This work describes the characterization of the grafted 2‐benzo[c]cinnoline (2BCC) molecules at a glassy carbon (GC) electrode surface by voltammetry and spectroscopy. Attachment of the molecule to the carbon substrate was achieved by the electrochemical reduction of 2‐benzo[c]cinnoline diazonium salt (2BCC‐DAS). GC electrode modification was carried out in aprotic solution with 2BCC diazonium salt. Dopamine (DA) and ascorbic acid (AA) were used to prove the surface modification to see the blockage of the electron transfer. The presence of 2BCC at the GC electrode surface was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and Raman spectroscopy. Raman spectroscopy was used to monitor molecular bound properties of the adsorbates at the 2BCC‐GC surface and confirm the attachment of 2BCC molecules onto the GC surface. The thickness of the 2BCC film on GC was also investigated by ellipsometric measurement.  相似文献

N‐implantation to GaSe single crystals was carried out perpendicular to c‐axis with ion beam of 6 × 1015 ions/cm2 dose having energy values 30 keV and 60 keV. Temperature dependent electrical conductivities and Hall mobilities of implanted samples were measured along the layer in the temperature range of 100‐320 K. It was observed that N‐implantation decreases the resistivity values down to 103 Ω‐cm depending on the annealing temperature, from the room temperature resistivity values of as‐grown samples lying in the range 106‐107 Ω‐cm. The temperature dependent conductivities exhibits two regions (100‐190 and 200‐320 K) with the activation energies of 234‐267 meV and 26‐74 meV, for the annealing temperatures of 500 and 700 °C, respectively. The temperature dependence of Hall mobility for the sample annealed at 500 °C shows abrupt increase and decrease as the ambient temperature increases. The analysis of the mobility‐temperature dependence in the studied temperature range showed that impurity scattering and lattice scattering mechanisms are effective at different temperature regions with high temperature exponent. Annealing of the samples at 700 °C shifted impurity scattering mechanism toward higher temperature regions. In order to obtain the information about the defect produced by N‐implantation, the carrier density was analyzed by using single donor‐single acceptor model. We found acceptor ionization energy as Ea = 450 meV, and acceptor and donor concentration as 1.3 × 1013 and Nd = 3.5 × 1010 cm−3, respectively. (© 2003 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Temperature-sensitive poly(N-tert-butylacrylamide-co-acrylamide) [P(NTBA-co-AAm)] hydrogels were synthesized by free-radical copolymerization in a water–methanol mixture using three types of crosslinkers: 1,2-ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, and 1,3-butandiol dimethacrylate. These thermosensitive hydrogels were swollen to equilibrium in water at 20°C and examined by gravimetric measurements. The influence of type and content of crosslinkers on the swelling ratio, the polymer–solvent interaction parameter (χ), the average molecular mass between crosslinks and the effective crosslinking density (ν E) of the hydrogels were reported and discussed. The swelling process in water was found to be non-Fickian diffusion. The enthalpy (ΔH) and entropy (ΔS) changes appearing in the χ parameter for the hydrogels were determined by using the Flory–Rehner theory based on the phantom network model of swelling equilibrium. Negative values for ΔH and ΔS indicated that the hydrogels had a negative temperature-sensitive property in water; that is, swelling at a lower temperature and shrinking at a higher temperature. The temperature-reversibility and on–off switching properties of the P(NTBA-co-AAm) hydrogels may be considered as good candidates for designing novel drug-delivery systems.  相似文献

A simple and eco‐friendly procedure has been devised for the green synthesis of palladium nanoparticles, using the aqueous extract of herbal tea (Stachys lavandulifolia), a renewable and nontoxic natural phyto‐exudate. The water‐soluble components of the extract act as reducing agent and stabilizer. This green route does not require a surfactant or capping agent for the growth of palladium nanoparticles. The generated nanoparticles were analysed using UV–visible spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray analysis and inductively coupled plasma. The palladium nanoparticles having spherical shape and dimensions of between 5 and 7 nm were employed as a homogeneous catalyst for Suzuki coupling reactions conducted in water under mild conditions. Good yields of products, a facile work‐up, no evidence of leached palladium from the catalyst surface and smooth recovery of the catalysis by adding ethyl acetate, which could be reused at least eight times, confirm the very good efficiency of the catalytic reaction. In this study, we have prepared pH/temperature-sensitive imprinted ionic poly(N-tert-butylacrylamide-co-acrylamide/maleic acid) [P(TBA-co-AAm/MA)] hydrogels for bovine serum albumin (BSA) by using molecular imprinting method. BSA adsorption from aqueous BSA solutions was investigated with two types of hydrogel systems prepared by non-imprinted and imprinted methods. Hydrogels imprinted with BSA showed higher adsorption capacity and specificity for BSA than hydrogels prepared by the usual procedure. At all studied conditions, the highest BSA adsorption was observed in the hydrogel imprinted with 8.63 wt.-% BSA. In addition, the imprinted hydrogels exhibited both for good selectivity BSA and high adsorption rate depending on the number of BSA-sized cavities. Adsorption studies showed that other stimuli, such as pH, temperature and initial BSA concentration also influenced the BSA adsorption capacity of both non-imprinted and imprinted hydrogels.  相似文献
