Deflagration-to-detonation transition process for spherical aluminum dust/epoxypropane mist/air mixtures in a large-scale experimental tube

The deflagration-to-detonation transitions (DDTs) for clouds of spherical aluminum dust (SAD) mixed with air or epoxypropane mist (EPM) and air were investigated in a 29.6-m-long experimental tube of 199 mm in diameter. The clouds formed through the injection of SAD and SAD/liquid epoxypropane samples into the experimental tube. Connected cubic s-arc-regular Cayley graphs of finite nonabelian simple groups

A graph is said to be s-arc-regular if its full automorphism group acts regularly on the set of its s-arcs. In this paper, we investigate connected cubic s-arc-regular Cayley graphs of finite nonabelian simple groups. Two suffcient and necessary conditions for such graphs to be 1- or 2-arc-regular are given and based on the conditions, several infinite families of 1-or 2-arc-regular cubic Cayley graphs of alternating groups are constructed.     

树脂NKY对染料活性艳蓝KN-R的吸附特性

本文系统地研究了树脂ＮＫＹ对染料活性艳蓝ＫＮ－Ｒ的静态吸附性能,并与其它提取分离有机物的某些商品化吸附剂进行了比较。结果表明,树脂ＮＫＹ吸附ＫＮ－Ｒ具有很好的效果,吸附速率由液膜扩散控制,吸附等温曲线由三参数方程非线性回归求出的常数可计算△Ｇ＾０,由温度对吸附的影响求得的△Ｈ＾０说明吸附过程中吸热的而且是自发进行的。     

几种树脂对西红花糖苷的吸附性能的研究

本文系统研究了硅胶和几种国产吸附树脂对西红花提取物溶液的吸附与洗脱性能，包括树脂的筛选，洗脱剂的选择，并研究了pH，温度和西红花提取物的浓度对西红花提取在SZ－1吸附树脂上的吸附影响，结果表明，SZ－1吸附树脂对西红花提取物的吸附能力较强，洗脱能力为最好，其吸附性能和洗脱性能均优于常用色谱固定相硅胶，SZ－1吸附树脂的静态吸附容量为1．04g/g，动态吸附容量为0．5－0．6g/g，洗脱率可达98％以上，且吸附速度快，易于洗脱和再生。     

形貌、晶粒大小不同的ZSM-5分子筛的表征及催化性能的研究

对3种不同形貌、晶粒大小的ZSM—5分子筛催化剂进行了表征和催化性能的研究．用XRD、SEM和NH3—TPD等方法对ZSM—5分子筛进行表征，结果表明小品粒分子筛的结晶度优于大晶粒分子筛，其酸性随着晶粒的减小而增强．对于MTG反应，ZSM—5分子筛酸性、晶粒大小和晶体形貌等因素对其催化活性产生显著影响．小晶粒的ZSM—5分子筛更有利于C5 和C9 的生成，而大晶粒的ZSM—5分子筛对对二甲苯的选择性高．TG结果表明ZSM—5分子筛上积炭覆盖酸性中心是导致催化失活的主要因素．     

鱼体中有机毒物的气相色谱分析

在对第二松花江水中有机污染物进行深入探查(用GC-MS,GC-ECD,GC-FID配合方法)的基础上,为调查所探出有机毒物在该江鱼体中的残留量,建立了本法。实验表明,方法回收率平均超过80%,检测限分别为0.0001～0.015μg/g(ECD)和0.0092～0.14μg/g(FID)。本法测定“二松江”鱼,检出多种江水中存在的有机污染物。     

玻璃管负载纳米TiO2薄膜的制备及其对乙烯降解的研究

采用sol—gel技术，在细玻璃管表面制备了La掺杂复合TiO2薄膜，采用封闭循环装置考察了催化剂负载质量、镧掺杂量、热处理温度和湿度等因素对催化活性的影响．结果表明，随着薄膜层数的增加，乙烯降解率增加，UV-VIS在近紫外的吸收随层数的变化与之吻合；镧掺杂量为1.5％、热处理温度500℃催化剂活性最高，而湿度的增大有利于提高乙烯的降解率和降解速度．     

淮山药及其种植土壤中微量元素的测定

用等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定了淮山药根茎及其种植土壤中的微量元素。结果表明,淮山药中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,为淮山药产品的研究和开发提供重要的依据,也为进一步开发淮山药优良品种和平衡施肥提供科学信息和依据。     

Spectroscopy Investigation on Conformational Transition of Tea Glycoconjugate from Green Tea

The conformational transition of a new glycoconjugate, tea glycoconjugate (TGC), was investigated by spectroscopy techniques including circular dichroism (CD) and ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy. The solution behaviors of TGC in the mediums of different temperature, pH value, and ions were compared. Results showed that the native conformation of TGC was partially ordered. The CD value and UV absorbance of TGC altered with the change of pH value, temperature, the addition of ions, and also accompanied order-disorder transition. Especially the conditions with temperature higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg=62℃), higher pH value or lower pH value will have the most impact on the conformation of TGC, which will destroy the hydrogen bonds between the TGC molecules. The results indicated that the outside factors play important roles on the stability of the conformation of TGC.
