Copolymerization of sodium acrylamidostearate (NaAAS) and oleic acid was performed in the lamellar liquid crystal (LLC) formed by NaAAS, oleic acid and water, in the absence of N.N’-methylenebisacrylamide (MBAA) and in the presence of MBAA, respectively. In the absence of MBAA, after the polymerization the lamellar structure remained, and the disorder of the lamellar liquid crystal was, to some extent, enhanced. Surface tension, small-angle X-ray diffraction, viscosity, and fluorescence methods were used to study the properties of the linear copolymer. The linear polymeric surfactant behaves like  相似文献

The free radical copolymerization of (5-bromo-1-Benzofuran-2-yl)(phenyl)-O-methacrylketoxime (BPMKO) with 2-(4-acetylphenoxy)-2-oxoethyl-2-methylacrylate(AOEMA) has been carried out in 1, 4-dioxane at 65°C ± 1 and was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and gel permeation chromatography. Elemental analysis was used to determine the molar fractions of BPMKO and AOEMA in the copolymers. The monomer–reactivity ratios were calculated according to the general copolymerization equation using Kelen-Tüdõs and Finemann-Ross linearization methods. The reactivity ratios indicated a tendency toward random copolymerization. The polydispersity indices of the polymers were determined by gel permeation chromatography and suggested a strong tendency for chain termination by disproportionation. The thermal behaviors of copolymers with various compositions were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The glass-transition temperature of the copolymers increased with increasing BPMKO content in the copolymers. All the products showed moderate activity against different strains of bacteria and fungi.  相似文献

Abstract

In the present investigation, the authors could obtain a new series of spiranes (1) through the reaction of the high potential quinone tetrachloro-o-benzoquinone with 2-aryl-3-phenyl-3H-quinazoline-4-thiones. Thus, 2,3-diphenyl- (2a), 2-p-tolyl-3-phenyl- (2b) and 2-p-anisyl-3-phenyl- (2c)-3H-quinazoline-4-thiones react readily with tetrachloro-o-benzoquinone, in boiling toluene, to give the corresponding spiro-1,3-benzodioxole-2,4′-(3′H)-quinazolines (1a-c), respectively.  相似文献

The dissociation constants of carminic acid (7-D-glucopyronosyl-3,5,6,8-tetra- hydroxy-1-methyl-9,10-dioxo-anthracene-2-carboxylic acid) (CA), together with the stability constants of its Cu(II), Zn(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Hg(II) complexes, were studied potentiometrically in aqueous medium at 25.0?(1)?°C, and at the ionic background of 0.1?mol?dm?3 of NaCl, and determined with the SUPERQUAD computer program. It has been observed that carminic acid has five dissociation constants, and for H5L their values are 3.39?(7), 5.78?(7), 8.35?(7), 10.27?(7), and 11.51?(7). This ligand behaves as a bi-dentate ligand, and the carboxyl and the ortho hydroxy groups of the ligand coordinate to the metal ions. Various metal complexes were produced in solution under the experimental conditions, for each metal ion used, including hydrolyzed species. The species distribution curves of the complexes formed in the solution were calculated and reviewed. The stability of the complexes was found to follow the order: Cu(II) > Zn(II) > Ni(II) > Co(II) > Hg(II).  相似文献

Catalytic decomposition of methane has been studied extensively as the production of hydrogen and formation of carbon nanotube is proven crucial from the scientific and technological point of view. In that context, variation of catalyst preparation procedure, calcination temperature and use of promoters could significantly alter the methane conversion, hydrogen yield and morphology of carbon nanotubes formed after the reaction. In this work, Ni promoted and unpromoted Fe/Al2O3 catalysts have been prepared by impregnation, sol–gel and co-precipitation method with calcination at two different temperatures. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 physisorption, temperature programmed reduction (TPR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. The catalytic activity was tested for methane decomposition reaction. The catalytic activity was high when calcined at 500 °C temperature irrespective of the preparation method. However while calcined at high temperature the catalyst prepared by impregnation method showed a high activity. It is found from XRD and TPR characterization that disordered iron oxides supported on alumina play an important role for dissociative chemisorptions of methane generating molecular hydrogen. The transmission electron microscope technique results of the spent catalysts showed the formation of carbon nanotube which is having length of 32–34 nm. The Fe nanoparticles are present on the tip of the carbon nanotube and nanotube grows by contraction–elongation mechanism. Among three different methodologies impregnation method was more effective to generate adequate active sites in the catalyst surface. The Ni promotion enhances the reducibility of Fe/Al2O3 oxides showing a higher catalytic activity. The catalyst is stable up to six hours on stream as observed in the activity results.  相似文献

The synthesis of two tetrathiafulvalene-appended pyridinehydrazone pyrimidine ligands, namely (Z)-4-(2-((5-([2,2′-bi(1,3-dithiolylidene)]-4-yl)pyridin-2-yl)methylene) hydrazinyl)-6-chloropyrimidine L1 and (Z)-4-(2-((6-([2,2′-bi(1,3-dithiolylidene)]-4-yl)pyridin-2-yl)methylene) hydrazinyl)-6-chloropyrimidine L2 is described. Ligand L1 was reacted with cobalt(II) to yield a cationic metal complex [Co(L1)2] while ligand L2 was reacted with zinc(II) to afford a neutral metal complex [ZnL2Cl2]. The crystal structure analysis of [Co(L1)2] indicate that Co(II) ion is coordinated by six nitrogen atoms from two perpendicular ligands while in [ZnL2Cl2], Zn(II) is coordinated by two chlorine atoms and three nitrogen atoms. The electrochemical behavior indicate that ligands L1 and L2 and the zinc(II) complex are suitable fort the preparation of crystalline radical cation salts. Finally the determination of MIC80 values against C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. parapsilosis, C. krusei and E. dermatitidis revealed that the cobalt(II) metal complex [Co(L1)2] is active against all the studied fungi.  相似文献

A palladium(II)-bis(oxazoline) complex supported on silica (Pd-BOX-Si) was prepared, characterized and applied as a catalyst in Mizoroki–Heck cross-coupling reactions. The bis(oxazoline) (BOX) ligand has a hydroxyl group that can be anchored to 4-benzyl chloride-functionalized silica gel, followed by the coordination of palladium(II) chloride. The catalytic activity and the recyclability of Pd-BOX-Si have been investigated in the production of cinnamic acid derivatives via Mizoroki–Heck coupling reactions of acrylates with aryl halides; The Pd-BOX-Si catalyst demonstrated excellent catalytic activity. Characterization of the recycled Pd-BOX-Si catalyst revealed its good stability under the reaction conditions employed.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Fe(C17H14P)2]2[Sb4Cl16]·C2H6O, the Fe atoms lie on inversion centres and the pairs of cyclopentadienyl rings are consequently in a fully staggered conformation. The centrosymmetric anionic clusters formed by [Sb4Cl16]4? are surrounded by the cations and are held together by weak C—H?Cl interactions.
