The biosensor was constructed for determination of glucose by using glucose oxidase enzyme immobilized on poly(thiophene-3-boronic acid) (PTBA). Boronic acid functionalized polythiophene layer was obtained by electrochemical polymerization of Thiophene (Th) and thiophene-3-boronic acid (TBA) with different monomer rations. The reconstitution of the apo-glucose oxidase (apo-GOx) on a complexed flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) linked to polythiophene boronic acid (PTBA) monolayer yields an electrically contacted enzyme monolayer. The GOx-reconstituted enzyme electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activities toward the reduction and oxidation of hydrogen peroxide as well. The PTBA/FAD/GOx biosensor shows an excellent performance for glucose at +0.4 V with a high sensitivity (2.14 μA/mM) and lower response time (~5 s) in a wide concentration range of 0.5–18 mM (correlation coefficient of 0.9952). Furthermore, the effects of applied potential, pH, temperature, electroactive interference, stability and reusability of the biosensors were discussed. 相似文献

The sd-interacting boson approximation (sd-IBA) and the df-interacting boson approximation (df-IBA) can be related to each other and the states of the interacting boson approximation model can be identified with the fully symmetric states in the sdf interacting boson approximation model. A systematic study of the sdf-IBA model showed that the constructed Hamiltonian can successfully describe the strong octupole correlations in the deformed nuclei. We showed that the interacting boson approximation may account for many of these K π ?=?0+ states. It was found that the calculated energy spectra of the gadolinium isotopes agree quite well with the experimental data. The observed B(E2) values were also calculated and compared with the experimental data. 相似文献

In this study, a film formation process from surfactant-free polystyrene (PS) latex particles is reported. Steady state fluorescence (SSF) and photon transmission (UVV) techniques were used to study the evolution of film formation. The latex films were prepared from pyrene (P)-labeled PS particles at room temperature and annealed at time intervals of 2.5?min above the glass transition temperature (T g) of PS. During the annealing processes, the transparency of the film changed considerably. Fluorescence intensity (I 0P) from P was measured after each annealing step to monitor the stages of film formation. Evolution of transparency of latex films were monitored by using photon transmission intensity, I tr. A drastic increase in I tr and I 0P above the critical annealing times, t r and t c were attributed, respectively to percolation behavior of PS material from one side to the other side of the latex film. Critical exponents, β of percolation clusters were measured and found to be around 0.35 and 0.25 for I tr and I 0P measurements, respectively. 相似文献

We report new measurements of the neutron–deuteron elastic scattering cross section at energies from 135 to 250 MeV and center-of-mass angles from 80? to 130?. Cross sections for neutron-proton elastic scattering were also measured with the same experimental setup for normalization purposes. Our nd cross section results are compared with predictions based on Faddeev calculations including three-nucleon forces, and with cross sections measured with charged particle and neutron beams at comparable energies. 相似文献

Association of polyacrylic acids and nonionic polymers in solutions via hydrogen bonding results in formation of novel polymeric materials. These complexes are novel individual compounds and their properties are entirely different from the properties of their component polymers. In this study, the effects of a cationic polyelectrolyte (polyethylenimine, PEI) on the interpolymer complexation of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) with polyarcylic acid (PAA) in aqueous media were studied. Results showed that at low pH, interpolymer complex (IPC) formation was observed between HPMC and PAA at a 3:0.5 polymer ratio. Under basic conditions, the viscosity of the IPC increased accompanied with the transition from coiled structure to an extended conformation of associates. Addition of PEI to the same system caused some structural changes in the polymer solution mixtures depending on the pH of the system. PEI worked as a destructive agent for the HPMC/PAA interpolymer complexes and associates. This behavior was attributed to the complex formation between PEI and HPMC via hydrogen bonding. 相似文献

The nature (time variation) of response magnetizations m(wt) of the kinetic cylindrical Ising nanotube in the presence of a periodically varying external magnetic field h(wt) is studied by employing the effective-field theory (EFT) with correlations as well as the Glauber-type stochastic dynamics. We have determined the time variations of m(wt) and h(wt) for various temperatures, and investigated the dynamic magnetic hysteresis behavior. Temperature dependence of the dynamic magnetizations, hysteresis loop areas and correlations are investigated in order to characterize the nature (first- or second-order) of the dynamic transitions as well as to obtain the dynamic phase transition temperatures. We also present the dynamic phase diagrams in the three different planes and compare the results of the equilibrium and nonequilibrium states. The phase diagrams exhibit dynamic tricritical, isolated critical, multicritical and triple points. The results are in good agreement with some experimental and theoretical results. 相似文献

In this paper, an improved Legendre collocation method is presented for a class of integro-differential equations which involves a population model. This improvement is made by using the residual function of the operator equation. The error differential equation, gained by residual function, has been solved by the Legendre collocation method (LCM). By summing the approximate solution of the error differential equation with the approximate solution of the problem, a better approximate solution is obtained. We give the illustrative examples to demonstrate the efficiency of the method. Also we compare our results with the results of the known some methods. This paper presents a numerical scheme for approximate solutions of the fractional Volterra’s model for population growth of a species in a closed system. In fact, the Bessel collocation method is extended by using the time-fractional derivative in the Caputo sense to give solutions for the mentioned model problem. In this extended of the method, a generalization of the Bessel functions of the first kind is used and its matrix form is constructed. And then, the matrix form based on the collocation points is formed for the each term of this model problem. Hence, the method converts the model problem into a system of nonlinear algebraic equations. We give some numerical applications to show efficiency and accuracy of the method. In applications, the reliability of the technique is demonstrated by the error function based on accuracy of the approximate solution. 相似文献
