An optical oxygen-sensing material based on the fluorescence intensity changes of pyrene-1-butyric acid (PBA) chemisorption film has been developed and characterised. The fluorescence intensity of PBA film decreased with increase of oxygen concentration. The I0/I100 value of PBA film is estimated to be 6.14±0.15 and large Stern-Volmer constant (KSV=0.028±0.13 Torr−1) is obtained. After irradiation for 24 h with 150 W tungsten lamp, little changes of oxygen-sensing properties were observed. These results indicate that PBA film is highly oxygen-sensitive and photostability device. The response times of the PBA chemisorption film were 10.0 s for switching from argon to oxygen, and 53.0 s for switching from oxygen to argon. Moreover, the optical sensor based on the PBA chemisorption film was applied to the measurement of oxygen concentration in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Two new high-pressure phases of binary boron-sulfur compounds, B2S3-II and B2S3-III, were synthesized at 3-6.2 GPa. A single crystal of B2S3-III was grown and the structure was determined (tetragonal, space group I41/a, a=16.086(2) Å, c=30.488(4) Å; V=7888(1) Å3, Z=100, R=3.0% and Rw=2.8% for 3047 observed data [I>3.00σ(I)]. The structure of B2S3-III consists of two kinds of macrotetrahedra built up from 20 and 34 BS4-tetrahedra. These macrotetrahedra connect each other to form an interpenetrating zincblende-type structure by sharing BS4-tetrahedra at the corners of those. B2S3-III is anticipated having a rather disordered structure. From the UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum, the optical band gap of B2S3-III was estimated to be 3.7 eV.  相似文献

Polypropylene (PP)/Ti-MCM-41 nanocomposites were prepared by isospecific propylene polymerization with Ti-MCM-41/Al(i-C4H9)3 catalyst. The cross polarization/magic angle spinning (CP/MAS) 13C NMR spectrum of the composite was similar to that of the conventional isotactic PP, and the decrease in the pore volume of Ti-MCM-41 in the nanocomposites, as measured by N2 adsorption, was consistent with the value calculated from the weight loss in the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curve; both these facts attest to propylene polymerization within the mesopores of Ti-MCM-41. Alkali treatment followed by extraction with o-dichlorobenzene allows us to extract the confined PP out of the Ti-MCM-41 mesopores. Although the PP/Ti-MCM-41 nanocomposites do not exhibit a crystalline melting point, the same PP when extracted from the mesopores showed a clear melting point at 154.7 °C; this indicates that the crystallization of PP confined in mesopores is strongly hindered. For the PP polymerized within the confinement, the molecular weight (Mw) and molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) were 84,000 and 4.3, respectively; these values were considerably smaller than those of the PP polymerized concurrently outside the Ti-MCM-41 mesopores (Mw = 200,000–450,000, Mw/Mn = 40–75). Two new dioxopyrrolines (1-aryl-4-methoxycarbonyl-1H-pyrrole-2,3-dione 6 and the 5-methoxycarbonyl isomer 8) behaved as good dienophiles to some kind of 1,3-dienes examined. In most cases, the products were explained by the reaction where the largest lobe of HOMO of dienes reacted to the larger LUMO of dienophiles in an expected cis-endo manner. However, in the reactions of 8 with alkylbutadienes, piperylene and isoprene, abnormality in the reaction was observed, which was well explained by taking account of steric factors.  相似文献

A series of soluble oligo(spiroorthocarbonate)s (OSOCs) were synthesized by polycondensation of tetraethylorthocarbonate with pentaerythritol derivatives. The pentaerythritol derivatives used herein were synthesized from pentaerythritol by attaching substituents on it to improve the solubility of themselves and the resulting OSOCs. Exploration of pure metal-free organic molecules that exhibit strong room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) is an emerging research topic. In this regard, unveiling the design principles for an efficient RTP molecule is an essential, but challenging, task. A small molecule is an ideal platform to precisely understand the fundamental role of each functional component because the parent molecule can be easily derivatized. Here, the RTP behaviors of a series of 3-pyridylcarbazole derivatives are presented. Experimental studies in combination with theoretical calculations reveal the crucial role of the n orbital on the central pyridine ring in the dramatic enhancement of the intersystem crossing between the charge-transfer-excited singlet state and the locally excited triplet states. Single-crystal X-ray crystallographic studies apparently indicate that both the pyridine ring and fluorine atom contribute to the enhancement of the RTP because of the restricted motion owing to weak C−H⋅⋅⋅N and H⋅⋅⋅F hydrogen-bonding interactions. The single crystal of the fluorine-substituted derivative shows an ultra-long phosphorescent lifetime (τP) of 1.1 s and a phosphorescence quantum yield (ΦP) of 1.2 %, whereas the bromine-substituted derivative exhibits τP of 0.15 s with a ΦP of 7.9 %. We believe that this work provides a fundamental and universal guideline for the generation of pure organic molecules exhibiting strong RTP.  相似文献

Substituted acene derivatives are regarded as promising materials for organic electronic devices such as organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In particular, anthracene derivatives are known to exhibit good fluorescence property, with the air stability and solubility in common organic solvents expected to give advantages for solution-processed device fabrication. In this study, a series of bistriisopropylsilyl(TIPS)ethynyl anthracene derivatives with azaacene-containing iptycene wings have been synthesized by using condensation reactions. Effects of size of azaacenes on optical properties and packing structures were investigated. UV/Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra indicate that the π-elongation of iptycene units has small effects on the overall π-system, which is also supported by electrochemical measurements. Secondly, single-crystal X-ray analysis implies that the molecules likely have interactions with the iptycene units of adjacent molecules, while the iptycene wings and TIPSethynyl groups can prevent the central anthracene unit from undesirable non-radiative energy loss. Finally, the most emissive derivative was used as a dopant for solution-processed OLEDs, showing obvious electroluminescence with a luminance of over 920 cd m−2.  相似文献

The upper fragment of spirolides A and B, which are marine phycotoxins that exhibit strong antagonistic activities on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, was constructed. The functionalized cyclohexene in spirolides was stereoselectively synthesized from the bicyclic lactone, which could be readily accessed by the Lewis acid template-catalyzed asymmetric Diels–Alder reaction of the pentadienol and methyl acrylate.  相似文献
