In this article, transient heat conduction in a cylindrical shell of functionally graded material is studied by using analytical
method. The shell is assumed to be in axisymmetry conditions. The material properties are considered to be nonlinear with
a power law distribution through the thickness. The temperature distribution is derived analytically by using the Bessel functions.
To verify the proposed method the obtained numerical results are compared with the published results. The comparisons of temperature

The aim of the proposed work was to develop and validate a simple and sensitive assay for the analysis of atorvastatin (ATV)
acid, ortho- and para-hydroxy-ATV, ATV lactone, and ortho- and para-hydroxy-ATV lactone in human plasma using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. All six analytes and corresponding
deuterium (d5)-labeled internal standards were extracted from 50 μL of human plasma by protein precipitation. The chromatographic
separation of analytes was achieved using a Zorbax-SB Phenyl column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 3.5 μm). The mobile phase consisted
of a gradient mixture of 0.1% v/v glacial acetic acid in 10% v/v methanol in water (solvent A) and 40% v/v methanol in acetonitrile (solvent B). All analytes including ortho- and para-hydroxy metabolites were baseline-separated within 7.0 min using a flow rate of 0.35 mL/min. Mass spectrometry detection was
carried out in positive electrospray ionization mode, with multiple-reaction monitoring scan. The calibration curves for all
analytes were linear (R
2 ≥ 0.9975, n = 3) over the concentration range of 0.05–100 ng/mL and with lower limit of quantitation of 0.05 ng/mL. Mean extraction recoveries
ranged between 88.6–111%. Intra- and inter-run mean percent accuracy were between 85–115% and percent imprecision was ≤ 15%.
Stability studies revealed that ATV acid and lactone forms were stable in plasma during bench top (6 h on ice-water slurry),
at the end of three successive freeze and thaw cycles and at −80 °C for 3 months. The method was successfully applied in a
clinical study to determine concentrations of ATV and its metabolites over 12 h post-dose in patients receiving atorvastatin. 相似文献

In Tucker3 analysis of three-way data array obtained from a chemical or biological system, it is sometimes possible to use a priori knowledge about the system to specify what is called a restricted Tucker3 model. Often, the restricted Tucker3 model is characterized by having some elements of the core forced to zero. As a simple example, an F-component PARAFAC model can be seen as a restricted (F, F, F) Tucker3 model in which only superdiagonal elements of the core are allowed to be nonzero. The core consistency diagnostic was previously introduced by Bro and Kiers for determining the proper number of components in PARAFAC analysis. In the current study, this diagnostic is extended to other restricted Tucker3 models to validate the appropriateness of the applied constraints. The new diagnostic is named Tucker core consistency (TuckCorCon). When the dimensionality and the pattern of the restricted core is valid, the simple core of restricted Tucker3 model and a corresponding unrestricted core will be similar and in this case the TuckCorCon will be close to maximum (100%). A simulated chemical equilibrium data set and two experimental data sets were used to evaluate the applicability of the TuckCorCon to decide about the appropriateness of dimensionality and pattern of the core nonzero elements in the restricted Tucker3 models. 相似文献

TsiSiPhCl2(1) was treated with boiling NaOEt/EtOH to give the fragmentation product of the type (Me3Si)2CHSiPh(OEt)2. Treatment of 1 with various alkoxides NaOR/ROH (R = n-Pr, n-Bu, iso-Bu, 2-Bu, amyl, iso-amyl, 2-amyl, CH2Ph) gave Me3SiCH2SiPh(OR)2 rather than the expected (Me3Si)2CHSiPh(OR)2. Study of the products showed that alkoxides as a nucleophile can not attack the silicon center bearing the (Me3Si)3C– group because of steric hindrance. It is suggested that the reaction proceeds through an elimination, analogous to E2 eliminations
of alkyl halides, involving synchronous attack of RO− at a Me3Si group, liberation of X−, and formation of (Me3Si)2C=SiPhCl. The reaction of NaOEt/EtOH with dichloride 1 takes different route from other alkoxides. 相似文献

The preparation and characterization are presented of a new catalytic material comprising Mg–Al layered double hydroxide and intercalated manganese(III) 5,10,15,20‐tetrakis(4‐benzoate)porphyrinacetate. Characterization was realized via various techniques. The prepared composite exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the selective epoxidation of various olefins with tetra‐n‐butylammonium hydrogen monopersulfate as an oxidant under mild reaction conditions. Furthermore, the catalytic system could be reused nine times without significant reduction in conversion percentage and any special care or additional treatment of the catalyst. 相似文献
