表面高分辨弹性反冲探测分析

在中国原子能科学研究院 HI- 1 3串列加速器上建立了用 Q3D磁谱仪动量分析和ΔE- E粒子分辨对材料表面进行高分辨的弹性反冲探测分析技术 .用 1 0 0 Me V12 7I对 C/Li F多层样品的深度分布分析表明 ,表面分辨达到 1 .2 nm.所建立的ΔE(气体 ) - E(半导体 )望远镜探测器可同时分析从轻至中重的所有元素 .实测了新光电材料 Ga N,La2 Sr Cu O4 超导膜和新超硬材料 C3N4 (Si)等样品. High resolution depth profiling technique with elastic recoil detection analysis has been developed at the HI 13 tandem accelerator of CIAE. A depth resolution of 1.2 nm was achieved at the surface of the samples with the Q3D magnetic spectrometer and the focal plane detector. From light to medium heavy elements were simultaneous analyzed with a small Δ E E telescope. The method was applied to depth profile analysis of C/LiF multilayers, La 2SrCuO 4 superconductor and GaN foil samples.     

硫代亚磷酸酯抗磨添加剂的合成与应用

通过改性抗磨添加剂亚磷酸二正丁酯 (T3 0 4)合成了新型含磷润滑油抗磨添加剂———硫代亚磷酸O ,O 二 (十二烷基 )酯 (T3 1 1 ) ,其结构经元素分析和HPLC MS确认。T3 1 1与T3 0 4相比热氧化稳定性及耐久性有明显提高。T3 1 1应用于卡车及公共汽车手动变速箱齿轮油中通过了FZG齿轮机试验、L 60 1热氧化稳定性台架试验及Mack变速箱循环台架试验。

Does Shadowing Relate to Nuclear Radius?

The A-dependence of nuclear shadowing in the partonic shadowing model is analysed. We point out that the nuclear shadowing is related to the average number of shadowed nucleons rather than the nuclear radius.     

Cyclic Representations of Quantum (Super) Algebras At qp=1

Cyclic representations of quantum (super) algebras are studied at q^p=1 using two methods:the quotient module method and the q-boson realization method.For the quantum algebras associated with any finite dimensional simple Lie algebra the general theory of two methods is given,and is generated to the quantum superalgebra U_qosp(1.2).By constructing the cyclic representation of q-Heisenberg-Wey1 superalgebras the q-boson realization method is generated to construction of cyclic representations of some high-rank quantum superalgebras.     

金在铱内敏的直接正像乳剂中的作用

制备依内敏的AgBr立方体乳剂,乳剂被二氧化硫脲和三氯化金灰化。实验表明:有金存在时灰化乳剂,灰化中心优先在颗粒表面形成;金不存在时,则灰化中心优先在颗粒内部形成。用Na₁S₂O₃溶液刻蚀乳剂,得到了灰化中心在乳剂颗粒体相中的分布曲线。当二氧化硫脲量小,加金灰化时,灰化中心分布在颗粒表面和次表面;当二氧化硫脲量大,加金灰化时,灰化中心分布在颗粒体相中,但由表到里,灰化中心越来越少;当二氧化硫脲量大,不加金灰化时,灰化中心主要分布在颗粒中层部分。对加金灰化的乳剂来说,由于颗粒内部没有灰化中心竞争光生空穴,有大量的光生空穴破坏颗粒表面的灰化中心,因而可以获得高感直接正像乳剂。     

聚醚型非离子表面活性剂的混合表面膜III, 环氧乙烷一环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物, 聚丙二醇与十六醇, 硬脂酸的二元混合物

本文进一步研究了环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物(L61和F68)、聚丙二醇(PPG)分别与十六醇(CA)、硬脂酸(SA)所形成的二元混合膜。根据对π-α实验结果的分析, 表明PPG-CA、PPG-SA、F68-SA和L61-SA的混合单分子膜是不相混溶的, 而L61-CA和F68-CA的混合单分子膜则是混溶的。
