The spin polarizations of hadrons inclusively produced by pp, γp and λp collisions are studied by the quark rearrangement model. The present model is a phenomenological one based on the relativistic spin equations of motion and using the quark distribution functions in hadrons and photon. A general success of the model is demonstrated. We find usefulness of the present formulation for studying the dynamics producing spin asymmetry distributions and the statics determining signs and magnitudes of the spin polarization by reflecting the characteristic quark structure in hadrons.  相似文献

Optical-optical double resonance spectroscopy was used to study the 1g(3P1) ion-pair state of I2 correlating to I(1S)+I+3P1) at the dissociation limit. We gained access to the 1g(3P1) state though the A3Π (1u) state in the (1+1) photon-excitation scheme. The pump laser excited the A3Π (1u)-X1Σg+ transition at a fixed frequency for state selection. The probe laser was scanned to detect the 1g(3P1)-A3Π (1u) resonance by monitoring the ultraviolet emission from the 1g(3P1) state at 278 nm. The 1g(3P1) state was observed in a vibrational progression consisting of P and R doublets. An energy level analysis was carried out for the 1g(3P1) state in the 0≤ v ≤ 14 and 12≤J≤135 range, which led to a set of molecular parameters including the Ω-doubling constant. The Ω-doubling of the 1g(3P1) state was discussed by the pure precession model and interpreted to occur through the heterogeneous coupling with the 0g(3P1) state correlating to the same ionic asymptote.  相似文献

High-pressure phase transition of Ta2NiO6 with the trirutile-type structure was investigated from the viewpoint of crystal chemistry. A new quenchable high-pressure phase was found in the pressure range higher than 7 GPa and 900°C. The high-pressure phase has an orthorhombic cell (a=4.797(1) Å, b=5.153(2) Å and c=14.85(1) Å and space group; Abm2), and it is more dense by 9.6% than the trirutile-structured phase. Infrared spectra of the trirutile-type phase and the high-pressure phase show that Ni2+ ions in the high-pressure phase are still in octahedral sites. The crystal structure of the high-pressure phase is considered as a cation-ordering trifluorite-type structure, which can be stabilized by a crystal field effect of Ni2+ ions.  相似文献

Evolution of the lower-hybrid(LH)-driven current profile was measured during the formation of an internal transport barrier (ITB) in a reversed magnetic shear discharge. As the ITB developed, the initially centrally peaked LH-driven current profile gradually turned hollow and was sometimes accompanied by an off-axis peak in the electron temperature profile. These observations indicate the concentration of LH power deposition to the ITB for this case as a result of nonlinear coupling between the LH waves and the target plasma.  相似文献

Electron beams with the lowest, normalized transverse emittance recorded so far were produced and confirmed in single-bunch-mode operation of the Accelerator Test Facility at KEK. We established a tuning method of the damping ring which achieves a small vertical dispersion and small x-y orbit coupling. The vertical emittance was less than 1% of the horizontal emittance. At the zero-intensity limit, the vertical normalized emittance was less than 2.8 x 10(-8) rad m at beam energy 1.3 GeV. At high intensity, strong effects of intrabeam scattering were observed, which had been expected in view of the extremely high particle density due to the small transverse emittance.  相似文献

We propose a photothermal phase-modulating laser diode interferometer equipped with a high-speed feedback control system. The CCD camera’s shutter-function raises the modulating frequency, which in turn elicits a higher feedback response, thus enabling us to eliminate nearly all external disturbance. With the recent application of a system purpose-built for discriminating between numerous fringe sequences, we have also reduced processing time.  相似文献
