonlinear least square fitting, while the computation time was reduced by more than 14-fold. 相似文献

A fairly selective and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the trace determination of nitrite in aqueous solution is described. The titled ion reacts with indole in acidic medium to form a soluble pink-red product, which is measured at 530 nm. Maximum absorbance is achieved in 10 min and remains constant for about 45 min. This method is applicable to water samples containing 0–2 μg/ml with a relative error of 0.0 to–0.8%, and relative standard deviation of 0.3–0.8%, depending on the concentration level. The optimum reaction conditions affecting and related to the color reaction and interferences due to foreign ions have been studied. 相似文献

The objectives of this study were to examine the influence interfacial composition on environmental stresses stability of oil in water emulsions. An electrostatic layer-by-layer deposition method was used to create the multilayered interfacial membranes with different compositions: (i) primary emulsion (Soy protein Isolate); (ii) secondary emulsion (Soy protein Isolate – OSA-starch); (iii) tertiary emulsion (Soy protein isolate – OSA-starch – chitosan). Fourier transform-infrared (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results confirmed the adsorption of charged polyelectrolyte onto oppositely charge polyelectrolyte-coated oil droplets. The stability of primary, secondary, and tertiary emulsions to thermal treatment (30 min at 30–90°C), pH (3–7) and NaCl (0–500 mM) were determined using ζ-potential, particle diameter, and microstructure analysis. Primary emulsions were unstable at pH 4–7, salt concentrations, and thermal treatments. Secondary emulsions were stable to creaming and droplet aggregation at pH 3–5, at ≤50 mM NaCl, and unstable at thermal treatments, whereas tertiary emulsions were stable at all salt concentrations, thermal treatments, and at pH 3–6. These results demonstrate that these polymers can be used to engineer oil in water emulsion systems and improve the emulsion stability to environmental stresses. 相似文献

It is the purpose of this paper to extract unlike intermolecular potential energies of five carbon dioxide-based binary gas
mixtures including CO2–He, CO2–Ne, CO2–Ar, CO2–Kr, and CO2–Xe from viscosity data and compare the calculated potentials with other models potential energy reported in literature. Then,
dilute transport properties consisting of viscosity, diffusion coefficient, thermal diffusion factor, and thermal conductivity
of aforementioned mixtures are calculated from the calculated potential energies and compared with literature data. Rather
accurate correlations for the viscosity coefficient of afore-cited mixtures embracing the temperature range 200 K < T < 3273.15 K is reproduced from the present unlike intermolecular potentials energy. Our estimated accuracies for the viscosity
are to within ±2%. In addition, the calculated potential energies are used to present smooth correlations for other transport
properties. The accuracies of the binary diffusion coefficients are of the order of ±3%. Finally, the unlike interaction energy
and the calculated low density viscosity have been employed to calculate high density viscosities using Vesovic–Wakeham method. 相似文献

A MnO2/CdTiO3 is prepared by a simple chemical method. The organic compound such as antibiotics is a contaminant found in large amounts in pharmaceutical industrial wastewater. Pharmaceutical compounds are toxic. The nano‐product was characterized by SEM, XRD, XPS, DLS and UV–vis DRS revealed that the MnO2 nanoparticles were supported on the CdTiO3 surface. The crystallite size was found as 72.11 nm, and 38.13 nm for CdTiO3, and MnCdTi‐1 nanocomposites, respectively. The prepared catalyst was used for photo‐degradation of cephalexin under UV light irradiation. The result implies the complete degradation of cephalexin was carried out at 80 min for MnCdTi‐2 nanocomposites (88.88%) due to this catalyst has the lowest band gap compared to the other catalyst. The MnO2/CdTiO3 was selected for fungicidal and bactericidal efficiency against Aspergillus flavus, and candida albicans and Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. The MnO2/CdTiO3–2 has great activity is compared with the other MnO2/CdTiO3–0 and MnO2/CdTiO3–1 samples. 相似文献

The reaction of [(Me2S)AuCl] with an equimolar amount of benzyl isocyanide (PhCH2NC) ligand led to the formation of complex [(PhCH2NC)AuCl] ( 1 ). The solid‐state structure of 1 was determined using the X‐ray diffraction method. Through a salt metathesis reaction, the chloride ligand in 1 was replaced by pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate (SpyN?) to afford the complex [(PhCH2NC)Au(η1‐S‐Spy)] ( 2 ), which was characterized spectroscopically. The cytotoxic activities of 1 and 2 were evaluated against three human cancer cell lines: ovarian carcinoma (SKOV3), lung carcinoma (A549) and breast carcinoma (MCF‐7). Complex 2 showed higher cytotoxicity than cisplatin against SKOV3 and MCF‐7 cancer cell lines. It showed a strong anti‐proliferative activity with IC50 of 7.80, 6.26 and 6.14 μM, compared with that measured for cisplatin which was 7.62, 12.36 and 11.47 μM, against A549, SKOV3 and MCF‐7 cell lines, respectively. The induction of cellular apoptosis by 2 was also studied on MCF‐7 cell line. Our results indicated that 2 could induce apoptosis in cancerous cells in a dose‐dependent manner. 相似文献
