A range of sterically hindered diimine ligands and their palladium (II) complexes were synthesized. These compounds were fully characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. The use of the palladium complexes as catalysts for Suzuki and Heck coupling has been studied in an attempt to demonstrate the effect of side groups on catalytic activity. It was clearly seen that the location of side ? CH3 groups which bound to benzene ring had little effect on catalytic activity. Interestingly when we changed these ? CH3 groups with ? Cl groups the activity of the complexes increased. On the other hand, side groups which bound to imine nitrogen also had a large effect on catalytic activity. It is shown that a general shaped laser beam will eventually approach a Gaussian average intensity profile after propagation in turbulent atmosphere. In our formulation, source field at the exit plane of the laser is taken as the product of arbitrary functions of source transverse coordinates with Gaussian exponential modulations. Following the expansion of the arbitrary functions in terms of Hermite polynomials, the average receiver intensity expression is derived using the extended Huygens-Fresnel principle and the conditions for the intensity profile to assume a Gaussian shape are stated. The results are illustrated by simulating various source field distributions.  相似文献

An amperometric biosensor for determining glucose based on deflavination of the enzyme glucose oxidase and subsequent reconstitution of the apo‐protein with a complexed flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) monolayer is described. The GOx‐reconstituted electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activities towards the reduction and oxidation of hydrogen peroxide as well. The prepared biosensor showed an excellent performance for glucose at +0.5 V with a high sensitivity (5.94 μA/mM) and relatively good response time (~12 s) in a wide concentration range of 1–17 mM (correlation coefficient of 0.9998). The applicability to blood analysis was also evaluated.  相似文献

The phthalonitrile (3) and triazole substituted metallo phthalocyanines (MPc) (4–7) were prepared. The novel compounds were characterized with spectroscopic data. Electrochemical analyses of metallophthalocyanines (4–7) bearing triazole substituents were performed to investigate redox activity of phthalocyanines (Pcs) ring. While incorporation of Ni2+ and Cu2+ cations in the Pc core only influenced peak positions of Pc ring processes, Co2+ and Cl1?Fe3+ cations of CoPc and FePc gave extra redox couples to the Pc based ones. Releasing the axial Cl1? anion on Fe3+ cation of FePc during the reduction reactions complicated the redox responses. Redox reactions of Co2+ and Fe3+ metal centers also considerable influenced spectral and color responses of these complexes.  相似文献

A new series of benzimidazole derivatives ( 1-15 ) containing 1,2,4-triazole, 1,3,4-thiadiazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole, and thiazolidinon rings have been synthesized. All new synthesized benzimidazole compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra, and LC-MS, and they were examined for their antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. Compounds 7 and 1 showed the highest and the lowest antioxidant activities, respectively. The lowest minimum inhibition concentration value found in compound 5 against Enterobacter aerogenes.  相似文献

A number of triazole-3-one compounds have been synthesized, and reduction of the carbonyl group in the molecule has been carried out to give a corresponding hydroxyl group that possesses asymmetric carbon atom in good yields and short reaction times. It is ecofriendly because it is produced by straightforward microwave irradiation in the absence of solvent. All newly synthesized compounds were also screened for their antimicrobial activities. The antimicrobial activity study revealed that 2d, 2i, 3c, and 3g–j showed good activity against a variety of microorganisms.
