STUDIES ON POLYVINYL ALCOHOL CARRIERS Ⅲ. ACTIVE AMIDES AND ESTERS DERIVED FROM POLYVINYL ALCOHOL AND THEIR APPLICATION IN AFFINITY CHROMATOGRAPHY

Polyvinyl alcohol carriers bearing active amide and active ester groups were prepared by acetaliza-tion of granular macro-reticular water-insolub1e PVA with glyoxylic acid or p-formylbenzoic acidand further activation reaction with benzotriazole or N-hydroxysuccinimide using DCCI as con-densation agent. The active amides or active esters obtained were easy to react with amines suchas n-butylamine or proteins under mild condition. Ovomucoid, an inhibitor of trypsin was immo-bilized on the above-obtained reactive PVA carrier to give effective affinity adsorbent for the separa-tion or purification of trypsin.

A Study on Alkyl Polyglycosides of the Starch

The alkyl polyglycosides (APG) is new type the surfactants that is made by regenerationresource of the starch and the grease, since the nineties of 20th century it is energetically exploited ininternational extent. APG not only good in surface activity, but also plenty on bubble, thin greasyand stabilization, there are good decontamination, compatibility, innocuity, not incitation and uniquefunction that organism decomposition of swiftness and downrightness, and so on.APG is to get production that loses one molecule water with half condensation aldehyde hydroxyand sebum alcohol hydroxy under acid catalysis. The production not is one simplicity compound, butis one of sugar polymerization degree, so it is mixture of the alkyl single glucoside, the alkyl twoglucoside and the alkyl three glucoside.Author synthesizes the surfactants of the alkyl polyglycosides, with the oleaster and potato starchand sebum alcohol, that was chosen to use duality system activator of plant acid and p-toluene-sulfoacid for the first time. The adoption way is that the lower alkyl polyglycosides is firstly formed byreaction of lower alcohol with starch then exchanged with high alcohol to obtain APG. The study isto make certain most technics condition, determining capillary tension and the pastern sheafdeepness of critical, calculating HLB value, determining construction by 1R.To synthesize principium:Peroration :[1]Duality system activator of plant acid and p-toluene-sulfo acid is compare idea activator that was the lower alkyl polyglycosides is firstly formed by reaction of lower alcohol with glucose then exchanged with high alcohol to obtain high alkyl polyglycosides. The advantage is that it overcomes agglomeration, there is reaction entirety, high of sugar transform ratio, reaction time short.[2]Most good reaction temperature is 90～ 170℃, the dosage of activator is 0.5%～0.9%, the mated ratio: The APG of glucose basic butane ratio starch is 5:1, the APG of potato starch basic glycol ratio starch is 6:1, the APG of the oleaster starch basic glycol ratio starch is 12:1, the APG of the mealiest starch basic glycol ratio starch is 6:1, the product of complex is good property.[3]The alkyl polyglycosides is the products of surfactant. IR determines the functional group of the products. On the basis of group of the hydrophile and to close on oil, that the feature peak of α-1, 4- glucoside.[4]The capillary tension of the APG is 26.8～31.0mN/m, the HLB value is 16～18, the products is better emulsifying agent of water- solubility. (O/W).     

毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对田七提取液中Fe、Cu和Mg存在状态的研究

提出了以水作溶剂微波萃取提取,并以毛细管电泳电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(CE-ICP-AES)法测定田七提取液中Mg、Cu和Fe的形态的分析方法。实验结果表明:Mg仅以游离态存在;而Cu和Fe除了游离态以外,还存在其它三种未知的形态。此外,还测定了田七中20个微量元素的总含量,并得到了上述待测元素在水提取液中的提取率。     

胺、醇、醚类化合物电离能的自相关拓扑研究

原子的染色序数 fi 定义为 :fi=gi·xi,式中 gi 为原子i在分子中的序数 ,xi 为其染色系数 .基于fi 建立改进的原子序数自相关拓扑指数mF ,其中的1F对烷烃及其衍生物具有良好的结构选择性 .使用第一电离能 (Ip)与0 F ,1F的数量关系模型对 32种脂肪族胺、醇、醚进行估算、预测 ,结果令人满意     

太阳CO 4.6微米红外成像观测

太阳红外光谱中蕴含着丰富的物理信息,其中CO 4.6μm波段是具有代表性的分子谱带,其形成于温度极小区附近,对研究太阳物理具有极其重要的意义。为获得CO 4.6μm波段太阳单色像,本文建立了一套全反射太阳红外成像观测系统。该系统采用定天镜跟踪引光,通过成像反射镜将太阳成像于3~5μm波段红外相机的焦平面上,该相机采用的是国产HgCdTe焦平面阵列器件。同时,为提高信噪比,提出了一种有效计算平场提取观测目标的方法,并利用该方法获得了CO 4.6μm波段的太阳单色像。

EFFECT OF HOT STRETCHING ON THE STRUCTURE OF POLYIMIDE FROM 1,4--BIS (3'''', 4''''--DICARBOXYPHENOXY) BENZENE AND 4,4''''-OXYDIANILINE

The structure of polyimide from 1,4-bis (3', 4'-dicarboxyphenoxy) benzene and 4,4'-oxydianiline film specimens before and after hot stretching has been investigated by WAXD, DSC and FTIR. As evidenced by both the WAXD and DSC results, it could be believed that strain induced crystallization did take place after hot stretching. Meanwhile, shifting position and splitting of some band peaks existed on the FTIR spectrograms were explained in terms of the close packing of chains and the changes of inter-molecular charge-transfer interaction between imide groups and aromatic groups upon crystallization.     

三氟化硼引发四氢呋喃聚合的研究——Ⅳ.1,4-丁二醇的影响

The molecular weight of polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) prepared from tetrahydrofu-ran (THF) by using cocatalysts of BF3-etherate and epichlorohydrin (ECH) in the presence of butylene glycol(BG) increased sharply with the polymer conversion, but at yields higher than 80% but could be exactly controlled by the molar ratio of BG to BF₃. The polyether obtained possessed around 70 mol% primaly hydrcxyl end-groups and a hydroxyl end-group functionality of two. The content of ECH derived units in each polymer chain containing 18.2 or 33.8THF derived units is around 1.60 or 2.16 respectively.     

氨三乙酸增敏催化光度法测定痕量锰

在活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,基于锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的反应,拟定了测定痕量锰的催化光度法。此催化反应灵敏度高,选择性和重现性较好,线性范围为0.4~10μg.L-1,检出限为8.5×10-8g.L-1,用于测定水样和茶叶中的锰,分析结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.2%及1.1%,回收率依次为93%~109%和94%~108%。
