达旦黄-曲通X-100体系共振光散射法测定蛋白质

基于在Triton X-100存在下,蛋白质与达旦黄作用使得体系的共振光散射增强,在λ＝492 nm处光散射强度最大,增强作用的强弱与蛋白质的含量成正比,据此建立了共振光散射测定蛋白质的新方法。此方法对牛血清白蛋白的检出限达到17.7 ng·mL-1,线性范围为0.03～0.9 μg·mL-1,用于合成样与人血清样品的分析,取得了令人满意的结果。同时也研究了人血清白蛋白、鸡蛋白蛋白、溶菌酶、胰蛋白酶与达旦黄的作用。     

代际流动性的地区差异及影响因素—来自中国的微观证据

代际流动性是测度社会不平等的重要指标,区域发展不平衡则是中国的客观现实。运用人口普查数据和中国城市年鉴,可发现中国现阶段代际流动性的三个特征：（1）全国层面的代际收入弹性为0.673。（2）代际流动性呈现出显著的地区及城市差异,沿海、北方的代际流动性明显高于内陆及南方。代际收入弹性最低的省会城市是天津（0.107）,最高的是江西南昌（0.686）;地级市分别是山东莱芜（0.124）和云南丽江（0.76）。（3）具有以下特征的地区具有更高的代际流动性：沿海及经济发达地区,高校更多、中小学教育投入更多的地区,非少数民族聚集地,革命老区。从微观机理上分析代际流动性的地区差异,可以为中国区域平衡发展政策提供理论依据。     

理解全球化：基于“经济−社会−政治”体系共生演化视角的分析

20世纪80年代以来,一波超级全球化席卷全球。当今世界进入了百年未有之大变局,全球化陷入困境。应当如何理解当前的全球化困境？百年未有之大变局究竟变在何处？为此,可以从经济学、政治学、社会学与国际关系的综合视角,构建“经济−社会−政治”为一体的、动态演化的框架,以理解当今世界全球化的深层次矛盾。近一波全球化过程中全球经济力量与收入分配格局发生了变化,出现了发达经济体的经济停滞和新兴经济体的赶超,也导致了社会各阶层和不同社会群体的收入和财富差距发生巨变。全球化中全球经济基础的变化,即全球化中的全球经济力量格局变迁与收入分配恶化将对各国的经济和社会基础产生重大影响,进而影响上层建筑：国家的主导思想和意识形态。一个国家在国际关系和经济政策领域主导思想的演变,势必影响其对外战略和政策选择,进而影响本国的经济走向乃至全球化的历史进程。     

掠夺与归还：西方争议性遗产的伦理困境

殖民地文物归还事件引发的争议揭示了去殖民化进程的困境。“归还”被期待生成新的关系伦理,但其认知与行动都基于以所有权为核心的物权伦理,未能关照殖民主义文物占有的神话学经验,遮蔽了物伦理的政治性与异质性;而将物权伦理作为“普世伦理”正是资本主义全球扩张的结果。维护物权伦理的物的知识巩固了对文物的祛魅与分裂,使文物即便归还,也仍需“神圣”博物馆赋能,有悖于“恢复原状”的假设。以物为主体/物质化的伦理考察有助于突破物权伦理的普世意识,建立起对普遍困境的反身性思考。作为争议性文化遗产的殖民地文物及其归还事件应作为生产性的实践,激发去殖民化的知识反思。     

Legendre函数加权的声纳宽频带恒定束宽波束特性分析*

为了处理水声信号,声纳阵列通常需要形成宽频带恒定束宽的波束。采用两种阵元加权方法分析二维圆弧形恒定束宽换能器声纳阵列:球面Legendre函数加权方法和柱面Legendre函数加权方法。分别对球面阵、柱面阵和平面阵这三种几何结构的声纳阵列进行分析,并且计算波束宽度和波束方向。结果表明,在宽频带范围内,除了柱面Legendre函数加权的球面阵之外,其余Legendre函数加权的声纳阵列均能利用简单的、不随频率变化的阵元权重和阵元延时,形成恒定束宽的波束,并且具有较小的旁瓣,此外波束方向与预设方向也较为一致。相对于其他恒定束宽波束形成方法,Legendre函数加权方法能利用较低的计算复杂度来实现良好的宽频带恒定束宽的波束特性。     

A Germanate Compound Constructed from Dissymmetric Ge7 Chains and Metal Complexes

Abstract. A novel germanate compound, |[Ni(dien)₂]₃(H₂O)₃|[Ge₇O₁₃F₅]₂(designated JU‐85, dien = diethylenetriamine), was solvothermally synthesized. The structure of JU‐85 was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and further characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction, inductively coupled plasma, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. JU‐85 has dissymmetric chains constructed from diagonally linked Ge₇ building units and various Ni(dien)₂²⁺ complexes formed in situ during the synthesis. Compared with its structural analogue, FJ‐6, JU‐85 contains less complex cations and different host‐guest assembly. Besides the diagonal linkage in JU‐85, other dissymmetric linkages of Ge₇ building units were enumerated, which could be used as the stereogenic centers for the design of novel chiral germanate compounds.     

TBAB包络化合物浆的管内流动再层流化现象

TBAB包络化合物浆是一种新型高密度潜热输送材料,在中央空调或区域供冷等系统中作为替代常规冷水的冷量输送媒体具有显著的节能应用前景.采用实验方法研究了A型TBAB包络化合物浆在水平直管内的层流和湍流流动特性.通过分析流动阻力随流速和固相含量等参数的变化规律,发现固相含量的增加有利于维持流动的层流趋势,在定流速条件下随着固相含量的增加流动状态会由湍流转变为层流,即出现"再层流化"现象,并且由于再层流化现象的出现,包络化合物浆的流动会出现"阻力降低区".     

Buckling Analysis of Soft Nanostructure in Nanoimprinting

Nanoimprint lithography is an economical and convenient method for manufacturing nanostructures, which has developed very quickly and has been widely used in the nanoindustry. However, during the process of nanoimprinting, mechanical instabilities of soft nanostructures could lead to buckling. In order to study the mechanism of this problem, we analyze the buckling of one vertical elastic column under its own weight. Based on the comparison between two critical heights of different substrates （rigid and elastic）, we conclude that the approximation of considering the substrate as rigid is acceptable. Furthermore the interaction between columns with the deformation of a substrate could lead to collective buckling. Our theoretical
calculations show that whether the columns are elastic or rigid makes little difference for the buckling modes.     

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of [(Substituted Phenoxyacetoxy) (Substituted Phenyl)Methyl](Methyl) Phosphinates Containing Fluorine

Abstract

A series of [(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)(substituted phenyl)methyl](methyl)phos- phinates containing fluorine were designed and synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were identified by elemental analysis, IR, ¹H NMR, mass spectrometry. O-methyl [(2-fluorophenoxyacetoxy)(2,4-dichlorophenyl)methyl](methyl)phosphinate was further analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Their herbicidal activity against a set of weed species was examined. Some of the compounds showed potential herbicidal activity, which provided some indications for further studies on structure modification.

Catalytic Asymmetric Construction of Quaternary α‐Amino Acid Containing Pyrrolidines through 1,3‐Dipolar Cycloaddition of Azomethine Ylides to α‐Aminoacrylates

The first catalytic enantioselective 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides to α‐aminoacrylate catalyzed by a AgOAc/ferrocenyl oxazolinylphosphine (FOXAP) system was developed, which exhibits excellent exo‐ and enantioselectivity (92–99 % ee). This process provides efficient access to useful 4‐aminopyrrolidine‐2,4‐dicarboxylic acid (APDC)‐like compounds containing a unique quaternary α‐amino acid unit.
