Melting enthalpies of several ethene-propene samples, obtained by different single-center catalytic systems and having widely different constitutions and compositions in the range of industrial interest, are compared. For the first time, a clear evidence of influence of the regio- and stereoregularity of propene insertion on crystallization behavior of ethene/propene copolymers is provided. This influence is in qualitative agreement with the results of simplified energy calculations relative to models of pseudo-hexagonal packing of ethene-propene copolymers.  相似文献

A non-optical shear-force-based detection scheme for accurately controlling the tip-to-sample distance in scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) is presented. With this approach, the detection of the shear force is accomplished by mechanically attaching a set of two piezoelectric plates to the scanning probe. One of the plates is used to excite the SECM tip causing it to resonate, and the other acts as a piezoelectric detector of the amplitude of the tip oscillation. Increasing shear forces in close proximity to the sample surface lead to a damping of the vibration amplitude and a phase shift, effects that are registered by connecting the detecting piezoelectric plate to a dual-phase analogue lock-in amplifier. The shear force and hence distance-dependent signal of the lock-in amplifier is used to establish an efficient, computer-controlled closed feedback loop enabling SECM imaging in a constant-distance mode of operation. The details of the SECM setup with an integrated piezoelectric shear-force distance control are described, and approach curves are shown. The performance of the constant-distance mode SECM with a non-optical detection of shear forces is illustrated by imaging simultaneously the topography and conductivity of an array of Pt-band microelectrodes.  相似文献

Thiophene was regioselectively deprotonated at C2 on treatment with 1/3 equiv of Bu3MgLi in THF at room temperature. The lithium arylmagnesate formed was either trapped with electrophiles or cross-coupled in a ‘one-pot’ procedure with aryl halides under palladium catalysis. 2-Chlorothiophene and 2-methoxythiophene were similarly deprotonated at C5 under the same reaction conditions. The enhancement of the reactivity of the base using TMEDA was evidenced using 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

In this work, the analytical potential of C60 fullerene as a sorbent for organic and organometallic compounds from aqueous solutions was studied for the first time. Fullerene adsorbs many types of organic substances (e.g., N-methylcarbamates, phenols, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, amines) with efficiencies that depend on the nature of the compound concerned and never exceed 60%. Conventional sorbents such as XAD-2 or polyurethane foam are more efficient than C60 for this purpose. Organometallic compounds (viz. metalocenes and organoleads) are quantitatively adsorbed on C60 via the formation of neutral complexes or chelates; the adsorption constant is dramatically increased by the use of classical reagents such as pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate or diethyldithiocarbamate. A complementary comparative study on the adsorption of organometallic complexes on RP-C18 and silica gel 100, among others, showed C60 to be superior as sorbent. All experiments in this work were carried out by using continuous flow configurations and gas chromatography-atomic absorption spectrometry techniques.  相似文献

The olive pulp fraction contained in the residue generated in olive oil extraction by a two-step centrifugation process can be upgraded by using the cellulose fraction to produce ethanol and recovering high value phenols (tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol). Olive pulp was pretreated in a laboratory scale stirred autoclave at different temperatures (150–250°C). Pretreatment was evaluated regarding cellulose recovery, enzymatic hydrolysis effectiveness ethanol production by a simultaneous saccharification and fermentation process (SSF), and phenols recovery in the filtrate. The pretreatment of olive pulp using water at temperatures between 200°C and 250°C enhanced enzymatic hydrolysis. Maximum ethanol production (11.9 g/L) was obtained after pretreating pulp at 210°C in a SSF fed-batch procedure. Maximum hydroxytyrosol recovery was obtained in the liquid fraction when pretreated at 230°C.  相似文献

A fast and selective HPLC method for assaying amphotericin B in biological samples was developed and validated. The chromatographic separation was achieved in less than 12 min on a reverse-phase C(18) column using an acetonitrile-acetic acid-water (52:4.3:43.7, v/v/v) mixture as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the effluent was monitored at 406 nm. A linear response over the concentration range 0.1-10.0 microg/mL was obtained. Intra-day and inter-day RSDs were below 5% for all the sample types. This new HPLC method was applied to assay amphotericin B in plasma and several tissue samples such as kidney, liver, spleen and bone marrow. Application of this method to pharmacokinetic studies in mice and dog is provided.  相似文献

Well-dispersed roughly spherical nano-objects of the molecule-based superconductor κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2 have been prepared in an organic solution by using an easy synthetic route. Long alkyl-chain aconitate esters have been used as growth controlling agents. Nano-objects exhibiting sizes in the 35–120 nm range are made of aggregated individual smaller nanoparticles ranging from 3 to 10 nm. Nanoparticle powders have been studied by X-ray diffraction, high resolution electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy in the conductivity mode.  相似文献

In this paper a study is accomplished on behavior in a mercury electrode, of the phytohormone abscisic acid and of the conditions of accumulation in a HMDE. A mechanism is proposed of reduction based on its electrochemical behavior and proving the product of the reduction through mass spectrometry of bulks. A method is proposed for the determination of Abscisic acid (ABA) with a quantification limit of 58 ng ml(-1). The procedure is applied wing determination of ABA in pears through the combination of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with electrochemical quantification.  相似文献

In this work, the effect of the addition of different concentrations of Tween-80 and three different zeolite-like products on enzymatic hydrolysis, ethanol fermentation, and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) process has been investigated. The ability of these products to enhance the effectiveness of the SSF process to ethanol of steam-exploded poplar biomass using the thermotolerant strainKluyveromyces marxianus EMS-26 has been tested. Tween-80 (0.4 g/L) increased enzymatic hydrolysis yield by 20% when compared to results obtained in hydrolysis in absence of the additive. Zeolite-like products (ZESEP-56 and ZECER-56) (2.5 g/L) improved rates of conversion and ethanol yields in the fermentation of liquid fraction recovered from steam-exploded poplar. The periods required for the completion of fermentation were approx 10 h in the presence of zeolite-like products and 24 h in the absence of additives. The probable mode of action is through lowered levels of inhibitory substances because of adsorption by the additive.  相似文献
