It is shown that the action of a special rank 2 or rank 3 Darboux transformation, calledtransference, upon a pair of commuting ordinary differential operators of orders 4 and 6 implements the Abelian sum on their elliptic joint spectrum. A consequence of this is that, under the deformation of these commuting operators by the KP flow, every rank 2 KP solution corresponds to a solution of the Krichever-Novikov (KN) equation, and vice versa, with the transference process providing the correspondence between (2+1) and (1+1) dimensions. For a singular joint spectrum, it is further shown that transference at the singular point produces a correspondence between solutions of the singular KN equation and those of the KdV equation. These correspondences are illustrated by considering examples of a nondecaying rational KdV or Boussinesq solutions and the corresponding rational, singular-KN and rational KP solutions which the transference process generates.  相似文献

The natural radiative lifetime of the 3s4p 1 P 1 level of neutral magnesium was measured by pulsed level-crossing spectroscopy at the short excitation wavelength of 202.6 nm. We obtained =13.4(5) ns for this state, strongly deviating from a previous beam-foil result, but in good agreement with a multi-configuration Hartree-Fock calculation. A discussion of the applicability of the pulsed Hanle effect method is given.  相似文献

The total synthesis and stereochemical assignment of the potent antitumor macrolide lobatamide C, as well as synthesis of simplified lobatamide analogues, is reported. Cu(I)-mediated enamide formation methodology has been developed to prepare the highly unsaturated enamide side chain of the natural product and analogues. A key fragment coupling employs base-mediated esterification of a beta-hydroxy acid and a salicylate cyanomethyl ester. Three additional stereoisomers of lobatamide C have been prepared using related synthetic routes. The stereochemistry at C8, C11, and C15 of lobatamide C was assigned by comparison of stereoisomers and X-ray analysis of a crystalline derivative. Synthetic lobatamide C, stereoisomers, and simplified analogues have been evaluated for inhibition of bovine chromaffin granule membrane V-ATPase. The salicylate phenol, enamide NH, and ortho-substitution of the salicylate ester have been shown to be important for V-ATPase inhibitory activity.  相似文献

A number of 1-allylthio and 1-crotylthio 1-aminoalkenes derived from ketones and active methylene compounds has been prepared and rearranged to the corresponding thioamides (thio-Claisen rearrangement). Besides rearrangement products, small amounts of 1-alkyl-thio-N-alkyl-N-phenyl-1-aminoalkenes have also been isolated. When the ketene derivatives did possess a H-atom on nitrogen, cleavage of the formed thioamide produced phenyl isothiocyanate and substituted active methylene compounds.  相似文献

We have measured radiative lifetimes for selenium and tellurium resonance levels by using short pulse laser excitation in differentially heated resonance cells. We obtained τ(3 S 1 Se I)=2.9(5) ns and τ(3 S 1 Te I)=3.1(5) ns, which together with branching ratio values given by Ubelis and Berzinsh yield the absorption oscillator strengthf abs(Se I, 196.0 nm)=0.074(16) andf abs(Te I, 214.3 nm)=0.098(17).  相似文献

The heterogeneous gas-solid reaction of trimethylchlorosilane and an equal molar mixture of potassium t-butoxide and sodium methoxide gave exclusively trimethyl-t-butoxysilane. A similar reaction utilizing dimethyldichlorosilane as the vapor phase substrate gave predominant incorporation of butoxide. The heterogeneous reaction of chloromethyldimethylchlorosilane with these two bases was extensively studied. The parameters investigated for the latter system include the dependence of the product distribution on temperature, nitrogen flow rate and the relative hydroxide content of the solid alkoxide base. These studies allow the assessment of the relative reactivities of these bases under the conditions of heterogeneous gas/solid reaction. Under these conditions and with partially hydrolyzed bases a substantial amount of displacement of the chloromethyl group from chloromethyldimethylchlorosilane is observed. The role of hydroxide ion in this reaction is discussed. Convenient syntheses of t-butyl methyl ether and dimethylchloromethoxysilane are reported.  相似文献

Quantification of phosphorylated sugar constituents of lipopolysaccharides has been performed by the following sequence: dephosphorylation by treatment with hydrofluoric acid, cleavage to monomeric constituents by methanolysis and analysis of the released sugars by capillary gas chromatography. Lipopolysaccharides of Salmonella minnesota Rd1P+, Bordetella pertussis NIH 114 and Vibrio cholerae, NAG and 95R strains, were used as model substances. Comparison of the chromatographic data obtained from hydrofluoric acid-treated and untreated lipopolysaccharide preparations indicated that all lipopolysaccharides examined contained one moiety of glucosamine bound to phosphate in a stable linkage. 2-Keto-3-deoxyoctonic acid appeared phosphorylated to a variable extent. Lipopolysaccharides of the two V. cholerae strains contained one moiety of fully phosphorylated 2-keto-3-deoxyoctonic acid, whereas in that of S. minnesota Rd1P+ only one of the three moieties was phosphorylated. Lipopolysaccharide of B. pertussis had one moiety of 2-keto-3-deoxyoctonic acid, ca. 70% phosphorylated. All four of the preparations examined contained L-glycero-D-manno-heptose in amounts varying from 2.6 to 5.2 moieties. In the lipopolysaccharides of B. pertussis and strain 95R of V. cholerae this sugar was unphosphorylated, whereas the two remaining strains contained one phosphorylated moiety of this sugar. Phosphorylated lipopolysaccharide constituents can be analysed by this approach on a 50-100 micrograms scale.  相似文献

The Landé g J factors in the 6snd 1,3 D 2 sequences as well as states from the perturbing configurations of neutral Ytterbium have been measured by timeresolved fluorescence spectroscopy. Strong singlet-triplet mixing effects were observed. The g J factors were measured using the Zeeman quantum-beat technique following step-wise laser excitation. The experiment provided new data for checking the Multi-channel Quantum Defect Theory (MQDT) used in energy-level and lifetime analysis.  相似文献

DL-tartaric acid was used as a template for the formation of silica nanotubes and spheres by the sol-gel method from tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silica source. The reactions were carried out in ethanol/water mixtures in the presence of aqueous ammonia, between 0°C and 75°C, using both stirred and non-stirred conditions. TEM and SEM images show that the yield and microstructure of the silica is influenced by the synthetic conditions (temperature, ammonia (aq) concentration, gelation time, solvent mixture). It was observed that the chiral form of the tartaric acid used and the diffusion of TEOS to the template determines the eventual silica structure.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Auf Grund der Dissoziatio nskonstanten der Thioglykolsäure,- und-Thiomilchsäure,-Mercaptoisobuttersäure,-Thiomalamidsäure und Thioäpfelsäure wurde gezeigt, dass von diesen Säuren nur die-Mercaptoisobuttersäure und Thioäpfelsäure gut mit Phenolphthalein alkalimetrisch titriert werden können, aber auch nur dann, wenn man viel Indikator benutzt. Bei den anderen Säuren hat man Indikatoren mit saurerem Umschlag zu wählen. Für die ersten drei Säuren dürften Neutralrot und Phenolrot geeignete Indikatoren sein. Dies wird auch bei der Thioglykolsäure experimentell erwiesen. Für die alkalimetrische Titration von-Thiomalamidsäure soll man Bromthymolblau als Indikator verwenden.  相似文献
