The dependence of crystalline structure and optical properties of pulp on anthraquinone (AQ) added to the soda process at different cooking times was determined in this study. Wheat (Triticum aestevum L.) straw was used as the raw material for pulp. Soda and soda-AQ processes were selected for pulping at 80 min and 120 min. The soda-AQ process improved the yield and viscosity of pulp delignification ratio for pulping in comparison with the soda process. Crystallinity of pulp samples decreased by adding anthraquinone to the soda process because of stabilized less ordered cellulose and amorphous hemicelluloses in pulp. It was determined that crystallinity of pulp samples decreased with longer cooking time, from 80 min to 120 min, in both soda and soda-AQ processes. Monoclinic structure was dominant in pulp samples; however, the triclinic structure ratio increased in both soda and soda-AQ processes compared to raw material. It was found that brightness and lightness values in pulp samples decreased when using anthraquinone depending on the changes of the crystalline structure.  相似文献

The possibility of using ionic liquid based chitosan sorbent for the separation and preconcentration of fluoroquinolone antibiotics (marbofloxacin, enoxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and enrofloxacin) has been studied. For this reason, different ionic liquids were prepared and coated on the chitosan sorbent. The conditions of the preconcentration of fluoroquinolones on a microcolumn have been optimized and the extraction efficiencies of the prepared sorbents have been compared. The compounds were eluted with 5 mL of 20% NH3 (v/v, MeOH) solution and determined by HPLC with diode array and fluorescence detector. The limits of detection were found as 4.23 µ g L?1 for marbofloxacin, and 1.09 µg L?1 for enoxacin; 3.23 × 10?3 µg L?1 for ofloxacin; 8.39 × 10?3 µg L?1 for ciprofloxacin; and 19.50 × 10?3 µg L?1 for enrofloxacin. The developed method was applied for the analysis of fluoroquinolone in milk, egg, fish, bovine, and chicken samples and the recoveries were obtained in the range 70–100%.  相似文献

As an attempt to produce azole functional proton conductors, organic electrolytes with triazole and tetrazole functional groups were synthesized via substitution reaction of 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride with aminotriazole and aminotetrazole. The samples were doped with triflic acid with molar ratios of 0.25 and 0.50. FTIR, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and elemental analysis were used to characterize the resulting materials. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the samples are thermally stable up to 150?°C. The effect of acid doping on proton conductivity was investigated with impedance spectrometer. Both pure samples and the doped ones revealed high proton conductivity. In anhydrous conditions (TMA)-TriTA0.50 and TMA-TetTA0.50 have proton conductivities of 1.8 and 19?mS/cm at 150?°C, respectively. Solid-state NMR studies revealed that there are three different types of hydrogen-bonded acidic proton in the systems. Moreover, these different types of acidic protons present at different ratio in triazole and tetrazole systems.  相似文献

The paper analyses theoretically the surface vibration induced by a point load moving uniformly along a infinitely long beam embedded in a two-dimensional viscoelastic layer. The beam is placed parallel to the traction-free surface and the layer under the beam is assumed to be a half space. The response due to a harmonically varying load is investigated for different load frequencies. The influence of the layer damping and moving load speed on the level of vibrations at the surface is analysed and analytical closed form solutions in the integral form for the displacement amplitude and the amplitude spectra are derived. Approximate displacement values depending on Young’s modulus and mass density of layers are obtained. The mathematical model is described by the Euler–Bernoulli beam equation, Navier’s elastodynamic equation of motion for the elastic medium and appropriate boundary and continuity conditions. A special approximation method based on the wavelet theory is used for calculation of the displacements at the surface.  相似文献

A novel proton conducting polymer blend was prepared by mixing poly(vinylphosphonic acid) (PVPA) with poly(1-vinylimidazole) (PVI) at various stoichiometric ratios via changing molar ratio of monomer repeating unit to achieve the highest protonation. The polymer network having the most suitable stoichiometric ratio for substantial proton conductivity was prepared and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy and proton conductivity measurements. The network was used for immobilization of invertase and some important kinetic parameters such as the maximum reaction rate (Vmax) and Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) were investigated for the immobilized invertase. Additionally, optimum temperature and pH were determined to acquire the best conditions for the highest enzyme activity. Operational stability of the entrapped enzyme was also examined. The results reveal that the most stable and highly proton conducting polymer network may play a pioneer role in the biosensors applications as given by FT-IR, elemental analysis, impedance spectroscopy and storage stability experiments.  相似文献

The chemical compositions of the water-distilled essential oil of Stachys cretica ssp. lesbiaca Rech. fil. and S. cretica ssp. trapezuntica Rech. fil. were determined by GC and GC-MS. Altogether 63 compounds were identified. The sesquiterpene hydrocarbon, germacrene D (20.3% and 12.9% respectively) was the main component identified in both oils. Furthermore, ethanol, light petroleum, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts prepared from the aerial parts of the plants were tested for their antimicrobial activities against six bacterial strains and the yeast Candida albicans. The extracts exhibited no antibacterial activity, but the light petroleum and n-butanolic fractions showed low antifungal activities. Crude ethanolic extracts of the two subspecies were tested for their ability to inhibit the growth of HL-60 and Ishikawa human tumor cell lines. The IC50 values were 100 microg/mL for the HL-60 cell line and 200 microg/mL for the Ishikawa cell line.  相似文献

The paper deals with a discrete differential dynamic programming type of problem. It is an optimal control problem where an external disturbance is controlled over the time horizon by a control force constituted with the well-known convolution approach. The paper presents a simple and novel idea to achieve an optimally controlled response when a linear system is subjected to an arbitrary external disturbance. The proposed approach uses the convolution concept and states that if a control method can be established to restore a unit external disturbance, then the convolution integral can be applied to generate an overall control strategy to control the system when it is subjected to an arbitrary external disturbance. In spite of its simplicity, such a strategy has not been encountered in the literature. The only requirement for this method to be useful is to obtain an optimal control strategy to suppress the vibration of the system when it is subjected to unit response disturbance. To accomplish this, a method from classical optimal control theory such as linear quadratic regulator (LQR) that involves solving the Riccati equation of the associated system can be used. However, genetic algorithm (GA) can be adopted as an alternative way to obtain an optimal control strategy against impulse input. As any arbitrary excitation can be divided into impulses, the convolution concept will constitute the overall optimal control strategy for any arbitrary excitation with simply shifting, scaling and summation (or integration) of the GA-optimized control strategy for each impulse of the arbitrary excitation. The proposed method can be used for real time control applications. Once the control strategy for the impulse disturbance is established, the results can then be used at each time step when online control is performed. Computer simulations were carried out to control the response of a quarter-vehicle active suspension system using the proposed method. The obtained results were compared to those of linear quadratic regulator (LQR) and passive suspension applications. The overall results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method for active suspension systems, especially in suppressing the vehicle body displacement when compared to both the LQR based and passive systems. Furthermore, such a control system proves to be simpler requiring less information to process, which is crucial for real-time applications.  相似文献
