The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactivity and regioselectivity of methyleneadamantane 1, ethyl adamantylideneacetate 7a, adamantylideneacetonitrile 7b and ω-methoxymethyleneadamantane 7c with substituted benzonitrile oxides 3a-i were calculated by CNDO/2 method using the perturbation equation derived by Klopman and Salem. The calculation predicted an exclusive formation of adamantan - 2 - spiro - 5' - 3' - aryl - Δ2' - isooxazoline 4a-i in the reactions of 1, 7a and 7b with 3a-i, and a formation of 67–69:33-31 mixture of 4a-i and isomeric 5a-i in the reaction of 7c with 3a-i. The predicted exclusive formation of 4a-i were experimentally observed in the reactions of 1,7a and 7b with 3a-i generated from 2a-i with Et3N or thermally, but the reaction of 7c with 3a did not afford the corresponding adducts. A considerably higher reactivity of CN triple bond than CC double bond was observed in the reaction of 7b with 3a and 1,2,4-oxadiazole derivative 11 was obtained as the major product. 相似文献

We have achieved by molecular-beam-epitaxy the new type of superlattice of InAs and GaSb whose energy gaps do not overlap. The observed Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations manifest the two-dimensional electronic subband structure, corroborating theoretical calculations. It was shown that psoralen + UV-A inhibits the chemotactic activity of polymorphonuclear neutrophils towards anaphylatoxin C5a des Arg. This reaction required oxygen and there is a high possibility that the active oxygen species was in a singlet state. Oxygen did not act directly on C5a des Arg, but rather produced oxidized psoralen which inhibited C5a des Arg activity. The effect was dependent on the concentration and types of psoralen and on the UV-A dose. Among the psoralens, the inhibitory effect of 4,5',8-trimethylpsoralen was the strongest, followed by 8-methoxypsoralen and 3-carbethoxypsoralen and finally 4,4',6-trimethylangelicin. A set of 1,3-propanediamine derivatives connected to carbohydrates (5) has been prepared in four steps from peracetylated sugar and 1,3-dibromo-2-propanol in 60-73% yields. D-Glucose, D-mannose, D-galactose, D-xylose, D-ribose, and maltose are utilized as sugar molecules in this work. The diamine moiety was connected to the C1 carbon of the glycopyranose ring via an O-glycoside bond. All of the anomeric configurations and sugar puckering conformations, except in the D-maltose derivative, were determined by X-ray crystallography of the diazido or dibromo precursors. While glycosidation of peracetylated galactopyranose with 1,3-dibromo-2-propanol in the presence of boron trifluoride afforded both anomers, the neighboring group participation of the 2-acetoxy group yielded a single anomer for the other substrates. This method has been used to synthesize a library of sugar-pendant diamines including an OH-protected derivative (6), and an N,N'-diisopropyl-substituted derivative (7). In a heterostructure of InAs confined between GaSb, measurements of far infrared transmission as a function of the magnetic field and its orientation demonstrate the formation of hybrid subbands due to electric and magnetic quantization. Magneto-absorption experiments are performed in an InAs-GaSb multiheterojunction where both electrons and holes are simultaneously confined at the interfaces. Oscillatory characteristics are observed and interpreted in terms of interband transitions from the single hole subband to the two lowest electron subbands, and of cyclotron resonances associated with these subbands. Two electron masses are obtained, arising directly as a consequence of the heterojunction potential. 相似文献
