It is known [8] that a semiperfect ring is characterized by the existence of a frame, i.e, a complete set of local orthogonal idempotents. We prove in this paper that a similar behaviour occurs when dealing with an associative pair A, namelyAis semiperfect if and only if Acontains a frame and ā=A/Rad Ais unital. Moreover, we show that, when ā is unital, the existence of a frame for Ais equivalent to the condition that every irreducible right A-module is isomorphic to e A/e(RadA) for some idempotent e of A.  相似文献

Deep neural networks (DNNs) have emerged as a state-of-the-art tool in very different research fields due to its adaptive power to the decision space since they do not presuppose any linear relationship between data. Some of the main disadvantages of these trending models are that the choice of the network underlying architecture profoundly influences the performance of the model and that the architecture design requires prior knowledge of the field of study. The use of questionnaires is hugely extended in social/behavioral sciences. The main contribution of this work is to automate the process of a DNN architecture design by using an agglomerative hierarchical algorithm that mimics the conceptual structure of such surveys. Although the train had regression purposes, it is easily convertible to deal with classification tasks. Our proposed methodology will be tested with a database containing socio-demographic data and the responses to five psychometric Likert scales related to the prediction of happiness. These scales have been already used to design a DNN architecture based on the subdimension of the scales. We show that our new network configurations outperform the previous existing DNN architectures.  相似文献

Relativistic coupled-cluster and second-order many-body perturbation theories were used to construct two- and three-body potentials for the interaction between mercury atoms. A subsequent combined simulated-annealing downhill simplex and conjugate gradient-optimization procedure gave global minima for mercury clusters with up to 30 atoms. The calculations reveal magic cluster numbers of 6, 13, 19, 23, 26, and 29 atoms. At these cluster sizes, the static dipole polarizability obtained from density-functional theory has a minimum. The calculations also reveal a fast convergence of the polarizability towards the bulk limit in contrast to the singlet-triplet gap or the ionization potential.  相似文献

Near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) was evaluated for the determination of protein, crude fiber (CF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) in grass silage. Calibration equations were based on analyses of 366 samples of grass silage produced in Northwestern Spain over 4 consecutive years (1992-1995) and validated by analyses of a set of 72 silage samples harvested during 1996. Dried and ground samples were analyzed by chemical and NIRS procedures. The spectral data were analyzed by regression against a range of chemical parameters, using modified partial least-squares (MPLS) multivariate analysis in conjunction with different mathematical treatments of the spectra. For each parameter, the optimum calibration was evaluated on the basis of the coefficient of multiple determination (R2), the coefficient of simple correlation (r2), the standard error of calibration (SEC), the standard error of cross-validation (SECV), and the standard error of validation (SEV). R2 and r2 were >0.90; SEC values were 0.58, 1.04, 1.40, and 1.75; SECV values were 0.64,1.15,1.50, and 2.04; and SEV values were 0.56,1.02, 1.42, and 1.80 for protein, CF, ADF, and NDF, respectively. The ratio of the standard deviation of the reference data to the SEV was >3.0 for each of the 4 parameters, which indicates that the equations can be used in routine analysis.  相似文献

The previously known potent cytotoxic agent silvestrol (1) (0.002% w/w yield) and five new flavagline derivatives (2-6) were isolated from the leaves of Aglaia foveolata collected in Indonesia. The new compound 5 has an unprecedented cyclic amide moiety in its cyclopenta[b]benzopyran skeleton, while compound 6 is a novel benzo[b]oxepine derivative in which the oxepine ring is cleaved. Pyramidatine (7), a biogenetic precursor of the new flavaglines 2-6, was isolated from the leaf extract investigated. Silvestrol was also isolated from the stem bark of A. foveolata (yield of 0.02% w/w) along with a new baccharane-type triterpenoid (8). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of their NMR and mass spectrometric data. All new compounds isolated were tested against a panel of cancer cell lines, but only compound 2 was cytotoxic (IC50 range=1.4-1.8 μM), and is the first member of the cyclopenta[b]benzopyran class found to exhibit this type of activity. Compound 2 also showed significant NF-κB inhibitory activity in an Elisa assay (IC50=0.37 μM).  相似文献

A series of 2-substituted-4,6-diaminipyrimidine derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibitory activity. Saturation transfer difference (STD) (1)H-NMR experiments were used to probe the binding characteristics of the compounds with human DHFR enzyme. The most potent molecules, 12 and 15, in enzyme assay study showed the best results in STD experiments indicating their intimate interaction with the receptor. The docking studies were followed to explain the structural basis for the observed interaction between the ligands and DHFR. All the compounds were also assayed in vitro for their growth inhibitory activity on MCF-7, HepG2, SKHep1, and Hela tumor cell lines. Compounds 16, 17, and 22 demonstrated the most potent in vitro anti-proliferative activity among the others.  相似文献

The hydration process of the cements induces the formation of different kinds of hydration products. The main products of hydration are C?CS?CH gel and portlandite [Ca(OH)2]. The C?CS?CH gel is an amorphous compound that is discomposed progressivity with the temperature until approximately 1,000?°C, while the portlandite is discomposed between 450 and 550?°C. Also, calcium carbonate can be formed as a consequence of the portlandite carbonation. All of these processes can be analysed and quantified by simultaneous differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. And by X-ray diffraction it is possible to identify the crystalline phases. Some authors have corroborated that the portlandite can be rehydrated, after dehydration processes due to thermal exposition of the cement paste. But all of these experiments have been made with young cement pastes or at temperatures lower than 650?°C. In this work the behaviour of young and mature cement pastes have been studied in relation with the portlandite decomposition and the possibility of the rehydration of it in water presence. We found that young pastes and old pastes, stored at laboratory conditions, and later burned, show a certain grade of rehydration, specially the pastes burned at 650?°C (with ??80% of reformation of portlandite) with respect to the pastes burned at 1,000?°C (between 20 and 40%). It is corroborate that the rehydration process is directly related to the formation of CaO during the burning. Also, a formation of unstable portlandite is detected in young pastes burned at 650?°C, which can be rehydrated easily. Although, the mature pastes that have been burned initially and stored under laboratory conditions cannot be rehydrated, due to the formation of stable products during the storage.  相似文献
