The induced optical aberration of laser beam passing through a transparent flowing fluid layer on a metal specimen is experimentally and empirical formula studied. The proposed study presents an experimental investigation of metal surface roughness measurement by combining an optical probe of laser-scattering phenomena and adaptive optics (AO) for aberration correction. In the absence of the AO correction scheme, induced flow velocity of 0.278 m/s can severely degrade the residual wavefront root mean square (RMS) error to 0.58 μm and decrease the scattered laser intensity. Real-time AO correction in closed-loop at a sampling rate of 8Hz can reduce the wavefront RMS error to 0.19 μm and improve the attenuation of scattered laser intensity. The maximum relative error of the estimated roughness (R a) is less than 7.8% compared with the stylus method. The experimental results show satisfactory correction in the presence of a flowing fluid layer using the AO system. 相似文献

为了寻求一种快速、无损检测脱绒棉种活力的方法,提出基于高光谱技术预测脱绒棉种电导率。采集了新陆早50、新陆早57、新陆早62三个品种且不同老化程度下共810粒脱绒棉种高光谱图像(400~1 000 nm),通过组合不同预处理方法,采用chauvenet检测方法剔除异常值后建立了偏最小二乘法(PLS)、逐步多元线性回归(SMLR)、主成分回归(PCR)模型。结果表明,采用变量标准化(SNV)、卷积平滑(Savitzky-Golay)、一阶微分(First derivative)和norris微分平滑组合的预处理方法,波段范围为480~530,650~980 nm下建立的PLS模型效果最佳;其中PLS模型得到新陆早50、新陆早57、新陆早62的预测集相关系数和校正集相关系数分别为0.88,0.90,0.92,0.91,0.89,0.90;预测集均方根误差(RMSEP)和校正集均方根误差(RMSEC)分别为44.3,38.4,37.8,46.5,43.5和40.8 μS·cm-1。研究结果表明,采用高光谱技术预测脱绒棉种电导率具有一定的可行性,也为其他种子的活力检测奠定了良好的基础。 相似文献

Segregation effects commonly exist in granular mixtures
with difference in size, shape or density. In mixed traffic flow,
slow vehicle and fast vehicle, as two types of particles, have
different desired speed. We investigate the segregation along the
road in mixed traffic flow by using a symmetric two-lane cellular
automata model. A parameter D, which quantifies the degree of
segregation, is defined. We study the density dependency of the
parameter at different randomization probability. Simulation results
show that segregation is more obviously in free flow region. We
argue that the overtaking maneuvers have similar effect as

A concept of mean last passage time at the saddle point is proposed in order to compute both the lifetime and the escape rate of a particle in a metastable potential, where the backstreaming across the saddle point is taken into account. Chitosan/magnetite nanocomposite was synthesized induced by magnetic field via in situ hybridization in ambient condition. Results of XRD patterns and TEM micrographs indicated that magnetite particles with 10–20 nm were dispersed in chitosan homogeneously. An interesting result is that magnetite nanoparticles were assembled to form chain-like structures under the influence of the external magnetic field, which mimics the magnetite chains inside of magnetotatic bacteria. The saturated magnetization (Ms) of nano-magnetite in chitosan was 50.54 emu/g, which is as high as 54% of bulk magnetite. The remanence (Mr) and coercivity (Hc) were 4 emu/g and14.8 Oe, respectively, which indicated that magnetite nanoparticles were superparamagnetic. The key of route is that a pre-precipitated chitosan hydrogel membrane, used as chemical reactor, which controlled the precipitation of chitosan precipitation and in situ transformation of magnetite from the precursor simultaneously in the magnetic field environment. 相似文献

Cumene is an important intermediate and chemical in chemical industry.In this work,directional preparation of cumene using lignin was achieved by a three-step cascade process.The mixture aromatics were first produced by the catalytic pyrolysis of lignin at 450℃ over 1% Zn/HZSM-5 catalyst,monocyclic aromatics with the selectivity of 85.7 wt% were obtained.Then,the catalytic dealkylation of heavier aromatics resulted in benzene-rich aromatics with 93.6 wt% benzene at 600℃ over Hβ catalyst.Finally,the cumene synthesis was performed by the aromatic alkylation,giving cumene selectivity of 91.6 C-mol% using the[bmim]Cl-2AlCl13 ionic liquid at room temperature for 15 min.Besides,adding a small amount of methanol to the feed can efficiently suppress the coke yield and enhance the aromatics yield.The proposed transformation potentially provides a useful route for production of cumene using renewable lignin. 相似文献
