Inorganic-organic or hybrid perovskite materials, which are the complementary counterparts of pure inorganic perovskites, can provide many new opportunities in the researches of phase transitions, critical phenomena, and relevant properties, as they combine the characteristics of inorganic and organic components. Therefore, the hybrid perovskites of ammonium metal formate framework are very promising, and their properties have been found to be strongly dependent on the characteristics of the constituent metal ions and/or ammonium ions. Herein, we used solid solution strategies, borrowed from solid state chemistry, to investigate the anisotropic diluted magnetic hybrid perovskite system of [CH3NH3][CoxZn1-x(HCOO)3], wherein the B-sites are occupied by the mixed metal ions of Co2+ and Zn2+. The solid solution compounds of this series in the range x = 0–1 (or the molar percent Co% = 0–100%) were successfully prepared using conventional solution chemistry methods. The resulting compounds were demonstrated to be iso-structural by using both single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction analyses. The solid solution crystals belong to the orthorhombic space group Pnma, with the cell parameters being a = 8.3015(2)–8.3207(3) Å, b = 11.6574(4)–11.6811(5) Å, c = 8.1315(3)–8.1427(4) Å, and V = 787.89(5)–790.98(7) Å3. The perovskite structure consists of a simple cubic anionic metal-formate framework and CH3NH3+ cations which are located in the framework cavities, with N―H···O hydrogen bonds formed between the framework and the cation. The members of this series showed negligible changes (< 0.4%) in their respective lattice and structural parameters. Thus, the prepared solid solution compounds constitute good molecule-based examples for the study of magnetic dilution under almost the same structural parameters and molecular geometries. Upon dilution, the magnetization per mole of Co at low temperatures and low fields was suppressed by the magnetic anisotropy of Co2+ and gradual destruction of the large spin canting between coupled Co2+ ions, in contrast to the magnetization enhancement observed in the isotropic diluted system of [CH3NH3][MnxZn1-x(HCOO)3] with the same perovskite structure. The percolation limit was estimated as (Co%)P = 27(1)% (or xP = 0.27(1)) from the magnetic data, which was slightly lower than that predicted by the percolation theory for a simple cubic lattice (31%); this trend was due to the strong magnetic anisotropy of the present system. In addition, rare incommensurate phase transitions were primarily detected below ~120 K for the pure Co and Zn members, which may also affect the magnetic properties of the materials. 相似文献

The synchronization of diagnosis and treatment is a new trend in cancer treatment. Photoacoustic imaging (PAI) and photothermal therapy (PTT) are recognized as one of the perfect combinations. The autocatalytic polymerization of selenium/polypyrrole (Se@PPy) nanocomposites with a wide-absorption band at near-infrared region (NIR, 800 nm) has been developed in this paper. The wide optical absorption characteristics enable Se@PPy nanocomposites to achieve multi-spectral PAI. Ex vivo experiments show desirable photoacoustic ability of the Se@PPy nanocomposites at wavelengths ranging from 700 nm to 900 nm, which is better than that of commercial indocyanine green (ICG). Se@PPy nanocomposites have high photothermal conversion efficiency up to 36.3% as well as excellent photo-thermal stability. In vitro cytotoxicity test demonstrates that the Se@PPy nanocomposites have good bio-safety. Furthermore, the feasibility of Se@PPy nanocomposites for enhancing multi-spectral PAI guided PTT was verified on 4T1 tumor-bearing nude mice. Our results indicate that Se@PPy nanocomposites could be used as an effective theranostic agent for near-infrared light-mediated PAI and PTT of tumor. 相似文献

Three new post‐synthetic modification reactions, namely amidation, esterification, and thioesterification, were demonstrated on a novel highly crystalline two‐dimensional covalent organic framework (COF), COF‐616, bearing pre‐installed carboxyl groups. The strategy can be used to introduce a large variety of functional groups into COFs and the modifications can be carried out under mild reaction conditions, with high yields, and an easy work‐up protocol. As a proof of concept, various chelating functionalities were successfully incorporated into COF‐616 to yield a family of adsorbents for efficient removal of several contaminants in the water. 相似文献

An alkynyl‐protected gold nanocluster, Au22(tBuC≡C)18 ( 1 ), has been synthesized and its structure has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The molecular structure consists of a Au13 cuboctahedron kernel and three [Au3(tBuC≡C)4] trimeric staples. The cluster 1 has strong luminescence in the solid state with a 15 % quantum yield, and it displays interesting thermochromic luminescence as revealed by temperature‐dependent emission spectra. In order to improve its water resistance and compatibility with polymer matrix, ammonium polyphosphate (APP) is modified with melamine‐trimesic acid (MEL‐TA) aggregates by supramolecular self‐assembly technology. Chemical structure and morphology of APP@MEL‐TA are investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Intumescent flame retardant system of APP@MEL‐TA and charring‐foaming agent is introduced into polypropylene (PP) matrix. The flammability and combustion behavior of PP composites are investigated by limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL‐94 vertical burning, and cone calorimetry tests. In terms of LOI values and cone combustion results, APP@MEL‐TA performs better than pristine APP. Char residue of PP composites is investigated by SEM and Raman spectra. Flame retardant mechanisms are proposed based on thermal decomposition, combustion results, and analysis on char residue. 相似文献

The properties of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanocomposite hydrogels influenced by nanoparticles are reviewed. Various kinds of nanoparticles with excellent mechanical and electrical properties have been introduced into PVA hydrogel to produce stretchable and conductive PVA nanocomposite hydrogel. Understanding the mechanism between the matrix of PVA hydrogel and nanoparticles is therefore critical for the development of PVA nanocomposite hydrogels. This review focuses on the nanoparticles include carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide and metal nanoparticles, and describes the effects of nanoparticles on the mechanical and conductive properties of PVA nanocomposite hydrogels. A new promising area of soft stretchable PVA nanocomposite hydrogel is highlighted for possible applications. Finally, a brief outlook for future research is presented. 相似文献

In a recent study, anthocyanins, which have a strong free radical‐scavenging activity, were examined for their potential to effectively prevent cancer. However, clinical trials are limited by the purity of the anthocyanin. Multiple methods are used to extract and purify anthocyanins. Based on previous work on Solanum nigrum, which is a widely distributed plant, in this study, DM130 macroporous resin, Sephadex LH20, and a C18 column were used to separate cis–trans anthocyanin isomers. These anthocyanins constitute the majority of total S. nigrum anthocyanins. The results showed that this “DM130‐LH20‐C18 system” can be used to obtain a cinnamic acid‐derived cis–trans anthocyanin, petunidin‐3‐(p‐coumaroyl)‐rutinoside‐5‐glucoside, with a purity of 98.5%, for effective quantitation. In order to determine the antioxidant ability of the petunidin‐3‐(p‐coumaroyl)‐rutinoside‐5‐glucoside cis–trans isomers, three ordinary methods were adopted. Alzheimer''s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative illness accompanied by severe memory loss, cognitive disorders and impaired behavioral ability. Amyloid β-peptide (Aβ) aggregation and nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome play crucial roles in the pathogenesis of AD. Aβ plaques not only induce oxidative stress and impair neurons, but also activate the NLRP3 inflammasome, which releases inflammatory cytokine IL-1β to trigger neuroinflammation. A bifunctional molecule, 2-[2-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)phenylamino]benzoic acid (BPBA), with both Aβ-targeting and inflammasome-inhibiting capabilities was designed and synthesized. BPBA inhibited self- and Cu2+- or Zn2+-induced Aβ aggregation, disaggregated the already formed Aβ aggregates, and reduced the neurotoxicity of Aβ aggregates; it also inhibited the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome and reduced the release of IL-1β in vitro and vivo. Moreover, BPBA decreased the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and alleviated Aβ-induced paralysis in transgenic C. elegans with the human Aβ42 gene. BPBA exerts an anti-AD effect mainly through dissolving Aβ aggregates and inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome activation synergistically.Bifunctional molecule BPBA inhibits Aβ aggregation and NLRP3 inflammasome activation, thereby decreasing ROS and IL-1β in vitro and vivo; it synergistically prevents Alzheimer''s disease via alleviating Aβ neurotoxicity and reducing neuroinflammation. 相似文献
