CE is considered as a powerful technique in biopharmaceutical industry, owing to its inherent advantages such as high resolution, efficient separation, and its flexibility to couple with high‐sensitive detecting methods. Present review provides a summary of the applications of CE‐based methods in the quality control of biopharmaceuticals according to the papers published between 1994 and July 2014. This article is divided into the sections based on different CE modes applied in the analysis of biopharmaceuticals and gives detailed information about the employed experimental conditions. This work reports a novel and reproducible route for the successful modification of the surface of titanium (Ti) with self-assembled monolayers (SAMs). By electropolishing the surface of Ti, suitable physical/chemical surface properties were obtained for adequate growth of OctadecylTrichloroSilane (OTS) based SAM. Optimum conditions to achieve a well-organized and densely packed OTS film were also determined by monitoring the effect of different parameters including time, concentration, and temperature for OTS adsorption. The optimum conditions for the formation of an OTS-SAM were found to be upon immersion of the electropolished Ti substrate in a 10mM OTS solution at 10°C for 24h. Furthermore, multiple growth regimes for the formation of OTS-SAM on electropolished Ti surface were observed. The kinetics for the self-assembly were fast at the beginning of OTS adsorption, but rapidly slowed down after 10h of immersion, i.e. during the densification process of the film at the surface of Ti. In addition, the growth behavior was found to be random as opposed to the island growth behavior usually observed with OTS at the surface of silica. The successful implementation of OTS-SAM was further investigated through the immobilization and delivery of a model drug and the OTS monolayer showed clear abilities in drug delivery with an initial burst release up to 5days followed by a sustained release up to 26days.  相似文献

This research focuses on numerically investigating the self-diffusion coefficient and velocity autocorrelation function (VACF) of a dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) fluid as a function of the conservative interaction strength. Analytic solutions to VACF and self-diffusion coefficients in DPD were obtained by many researchers in some restricted cases including ideal gases, without the account of conservative force. As departure from the ideal gas conditions are accentuated with increasing the relative proportion of conservative force, it is anticipated that the VACF should gradually deviate from its normally expected exponentially decay. This trend is confirmed through numerical simulations and an expression in terms of the conservative force parameter, density and temperature is proposed for the self-diffusion coefficient. As it concerned the VACF, the equivalent Langevin equation describing Brownian motion of particles with a harmonic potential is adapted to the problem and reveals an exponentially decaying oscillatory pattern influenced by the conservative force parameter, dissipative parameter and temperature. Although the proposed model for obtaining the self-diffusion coefficient with consideration of the conservative force could not be verified due to computational complexities, nonetheless the Arrhenius dependency of the self-diffusion coefficient to temperature and pressure permits to certify our model over a definite range of DPD parameters.  相似文献

The novel functionalized Fe3O4@SiO2@APTMS@Glu-His@Cu complex was prepared from modification of iron oxide nanomagnet particles with (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APTMS) and glutaraldehyde–histidine Schiff base followed by complexation with Cu(I) salt. Characterization of this complex was carried out by means of FTIR, XRD, SEM, TEM and VSM techniques. The complex was found to successfully catalyze the oxidative homocoupling of phenylacetylene, 4-tert-butylphenylacetylene, 1-ethynyl-4-fluorobenzene and pent-1-yn-3-ol with 67–100 % conversions and 95–100 % selectivities. Magnetic recovery and recycling of the catalyst without significant decrease in activity is described in this presentation.  相似文献

We have studied the effects of laser fluence on the characteristics of graphene nanosheets produced by pulsed laser ablation technique. In this work, The second harmonic of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at 532 nm wavelength and 5 Hz repetition rate with different laser fluences in the range of 0.5–1.8 J/cm2 was used to irradiate the graphite target in liquid nitrogen medium. The products of ablation were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction pattern, UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy, Raman spectrum and transmission electron microscopy. The Raman spectroscopy indicates that the quality of the graphene nanosheets was decreased while their structure defects were increased as the laser fluence was increased from 0.5 to 1.4 J/cm2. Our results suggest that the amount of defects and the number of layers in graphene nanosheets can be changed by adjusting the laser fluence. This study could be a useful guidance for producing of high quality of graphene nanosheets by laser ablation method.  相似文献

From aerial parts of Swertia longifolia Boiss., which grows in the north of Iran, five xanthones, two of which in diglycosidic form, were isolated. The structures were confirmed by means of their spectral data as isobellidifolin, bellidin, gentisein, 1,5-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-6-O-primeverosyl xanthone, and 8-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-1-O-primeverosyl xanthone, the latter two of which were new derivatives in the plant kingdom.  相似文献

The reaction of symmetrical (thio)barbituric acids with aldehydes in the presence of 4-methyl morpholine yielded a new form of 4-methyl morpholinium bis-(thio)barbiturate containing charge-separated intermolecular and eight-membered intramolecular H-bonds. X-ray Crystallography, FT-IR, and 1H and 13C-NMR spectroscopy techniques were used for structure characterizations. Some of these compounds showed potent anticancer activities. Cytotoxicity of the synthetic compounds against HeLa and MCF-7 cell lines were performed by MTT assay. In addition, a comparative molecular field analysis was carried out, and the effects of substituents on the biological activities of these compounds were explained.  相似文献
