Two tridentate thioether pincer ligands, 1,3-(RSCH(2))(2)C(6)H(4) (R = (t)()Bu, 1a; R = (i)()Pr, 1b) underwent cyclometalation using [(COE)(2)RhCl](2) in air/moisture-free benzene at room temperature. The resultant complexes, [mu-ClRh(H)(RSCH(2))(2)C(6)H(3)-2,6](2) (R = (t)Bu, 2a; R = (i)Pr, 2b) are dimeric both in the solid state and in solution. A battery of variable-temperature one- and two-dimensional (1)H NMR experiments showed conclusively that both complexes undergo dynamic exchange in solution. Exchange between two dimeric diastereomers of 2a in solution occurred via rotation about the Rh-C(ipso) bond. The dynamic exchange of 2b was significantly more complex as an additional exchange mechanism, sulfur inversion, occurred, which resulted in the exchange between several diastereomers in solution.  相似文献

We consider the problem of the hydrogen atom interacting with a circularly polarized microwave field, modeled as a perturbed Kepler problem. A remarkable feature of this system is that the electron can follow what we term erratic orbits before ionizing. In an erratic orbit the electron makes multiple large distance excursions from the nucleus with each excursion being followed by a close approach to the nucleus, where the interaction is large. Here we are interested in the mechanisms that explain this observation. We find that the manifolds associated with certain hyperbolic periodic orbits may play an important role, despite the fact that, in some respects, the dynamics is almost Keplerian. A study of some relevant invariant objects is carried out for different system parameters. The consequences of our findings for ionization of an electron by the external field are also discussed.  相似文献

The 1-substituted-3-aryltetrahydroisoquinolines I have been converted into the corresponding 3,4-dihydroor isoquinoline derivatives by treatment with several oxidizing agents: iodine in ethanol, palladium on carbon, DDQ and Fremy's salt. The oxidation reactions with iodine always resulted in the formation of the 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines II, whereas the use of palladium on carbon and the DDQ led to the aromatic isoquinolines. Both the 3,4-dihydro- and the isoquinoline derivatives were obtained by means of Fremy's salt.  相似文献

Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for benzimidazole compounds have been synthesized by precipitation polymerization using thiabendazole (TBZ) as template, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) and divinylbenzene (DVB) as cross-linkers and a mixture of acetonitrile and toluene as porogen. The experiments carried out by molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (MISPE) in cartridges demonstrated the imprint effect in both imprinted polymers. MIP–DVB enabled a much higher breakthrough volume than MIP–EDMA, and thus was selected for further experiments. The ability of this MIP for the selective recognition of other benzimidazole compounds (albendazole, benomyl, carbendazim, fenbendazole, flubendazole and fuberidazole) was evaluated. The obtained results revealed the high selectivity of the imprinted polymer towards all the selected benzimidazole compounds.An off-line analytical methodology based on a MISPE procedure has been developed for the determination of benzimidazole compounds in tap, river and well water samples at concentration levels below the legislated maximum concentration levels (MCLs) with quantitative recoveries. Additionally, an on-line preconcentration procedure based on the use of a molecularly imprinted polymer as selective stationary phase in HPLC is proposed as a fast screening method for the evaluation of the presence of benzimidazole compounds in water samples.  相似文献

Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for fluoroquinolone antibiotics (FQs) have been synthesised in one single preparative step by precipitation polymerisation using ciprofloxacin (CIP) as template. Combinations of methacrylic acid (MAA) or 4-vinylpyridine (VP) as functional monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker and dichloromethane, methanol, acetonitrile or toluene as porogens were tested. The experiments carried out by molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) in cartridges did not allow to detect any imprint effect in the VP-based polymers whereas it was clearly observed in the MAA-based polymers. Among them, the MIP prepared in methanol using MAA as monomer showed the best performance and was chosen for further experiments. The ability of the selected MIP for the selective recognition of other widely used FQs (enoxacin, norfloxacin, danofloxacin and enrofloxacin) and quinolones (Qs) (cinoxacin, flumequine, nalidixic acid and oxolinic acid) was evaluated. The obtained results revealed the high selectivity of the obtained polymer, which was able to distinguish between FQs, that were recognised and retained onto the MIP cartridge, and Qs, which were washed out during loading and washing steps. The MIP was then packed into a stainless steel column (50mmx4.6mm i.d.) and evaluated as chromatography column for screening of FQs in soil samples. The mobile phase composition, flow rate, and the elution profile were then optimised in order to improve peak shape without sacrifying imprinting factor. Finally, under optimised conditions, soil samples spiked with CIP or with a mixture of fluoroquinolones in concentration of 0.5microgg(-1) were successfully analysed by the developed MIP-based procedures.  相似文献

Experimental results are presented that serve to lower the barrier for developing the science and technology of non-classical thermotropic glycolipid mesophases, which now include dodecagonal quasicrystal (DDQC) and Frank–Kasper (FK) A15 and σ mesophases that can be produced under mild conditions from a versatile class of sugar-polyolefin conjugates. By employing “alloys” comprised of mono- and disaccharide-polyolefin conjugates, and optionally with vitamin E as a small molecule phase modulator, we report the spontaneous formation of stable A15 mesophases at ambient temperature. We further document a rich thermotropic phase map that includes DDQC, A15, and σ mesophases of tunable periodicity that are connected through rapid thermotropic phase transitions as a function of increasing temperature in the order: liquid-like packing (LLP)→DDQC → A15→σ→ disorder. This first direct observation of a rapid thermotropic A15→σ phase transition provides support for a diffusionless martensitic process proceeding through strain-induced introduction of planar defects into the A15 lattice.  相似文献

Strictly alternating copolymers between olefins and carbon monoxide are synthesized using cationic palladium catalysts modified by phosphorus or nitrogen ligands. Basic chelate diphosphines as the ligand allow the regioregular copolymerization of aliphatic olefins thus affording, e.g. in the case of propene, poly(1-oxo-2-methyltrimethylene). Steric control of the copolymerization process towards the production of overwhelmingly isotactic copolymers is possible particularly when using atropisomeric ligands. In the case of styrene as the substrate and for all ligands employed the copolymerization process is regioregular. Prevailing syndiotactic structure is obtained with 1,10-phenanthroline or 2,2′-bipyridine as the ligand. Chelate thioether ligands allow the preparation of a completely atactic material. For 4-tert-butylstyrene an isotactic structure became accessible by using chiral bisoxazolidines. The prevailing structure of the copolymers of cyclopentene corresponds to a 1,3-enchainment of the olefin units most probably associated with a prevailing diisotactic structure  相似文献
