On the Structure of Ill-crystallized Calcium Hydrogen Silicates. VII. Solid State 29Si N.M.R. Studies on C? S? H(Di, Poly) High-resolution solid-state MAS 29Si n.m.r. studies prove that C? S? H(Di, Poly) contains end and middle group SiO4 tetrahedra (di- and polysilicate) only. Further on it is shown that the ratio of OH groups linked to polysilicate to such linked to disilicate anions is constant in the region 1–1.5 CaO/SiO2 but decreases with increasing temperature of formation of C? The mechanisms of thermal degradation processes in polypromellitimide films were investigated by mass-spectrometric thermal analysis and high-resolution NMR spectroscopy in the solid state. Both the structures of the solid residues of pyrolysis products of the PM polyimide and the process of carbonization proper up to 1200° were studied. It was established that the breaking of the Car-O-Car bond in the diamine moiety is not the primary act of degradation of the molecular structure of the polymer, as might be expected on the basis of the value of the bond energy. The process of intermolecular crosslinking following polymer degradation under high-temperature conditions is completed by the formation of a complex nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure.
Zusammenfassung Der Mechanismus der in Polypyromellitfilmen ablaufenden thermischen Zersetzungsprozesse wurde durch massenspektrometrische thermische Analyse und hochauflösende Festkörper-NMR-Spektroskopie untersucht. Sowohl die Struktur des festen Rückstandes des Pyrolyseproduktes des PM-polyamids als auch der Prozeß der Verkokung bis 1200 °C wurden Untersucht. Es wurde festgestellt, daß das Aufbrechen der Bindung C ar ,-O-C ar im Diaminteil nicht der primäre Schritt der Zersetzun der molekularen Struktur des Polymers ist, wie nach dem Wert der Bindungsenergie zu erwarten wäre. Der auf die Hochtemperatur-Polymerzersetzung folgende Prozeß der intermolekularen Vernetzung endet mit der Bildung einer komplexen stickstoffhaltigen heterozyklischen Struktur.

29SiNMR Investigation of Silicon-Aluminum Ordering in the Aluminosilicate Framework of Faujasite-Type Zeolites The high resolution magic angle spinning 29Si NMR spectra of a series of NaX and NaY zeolites with Si/Al ratios of 1.18 to 67 exhibit up to five sharp signals which could be assigned to the central silicon atoms of Si(OSi)4–n(OAl)n building units (n = 0–4) of the aluminosilicate framework. From the signal intensities the quantitative distribution of the building units and the Si/Al ratio of the aluminosilicate lattice have been estimated. By comparison of the building units obtained from the 29Si NMR spectra with those from theoretical model structures detailed information on silicon-aluminum ordering of the zeolite framework has been derived. Except for NaX of Si/Al = 1.4 a centrosymmetrical distribution of Si and Al atoms within a double-cubooctahedra unit has been found which agrees well with the Si/Al ordering scheme proposed by Dempsey.  相似文献

The pulsed laser deposition (PLD) process was studied in detail during oxide thin film growth by constructing a sophisticated PLD chamber combined with an energy-stable excimer laser. It was revealed that the transmitting laser energy at the entrance view port decreased exponentially with deposition runs, roughly by A e−0.02x%, where A is the original transmission and x is the run number, and transmission loss could become considerable (up to 90%) in 100 deposition runs. In addition, area of the focused spot on the target was found a function of charging high voltage, which is a parameter of excimer laser operation, even through a slit forming rectangular sharp-edge beam profile. Laser energy density is one of the most important parameter governing grown film properties, and therefore accurate laser energy and spot area calibration is vital for reproducible film growth. In course of this study, the importance of spot area as well as the energy density is discussed in the view of deposition rate.  相似文献

13C NMR spectra of a series of substituted nortricyclene derivatives have been measured, and the 13C chemical shifts interpreted in terms of α, β, γ and δ-effects. The nature of these substiuent shifts is discussed together with some analytical possibilities. The substituent shifts provide valuable data about the steric effects in strained molecules and can be used as increments for structural analysis, particularly for the determination of orientations of substituent groups.  相似文献

29Si and 13C NMR spectra of trimethylsilylbenzenes substituted at different positions by methyl and trimethylsilyl groups were investigated with special reference to steric interactions between the ortho-substituents. The steric effects, as measured by 13C and 29Si chemical shifts, are generally smaller in trimethylsilyl- than in t-butyl-substituted compounds. Both nuclei follow the same general trends in the benzene derivatives.  相似文献

A system for parallel synthesis of atomically regulated lattices and nano-structured heterojunctions has been developed. This combinatorial laser MBE system is composed of a UHV-PLD chamber, scanning RHEED for in situ diagnostics of reactions at various areas of substrate surface, a pair of fixed and moving masks to define the film deposition area, and a computer for controlling the operation conditions as functions of deposition area and time. In this system, oxide layered lattice strips were deposited in parallel on a SrTiO3 substrate under RHEED observation of individual strips with different compositions and/or layer thickness.  相似文献
