The radical polymerization of ethyl 4-methyl-3-oxo-4-pentenoate (EMAA) was investigated at 60°C in benzene and acetonitrile. In both solvents, the kinetic results disagreed with the conventional model of radical polymerization. A remarkable solvent effect on monomer reactivity ratio was observed for the copolymerization of EMAA and styrene. Regression analysis of the monomer reactivity ratio with the solvatochromic parameters gives a good linear relationship, taking into account polarity and hydrogen-bond donating acidity of the solvent as the major factors.  相似文献

We report the direct spectroscopic observation of hydrogen atom transfer reactions from carbon to metals, in which homolytic cleavage of a C-H bond is accomplished at a single metal center. Laser flash photolysis (355 nm) of a solution of [Cp(CO)2Os]2 leads to homolysis of the Os-Os bond and formation of the osmium-centered radical, Cp(CO)2Os*, as observed by time-resolved infrared (TRIR) spectroscopy. DFT computations on Cp(CO)2Os* support this assignment. Continuous photolysis (lambda > 300 nm) of [Cp(CO)2Os]2 in the presence of excess 1,4-cyclohexadiene produces the osmium hydride Cp(CO)2OsH. The kinetics of this carbon-to-metal hydrogen atom transfer were examined by TRIR spectroscopy. The second-order rate constant for hydrogen atom transfer from 1,4-cyclohexadiene to Cp(CO)2Os* in hexane at 23 degrees C is kH = (2.1 +/- 0.2) x 106 M-1 s-1. The pKa of Cp(CO)2OsH was determined as 32.7 in CH3CN, and use of a thermochemical cycle provided an estimated lower limit of 82 kcal/mol for the Os-H bond dissociation energy, indicating that it is an exceptionally strong M-H bond. Photolysis of [Tp(CO)2Os]2 (Tp = hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate) results in carbon-to-metal hydrogen atom transfers from even stronger C-H bonds (THF or toluene) and produces Tp(CO)2OsH.  相似文献

A novel complex containing a 3,8-bis[terthiophenyl-(1,10-phenanthroline)] ligand coordinated to [Ru(bpy)(2)] was synthesized and characterized by electrochemical and spectroscopic techniques. The complex was shown to be a suitable starting material for the electrodeposition of functionalized molecular wires between nanogap electrodes to generate stable molecular nanodevices. Temperature-dependent nonlinear I-V curves were obtained at 80-300 K. The material can also be deposited on indium tin oxide (ITO) to form compact electrochromic films at surface concentrations lower than approximately 1 x 10(-8) mol cm(2); however, a more loosely bond fibrous form is preferentially deposited at higher surface concentrations.  相似文献

We designed a new enteric coated preparation which is pH independent and functions by pancreatic lipase activity in the duodenum. Triolein (TO) and trilaurin (TL) were selected as lipase sensitive components and ethylcellulose (EC) was used as the support film for TO and TL. Tablets (330 mg, d = 10 mm) containing a model drug, sulfamethizole (SMZ), were coated with 1% each of TO, TL and EC solution by the fluidized bed coating technique. Disintegration tests were carried out in the media including JPXI 1st fluid (pH 1.2, JP-1), 2nd fluid (pH 6.8, JP-2) and JP-2 with gall powder and pancreatic lipase (JP-2-GL). The lag time of disintegration of the tablet (TOTL-Tab) coated 5-7 mg/tab with TO, TL and EC was about 10 min and all of the tablets disintegrated completely within 30 min in JP-2-GL. However, in the other media, which did not contain lipase, TOTL-Tab did not disintegrate for at least 2 h. It was confirmed that TO and TL in the coating film were digested by lipase. In addition, the tensil strength of the film decreased quickly after incubation in JP-2-GL. These results suggest that the application of TO, TL and EC to tablet coating is useful for an enteric release preparation sensitive to pancreatic lipase, even if patients have low gastric acidity or are taking antacids.  相似文献

By grafting (aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) as the buffer layer on poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) surface, the SAMs ofoctadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS), phenyltrichlorosilane (PTCS), vinyltrichlorosilane (VTCS), andp-tolyltrichlorosilane (TTCS) were fabricated on the flexible polymer substrate. The properties of SAMs were accurately controlled by adjusting the immersing time of substrates in the solutions and the concentration of the solutions. The SAMs acted as templates, and TiO2 micropattern was successfully deposited on OTS, TTCS, and PTCS SAMs.  相似文献
