A novel, mixed-valent copper(I)-copper(II) complex, {[bis(ethylene-diamine)copper(II)] bis[diiodocuprate(I)]} (1), has been prepared by electrochemical dissolution of a sacrificial copper anode in a solution of ethylenediamine (en), I2 and tetraethylammoniumperchlorate (TEAP) as supporting electrolyte in acetonitrile (AcN)and characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure determination. The crystal structure of the complex 1 shows that it consists of a CuI2 polymer formed from I- ligands bridging Cu(I) ions, with a nearly square planar geometry of bivalent Cu(II) atoms chelated by two ethylenediamine ligands. The results also show that direct electrosynthesis of the complex had high current efficiency, purity and electrolysis yield.  相似文献

This research proposes a new extendable platform for an unmanned ground vehicle to overcome the obstacle climbing issue. The new platform is basically established on scissor mechanism principles which have been innovated to achieve long and rigid displacement. A couple of scissor mechanisms are embedded in the rover platform adjusting the mass center of rover respect to the rear and front wheels. Accordingly, it yields geometric control of the contact forces, which can simultaneously reduce the slip of the wheels and increase the performance of the obstacle climbing up. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed platform, the 3D kinematics is derived. Subsequently, the stick-slip Euler-Lagrange dynamics is derived and a three-level controller including the torque optimization is implemented to simulate the rover facing obstacles. Finally, without any hardware prototyping, the extendable rover is simulated and compared with a typical fixed-geometry rover to show the enhancement of the climbing ability by using the proposed concept. Moreover, controlling the normal contact forces of the wheels yields the slip reduction, which subsequently, increases the traction force.  相似文献

Cancers have always been the most difficult to fight, the treatment of cancer is still not considered. Thus, exploring new anticancer drugs is still imminent. Traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the treatment of cancer. Polyphenol oxidase (PPO) extracted from Edible mushroom has many related reports on its characteristics, but its role in cancer treatment is still unclear. This study aims to investigate the effects of PPO extracted from Edible mushroom on the proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis of cancer cells in vitro and explore the therapeutic effects of PPO on tumors in vivo. A cell counting kit-8 (CCK8) assay was used to detect the effect of PPO on the proliferation of cancer cells. The effect of PPO on cancer cell migration ability was detected by scratch test. The effect of PPO on the invasion ability of cancer cells was detected by a transwell assay. The effect of PPO on the apoptosis of cancer cells was detected by flow cytometry. Female BALB/c mice (18–25 g, 6–8 weeks) were used for in vivo experiments. The experiments were divided into control group, model group, low-dose group (25 mg/kg), and high-dose group (50 mg/kg). In vitro, PPO extracted from Edible mushroom significantly inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasion capability of breast cancer cell 4T1, lung cancer cell A549, and prostate cancer cell C4-2, and significantly promoted the apoptosis of 4T1, A549, and C4-2. In vivo experiments showed PPO inhibitory effect on tumor growth. Collectively, the edible fungus extract PPO could play an effective role in treating various cancers, and it may potentially be a promising agent for treating cancers.  相似文献

Cellulosic polysaccharides have increasingly been recognized as a viable substitute for the depleting petro-based feedstock due to numerous modification options for obtaining a plethora of bio-based materials. In this study, cellulose triacetate was synthesized from pure cellulose obtained from the waste lignocellulosic part of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.). To achieve a degree of substitution (DS) of the hydroxyl group of 2.9, a heterogeneous acetylation reaction was carried out with acetic anhydride as an acetyl donor. The obtained cellulose ester was compared with a commercially available derivative and characterized using various analytical methods. This cellulose triacetate contains approximately 43.9% acetyl and has a molecular weight of 205,102 g·mol1. The maximum thermal decomposition temperature of acetate was found to be 380 °C, similar to that of a reference sample. Thus, the synthesized ester derivate can be suitable for fabricating biodegradable and “all cellulose” biocomposite systems.  相似文献

In this study, for the first time, a composite fluff pulp was produced based on the combination of softwood (i.e., long-length fiber), hardwood (i.e., short-length fiber), non-wooden pulps (i.e., bagasse) and bentonite, with specific amounts to be used in hygienic pads (e.g., baby diapers and sanitary napkins). After the defibration process, the manufactured fluff pulp was placed as an absorbent mass in diapers and sanitary napkins. Therefore, tests related to the fluff pulp, such as grammage, thickness, density, ash content, humidity percentage, pH and brightness, tests related to the manufactured baby diapers, such as absorption capacity, retention rate, retention capacity, absorption time and rewet, and tests related to the sanitary napkin, such as absorption capacity and rewet, were performed according to the related standards. The results demonstrated that increasing the amount of bagasse pulp led to increasing the ash content, pH and density of fluff pulp and decreasing the brightness. The addition of bentonite as a filler also increased ash content and pH of fluff pulp. The results also demonstrated that increasing of bagasse pulp up to 30% in combination with softwood pulp led to increasing absorption capacity, retention rate, retention capacity, absorption time and rewet of baby diapers and of sanitary napkins.  相似文献

Vicilin has nutraceutical potential and different noteworthy medicative health-promoting biotic diversions, and it is remarkable against pathogenic microorganisms and insects. In this study, Vigna aconitifolia vicilin (VacV) has been identified and characterized from the seed of Vigna aconitifolia (Jacq.) Marechal (Moth beans). LC-MS/MS analysis of VacV provided seven random fragmented sequences comprising 238 residues, showing significant homology with already reported Vigna radiata vicilin (VraV). VacV was purified using ammonium sulfate precipitation (60%) followed by size exclusion chromatography on Hi-Load 16/60 Superdex 200 pg column and anion-exchange chromatography (Hi trap Q FF column). Purified VacV showed a major ~50 kDa band and multiple lower bands on 12% sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) under both reduced and non-reduced conditions. After all, a three-dimensional molecular structure of VacV was predicted, which showed β-sheeted molecular conformation similar to crystallographic structure of VraV. All Vicilins from V. aconitifolia and other plants were divided into six sub-groups by phylogenetic analysis, and VacV shared a high degree of similarity with vicilins of Vigna radiata, Pisum sativum, Lupinus albus, Cicer arietinum and Glycine max. Additionally, VacV (20 μg) has significant growth inhibition against different pathogenic bacteria along strong antifungal activity (50 μg). Likewise, VacV (3.0 mg) produced significant growth reduction in Rice Weevil Sitophilus oryzae larvae after 9 days compared with control. Furthermore, by using MMT assay, the cytotoxicity effect of VacV on the growth of HepG2 liver cancerous cells was tested. VacV showed cytotoxicity against the HepG-2 line and the acquired value was 180 µg after 48 h. Finally, we performed molecular docking against caspase-3 protein (PDB ID: 3DEI) for VacV bioactive receptor interface residues. Hence, our results reveal that VacV, has nutraceutical potential and moth beans can be used as a rich resource of functional foods.  相似文献

Chlorothricin (CHL) belongs to a spirotetronate antibiotic family produced by Streptomyces antibioticus that inhibits pyruvate carboxylase and malate dehydrogenase. For the biosynthesis of CHL, ChlB3 plays a crucial role by introducing the 6-methylsalicylic acid (6MSA) moiety to ChlB2, an acyl carrier protein (ACP). However, the structural insight and catalytic mechanism of ChlB3 was unclear. In the current study, the crystal structure of ChlB3 was solved at 3.1 Å-resolution and a catalytic mechanism was proposed on the basis of conserved residues of structurally related enzymes. ChlB3 is a dimer having the same active sites as CerJ (a structural homologous enzyme) and uses a KSIII-like fold to work as an acyltransferase. The relaxed substrate specificity of ChlB3 was defined by its catalytic efficiencies (kcat/Km) for non-ACP tethered synthetic substrates such as 6MSA-SNAC, acetyl-SNAC, and cyclohexonyl-SNAC. ChlB3 successfully detached the 6MSA moiety from 6MSA-SNAC substrate and this hydrolytic activity demonstrated that ChlB3 has the potential to catalyze non-ACP tethered substrates. Structural comparison indicated that ChlB3 belongs to FabH family and showed 0.6–2.5 Å root mean square deviation (RMSD) with structural homologous enzymes. Molecular docking and dynamics simulations were implemented to understand substrate active site and structural behavior such as the open and closed conformation of the ChlB3 protein. The resultant catalytic and substrate recognition mechanism suggested that ChlB3 has the potential to use non-native substrates and minimize the labor of expressing ACP protein. This versatile acyltransferase activity may pave the way for manufacturing CHL variants and may help to hydrolyze several thioester-based compounds.  相似文献

Entropy is a thermodynamic function in chemistry that reflects the randomness and disorder of molecules in a particular system or process based on the number of alternative configurations accessible to them. Distance-based entropy is used to solve a variety of difficulties in biology, chemical graph theory, organic and inorganic chemistry, and other fields. In this article, the characterization of the crystal structure of niobium oxide and a metal–organic framework is investigated. We also use the information function to compute entropies by building these structures with degree-based indices including the K-Banhatti indices, the first redefined Zagreb index, the second redefined Zagreb index, the third redefined Zagreb index, and the atom-bond sum connectivity index.  相似文献
