There is a well-known correspondence between abstract regular polytopes and string C-groups. In this paper, for each d?3, a string C-group with d generators, isomorphic to an alternating group of degree n is constructed (for some n?9), or equivalently an abstract regular d-polytope, is produced with automorphism group Alt(n). A method that extends the CPR graph of a polytope to a different CPR graph of a larger (or possibly isomorphic) polytope is used to prove that various groups are themselves string C-groups.  相似文献

The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of the precursors, pH of the solution and temperature on the gelation and structure evolution of the samples from the SiO2-P2O5 system. Tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) was used as precursor for SiO2 and triethylphosphate (TEP) or phosphoric acid for P2O5, together with water as reagent for hydrolysis reaction and ethylic alcohol as solvent. The pH of the sols was modified by adding hydrochloric acid, in the case of TEP and by adding ammonia, in the case of H3PO4. The samples have been prepared starting from P2O5/SiO2 = 1/10 and 1/5 molar ratio, H2O/TEOS = 1; 2; 3 mass ratios and C2H5OH/TEOS = 1 mass ratio. We prepared silico-phosphate samples in the 1.5–5 pH domain and we observed that in all the cases, the lowest gelation time was found in the 3.5–4.5 pH range. We found that for the same pH value samples prepared with H3PO4 had a lower gelation time (few days) by comparison with the samples prepared with TEP (weeks), explainable by the low rate of the hydrolysis and condensation reactions of TEP. When the amount of water was increased, the gelation time increased in the case of samples prepared with H3PO4 and it was not significantly changed in the case of the samples prepared with TEP. The increasing of the solution temperature up to 40–41 °C yielded a decreasing of the gelation time (hours), especially for the samples prepared with H3PO4 by comparison with those prepared using TEP. In all the cases, the increased amount of water resulted in an increasing of the gelation time, even the temperature was raised. FTIR and Raman spectroscopy characterization aimed at getting information about the structural changes in the case of the samples dried in air and also for those heated at 100 °C, 300 °C, 600 °C and 900 °C. Vibration modes specific for SiOEt, SiOH, hydrogen bonds, H2O and combined vibrations have been observed, which are in agreement with those revealed in literature data. 31P and 29Si MAS NMR spectra gave interesting information about first surrounding of P and Si ions meaning the type and proportion of Q species and their evolution starting from the room temperature up to 900 °C.  相似文献

In this study, the antinociceptive properties of 3,4-dihydro-2,6-diaryl-4-oxo-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile derivatives 5a-i at doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg were evaluated in mice, using the abdominal constriction test. Molecular modeling studies were also performed using density functional theory calculations. These data provided information about the electrostatic and ionization potentials and were used to compare the antinociceptive activity of the title compounds. The most active compounds were 3,4-dihydro-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile (5b) and 3,4-dihydro-2,6-diphenyl-4-oxo-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile (5i), which inhibited the number of abdominal constrictions, at 50 mg/kg dose, in 88.6% and 88% of the sample, respectively. A preliminary SAR study demonstrated that halogen replacement in the phenyl rings of the compounds under study reduces the antinociceptive activity. DFT calculations showed that there is a high correlation between the ionization potentials and the analgesic properties of the compounds. It was found that compounds with a positive ionization potential (compounds 5b and 5i) were found to be the best analgesic drugs in this series.  相似文献

The synthesis of six conjugates of l-proline and β-cyclodextrin and their evaluation as catalysts of aldol reaction in water are described. The results indicated that the nature of the linker between proline and β-cyclodextrin is important for catalytic activity; the one with the most flexible linker gave the best results. Inhibition experiments showed that the cavity of β-cyclodextrin plays a role in the catalysis. Permethylation of the cyclodextrin hydroxyl groups led to higher conversion rates.  相似文献

Negative-ion photoelectron spectroscopy of ICN(-) (X??(2)Σ(+)) reveals transitions to the ground electronic state (X??(1)Σ(+)) of ICN as well as the first five excited states ((3)Π(2), (3)Π(1), Π(0(-) ) (3), Π(0(+) ) (3), and (1)Π(1)) that make up the ICN A continuum. By starting from the equilibrium geometry of the anion, photoelectron spectroscopy characterizes the electronic structure of ICN at an elongated I-C bond length of 2.65 A?. Because of this bond elongation, the lowest three excited states of ICN ((3)Π(2), (3)Π(1), and Π(0(-) ) (3)) are resolved for the first time in the photoelectron spectrum. In addition, the spectrum has a structured peak that arises from the frequently studied conical intersection between the Π(0(+) ) (3) and (1)Π(1) states. The assignment of the spectrum is aided by MR-SO-CISD calculations of the potential energy surfaces for the anion and neutral ICN electronic states, along with calculations of the vibrational levels supported by these states. Through thermochemical cycles involving spectrally narrow transitions to the excited states of ICN, we determine the electron affinity, EA(ICN), to be 1.34(5) (+0.04∕-0.02) eV and the anion dissociation energy, D(0)(X??(2)Σ(+) I-CN(-)), to be 0.83 (+0.04/-0.02) eV.  相似文献

Summary: In the present work, a methodology of synthesis and characterization of the monomer 2,2′ diallylbisphenol-A (ABFA) was developed, aiming at getting a precursor, with adequate purity, for obtaining cross-linked membranes based on sulphonated poly(arylene ether sulphone)s. The monomer synthesis involved the synthesis of 2,2′ bis(4-allyloxiphenyl)propane (Bisphenol-A, diallyl ether - BFAAE), from Bisphenol-A (BFA), followed by Claisen rearrangement of BFAAE, for the production of the target compound 2,2′ diallylbisphenol-A (ABFA). All the compounds, reagent BFA and obtained products, intermediate product BFAAE and final product ABFA, were characterized by FTIR (Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy), TGA (Thermo-gravimetric analysis) and HPLC (High-performance liquid chromatography). The compound BFAAE was obtained with a yield of 94.5% and a purity of 97.3%, the latter characterized by TGA and by HPLC. The structure of the product was confirmed by FTIR. The thermal Claisen rearrangement process was conducted by using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) technique, from a factorial experiment planning, with two factors and three levels, with temperature and time being the variables. The above cited techniques were used for monitoring the Claisen rearrangement and for the characterization of the final product. The best results yield ABFA purity between 85 and 90%, approximately, for 220 °C/60min, 230 °C/30min and 210 °C/90min conditions. The obtained results suggest that, in the studied range, polymerization and degradation of the monomer ABFA occur, simultaneously to its formation.  相似文献

The development of a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) affinity biosensor based on DNA hybridisation is described. This biosensor has been applied to genetically modified organisms (GMOs) detection. Single stranded DNA (ssDNA) probes were immobilised on the sensor chip of an SPR device and the hybridisation between the immobilised probe and the complementary sequence (target) was monitored. The probe sequences were internal to the sequence of 35S promoter and NOS terminator which are inserted sequences in the genome of GMO regulating the transgene expression. The system has been optimised using synthetic oligonucleotides, then applied to real samples analysis. Samples, containing the transgenic target sequences, were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and then detected with the SPR biosensor.  相似文献

The separation of the enantiomers of 13 organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) has been investigated by gas chromatography (GC) with flame ionisation detection (FID) using two different commercially available chiral columns, Chirasil-Val (l-valine-tert-butylamide) and CP-Chirasil-Dex CB (heptakis (2,3,6-tri-O-metil)-β-cyclodextrin). Using the Chirasil-Val column no chiral resolution was obtained for the OPPs investigated under any tested experimental condition. The use of the CP-Chirasil-Dex CB stationary phase enabled good individual enantiomeric separation of two OPPs, ruelene and trichlorfon and partial separation of naled, chloretoxyphos, isophenphos and metamidophos. Also, the obtained chromatographic results showed that Chirasil-Dex could resolve enantiomers through the combination of different mechanism (e.g. formation of inclusion complexes and/or interactions outside the cyclodextrin cavity).

Under optimised conditions, precision, linearity range and detection limits were evaluated for the enantiomers of ruelene and trichlorfon using CP-Chirasil-Dex CB column and electron capture detection (ECD). By using the GC-ECD method the enantiomers of these OPPs could be satisfactorily detected at very low concentration levels. The detection limits observed were 1.5 ng mL−1 and 11.5 ng mL−1 for the enantiomers of trichlorfon and ruelene, respectively.  相似文献

The interaction between glucose oxidase (GOx) and phospholipid monolayers is studied at the 1,2-dichloroethane/water interface by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Electrochemical experiments show that the presence of GOx induces changes in the capacitance curves at both negative and positive potentials, which are successfully explained by a theoretical model based on the solution of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation. These changes are ascribed to a reduced partition coefficient of GOx and an increase of the permittivity of the lipid hydrocarbon domain. Our results show that the presence of lipid molecules enhances the adsorption of GOx molecules at the liquid/liquid interface. At low lipid concentrations, the adsorption of GOx is probably the first step preceding its penetration into the lipid monolayer. The experimental results indicate that GOx penetrates better and forms more stable monolayers for lipids with longer hydrophobic tails. At high GOx concentrations, the formation of multilayers is observed. The phenomenon described here is strongly dependent on 1) the GOx and lipid concentrations, 2) the nature of the lipid, and 3) the potential drop across the interface.  相似文献
