Collision cross sections (CCS) have been measured for three salen ligands, and their complexes with copper and zinc using travelling-wave ion mobility-mass spectrometry (TWIMS) and drift tube ion mobility-mass spectrometry (DTIMS), allowing a comparative size evaluation of the ligands and complexes. CCS measurements using TWIMS were determined using peptide and TAAH calibration standards. TWIMS measurements gave significantly larger CCS than DTIMS in helium, by 9 % for TAAH standards and 3 % for peptide standards, indicating that the choice of calibration standards is important in ensuring the accuracy of TWIMS-derived CCS measurements. Repeatability data for TWIMS was obtained for inter- and intra-day studies with mean RSDs of 1.1 % and 0.7 %, respectively. The CCS data obtained from IM-MS measurements are compared to CCS values obtained via the projection approximation, the exact hard spheres method and the trajectory method from X-ray coordinates and modelled structures using density functional theory (DFT) based methods. 相似文献

This article presents the results of investigation into receiving amide modification agents of smectic clays, used as nanofillers in polymer nanocomposites. Prepared materials were obtained on the base of terephthalic and isophthalic acids and simple aliphatic amines. Such structure makes them good layered silicates modifying agents as well as makes them well affiliate to structure of polymers containing aromatic, carbonyl, amide, etc. groups. Obtained compounds were introduced into clays’ structure in protonated form, according to formulated method. Conducted research confirmed that the modification of montmorillonite clay (MMT) with received compounds had taken place. In order to establish that fact elementary analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods were used. Modificator molecules must display thermal resistance in full range of polymer processing temperatures. To investigate these properties the Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) of obtained compounds was carried out. These studies indicate that among the obtained compounds there were the ones with thermal stability over 523 K. The development and validation of a reliable analytical procedure for the determination of selected metals (Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn and Mn) in sediments accumulated in the Utrata River (Poland) is described. The aqua regia extraction followed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used for this purpose. The optimized analytical procedure was validated, and adequate quality control actions were implemented in order to provide reliable data. The precision under’ within-laboratory’ reproducibility conditions was estimated from duplicate analysis. Certified reference material (CRM) was used in order to evaluate the accuracy of the results regarding the sewage sludge amended soil CRM 143R. The detection limits for all elements of interest were well-below their content in the investigated sediment samples. The obtained reliable data could be used for assessment of the relationship between human economic activity in the past and the geochemical features of the sediments. 相似文献

Chiral formates derived from propane-1,2-diol, 1,2- O -isopropylidene- f - D -xylo- and f - D -gluco-furanoses were subjected to treatment with cyclopentadienyl [tris(trimethylsilylmethyl)] titanium (IV). A mixture of the corresponding ( E )- and ( Z )- g -silylvinyl ethers were obtained with predominance of the former. It was found that in contrast to ( Z )-vinyl ethers, which give g -lactams with chlorosulfonyl isocyanate, the ( E )-vinyl ethers gave unstable cycloadducts which undergo rapid elimination reaction leading to ( E )- f , g -unsaturated amides. 相似文献

Abstract Reaction of succinimide with diphenylchlorophosphate in the presence of lithium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide followed by aqueous work-up led to the formation of amidophosphate 3. The same reaction performed in the presence of sodium hydride yield N-(diphenylphosphoryl)succinimde 4, which undergoes nucleophilic ring opening with sodium alkoxides resulted in the formation of phosphoroamidate analogues 5 a-d in good yields. The objective of the present investigation was to study the effect of eutectic formation on in vitro dissolution of simvastatin (SIM) released from mixtures with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) prepared by a grinding method. SIM–ASA mixtures were characterized by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectroscopy (IR), X-ray powder diffractometry (XRPD), and in vitro dissolution tests. IR spectroscopy and XRPD studies indicated no interaction between SIM and ASA in the solid state. The DSC investigation has revealed that SIM and ASA form a simple eutectic system containing 66.6 % w/w of SIM at the eutectic point. In vitro dissolution studies of SIM and its mixtures with ASA were carried out. The eutectic mixture shows an appreciable increase in the dissolution rate in comparison with other ratios and SIM in 0.5 % w/v sodium lauryl sulfate. The dissolution enhancement of SIM was related to the effective wetting of the drug particles with a significantly reduced size released from eutectic composition. In conclusion, dissolution of SIM can be enhanced through eutectic formation with ASA by means of simple mechanical activation (a grinding method). 相似文献

Core–shell‐structured mesoporous silica spheres were prepared by using n‐octadecyltrimethoxysilane (C18TMS) as the surfactant. Hollow mesoporous carbon spheres with controllable diameters were fabricated from core–shell‐structured mesoporous silica sphere templates by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). By controlling the thickness of the silica shell, hollow carbon spheres (HCSs) with different diameters can be obtained. The use of ethylene as the carbon precursor in the CVD process produces the materials in a single step without the need to remove the surfactant. The mechanism of formation and the role played by the surfactant, C18TMS, are investigated. The materials have large potential in double‐layer supercapacitors, and their electrochemical properties were determined. HCSs with thicker mesoporous shells possess a larger surface area, which in turn increases their electrochemical capacitance. The samples prepared at a lower temperature also exhibit increased capacitance as a result of the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) area and larger pore size. 相似文献

The catalytic oxidative domino degradation of phenols was investigated. Hydrogen peroxide (30% aq.) was used as an oxidant and 2,2′-dinitro-4,4′-ditrifluoromethyldiphenyl diselenide 4e as a catalyst. The products were muconic acid 5, and muconolactones muconolactones—5-carboxymethylfuran-2(5H)-ones 7 and 9. Phenols with alkyl groups at 2 or 4 positions of the benzene ring were converted regioselectively to corresponding muconolactones substituted at alkenylene ring carbon atoms.
