氟甲砜霉素注射液含量及其有关物质的HPLC测定

为建立测定氟甲砜霉素注射液含量的方法,采用高效液相色谱法,选用Agilent EclipseXDB-C8柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),Lab Alliance C8保护柱(4.6 mm×10 mm,5μm),流动相为(V乙腈) V(水)=35 65,流量1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长224 nm,进量样20μL,柱温为室温。结果表明,方法的线性范围为10.0～400μg.mL-1(r=0.999 6),最低检测限2.0 ng。回收率98.7%～101.2%,RSD 0.30%～1.22%(n=5)。方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于氟甲砜霉素注射液的质量控制。

Synthesis and Structure of a Dinuclear Copper（Ⅱ）- ditetrazolate Involving in situ Ligand Synthesis

The hydrothermal reaction of 1,2-dicyanobenzene with NaN3 in the presence of CuCl2, 2,2′-bipyridine and H2O affords a novel dinuclear copper(II)-ditetrazolate, [Cu(bpy)- (pdtz)]2 (Hpdtz = 5,5′-1,2-phenylene-ditetrazole, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine). The pdtz ligand is generated in situ through Sharpless 2 3 cycloaddition reaction. Its crystal structure was deter- mined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 8.2096(16), b = 18.580(4), c = 11.838(2) , β = 103.12(3)o, V = 1758.5(6) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 863.83, Dc = 1.631 g/cm3, F(000) = 876 and μ = 1.272 mm-1. In this novel dinuclear structure, the pdtz ligand adopts a peculiar μ2-η1,η2 coordination mode.     

Prokaryotic Expression and Polyclonal Antibody Preparation of PRL3

Phosphatase of regenerating liver 3(PRL3),which belongs to the superfamily of protein tyrosine phosphatases(PTPs),represents a group of low molecular weight PTPs that participate in tumorigenesis and metastasis processes.Presented here are the results of cloning,prokaryotic expression,purification,and polyclonal antibody preparation of PRL3.To obtain a specific polyclonal antibody against PRL3,the authors have prepared GST-PRL3 to immunize rabbits and purify an anti-PRL3 polyclonal antibody by negative selection affinity columns.Western blot analysis shows that the anti-PRL3 polyclonal antibody has a specific binding ability with PRL3 protein.The anti-PRL3 polyclonal antibody provides a good tool to further study the function of PRL3.     

Photovoltaic Characteristics of a Naphthylamine Derivative

Organic photovoltaic （OPV） cells were fabricated via vacuum vapor deposition with {4-[2-（3-di-cyanomethylidene-5,5-dimethylcyclohexenyl）vinyl]phenyl}di（1-naphthyl）amine （DNP-2CN） as the electron donor, and fullerene （C60） as the electron acceptor. A thin film （10 nm） of tris（8-quinolinolato）aluminum （Alq3） was adopted as the buffer layer. A device based on this DNP-2CN exhibited an open circuit voltage （Voc） of 370 mV, a short-circuit current density （Jsc） of 0.61 mAocm 2, and a white-light power conversion efficiency （ η） of 0.09% （AM1.5, 75 mW.cm^- 2）.     

Synthesis and Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectra of N-（1,3, 2-Dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）thiophosphoramidates

N-（1,3,2-Dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）thiophosphoramidates were synthesized and determined by NMR spectra and positive ion electrospray ionization mass spectrometry （ESI-MS） in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry （MS/MS）. The fragmentation pathways were investigated. The results show that these characteristic ions in ESI mass spectra are useful in the structural determination of N-（1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）- thiophosphoramidates.     

Preparation of a Star Network PEG-based Gel Polymer Electrolyte and Its Application to Electrochromic Devices

A star network polymer with a pentaerythritol core linking four PEG-block polymeric arms was synthesized, and its corresponding gel polymer electrolyte based on lithium perchlorate and plasticizers EC/PC with the character being colorless and highly transparent has been also prepared. The polymer host was characterized and confirmed to be of a star network and an amorphous structure by FTIR, ^1H NMR and XRD studies. The polymer host hold good mechanical properties for pentaerythritol cross-linking. Maximum ionic conductivity of the prepared polymer electrolyte has reached 8.83 × 10 ^-4 S·cm^-1 at room temperature. Thermogravimetry （TG） of the polymer electrolyte showed that the thermal stability was up to at least 150 ℃. The gel polymer electrolyte was further evaluated in electrochromic devices fabricated by transparent PET-ITO and electrochromically active viologen derivative films, and its excellent performance promised the usage of the gel polymer electrolyte as ionic conductor material in electrochrornic devices.     

四甲氧基取代的二苯并并四苯(DBN)的合成, 晶体结构及聚集效应

本文从商品化的间溴苯甲醚和对甲氧基苯甲醛出发，通过傅-克酰基化反应、串联的羟醛缩合及1,4-迈克尔加成反应，得到三芳基取代的1,5-二酮，然后用查尔酮（Chalcone）作氧化剂，二酮与BF₃.Et₂O 反应形成吡喃鎓盐，再与苯基乙酸钠盐缩合得到芳香二溴代衍生物，产物的DMA溶液在DBU和钯催化剂的作用下，160°C 加热12 h进行脱卤化氢环化反应, 生成四甲氧基取代的二苯并并四苯（DBN）类衍生物。并报道了产物的晶体结构和在溶液中的聚集效应。

纳滤膜对电解质溶液分离特性的理论研究(II): 混合电解质溶液

假定纳滤膜具有狭缝状孔, 使用纯水透过系数、膜孔径及膜表面电势来表征纳滤膜的分离特征, 用流体力学半径和无限稀释扩散系数表征了离子特性. 采用扩展Nernst-Planck方程、Donnan平衡模型和Poisson-Boltzmann理论描述了混合电解质溶液中离子在膜孔内的传递现象, 计算了三种商用纳滤膜(ESNA1-LF, ESNA1和LES90)对同阴离子、同阳离子和含四种离子的混合电解质体系中离子的截留率, 并与实验数据进行了比较. 计算结果表明, 电解质溶液中离子在纳滤膜孔内传递的主要机理是离子的扩散和电迁移, 纳滤膜对混合电解质溶液中离子的分离效果主要由空间位阻和静电效应决定. 该模型在低浓度时对含一价离子的混合电解质溶液通过纳滤膜的截留率计算结果比较准确, 但对高浓度或含高价离子的混合电解质溶液则偏差较大.
