<正>SnO_2 nanorods were deposited on the Si substrates in an aqueous solution containing both SnCl_4 and CO(NH_2)_2.It is found that different self-assembled patterns of SnO_2 nanorods can be obtained by changing the deposition conditions such as the molar ratio of CO(NH_2)_2 to SnCl_4 and the pretreatment of the substrate.Scattered SnO_2 nanorods,for example,can be changed into flower-like patterns when the molar ratio of CO(NH_2)_2 to SnCl_4 is raised,and well-aligned nanorod arrays can be formed when the pretreatment of the substrate is changed.In addition,some interesting patterns,e.g.tree-like patterns,can also be observed.  相似文献

根据PVK掺杂后荧光谱的变化,说明掺杂PVK薄膜的电致发光存在着从基质分子向掺杂分子的能量传递,用一个由单链模型扩展到包括杂质的哈密顿量进行数值求解,结果表明:在PVK和杂质分子之间有效的能量传递是源于它僮之间的电荷转移,且随着杂质浓度的变化,其荧光谱峰位的移动与掺杂前后系统总能量的改变及荧光谱强度与掺杂后转移的电荷数之间分别存在对应关系。该模型较好地解释了有关的实验结果。  相似文献

(R)-4-Hydroxymethyl-2-thioxo thiazolidine as a new chiral catalyst in the asymmetric addition of diethyl-zinc to benzaldehyde was synthesized from (R)-4-hydroxymethyl-2-thioxo thiazolidine carboxylic acid and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The compound was crystallized in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with unit cell dimensions a=0.67253(12) nm; b=0.89164(17) rim; c=1.06146(19) nm, volume 0.6365(2) nm3; Z=4, calculated denisity 1.557 Mg/m3; absorption coefficient 0.733 mm-1; F(000)=312. The X-ray crystal structure analysis reveals that the compound has a thione group.  相似文献

<正>A series of phthalonitrile blending resins were prepared from 4-aminophenoxyphthalonitrile(APN) and 4,4'-bis(3,4- dicyanophenoxy)biphenyl(BPH) by directly powder-mixing and copolymerization.Differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and dynamic rheology were used to study the curing reaction behaviors of APN/BPH blends,and the results indicated that the introduction of APN accelerated the curing rate of BPH,and the existence of BPH decreased the curing temperature of APN/BPH systems.The thermal stability of postcured APN/BPH resins was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and the TGA results indicated that the crosslinked polymers of APN/BPH systems possessed good thermal stability.  相似文献

<正>A novel asymmetric alkylaminoborazine monomer,2-propylamino-4,6-bis(methylamino)borazine,was synthesized for the first time,and directly polymerized to give a melt-spinnable polyborazine(PBN).This asymmetric alkylaminoborazine was synthesized by an aminolysis reaction of 2,4,6-trichloroborazine(TCB) with different amines under mild conditions.This route turns out to be much cheaper and simpler than the conventional routes.The chemical composition,structure,molecular weights and ceramic yield were investigated by EA,FTIR,NMR,GPC and TG analysis.The PBN exhibits suitable rheological property for melt-spinning, which suggests that it is a potential precursor for BN fibers.  相似文献
