The preparation of bis-phenylchalcogen alkenes starting from phenylseleno alkynes is described. The nucleophilic species of selenium, tellurium and sulfur were generated in situ from the reaction of the respective diphenyl dichalcogenide with NaBH4 in PEG-400 as solvent. The chalcogenolate anions were efficiently and selectively added to a variety of phenylselenoalkynes at mild conditions, furnishing the respective (Z)-1,2-bis-phenylchalcogen alkenes in good yields. 相似文献

The Monte Carlo simulated annealing method is adapted to optimize correlated Gaussian‐type functions in nonrelativistic molecular environments. Starting from an atom‐centered atomic Gaussian basis set, the uncontracted functions are reoptimized in the molecular environments corresponding to the H2O, CN?, N2, CO, BF, NO+, CO2, and CS systems. These new molecular adapted basis sets are used to calculate total energies, harmonic vibrational frequencies, and equilibrium geometries at a correlated level of theory. The present methodology is a simple and effective way to improve molecular correlated wave functions, without the need to enlarge the molecular basis set. Additionally, this methodology can be used to generate hierarchical sequences of molecular basis sets with increasing size, which are relevant to establish complete basis set limits. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

The immobilization of glucose oxidase on hydrolyzed nylon-6,6 was studied. Various spacers were introduced on the support before the coupling of the enzyme. Best results were obtained when the membrane was covered with denatured bovine serum albumin (BSA) before spacer coupling and immobilization of glucose oxidase (GOD). The influence of various factors (pH, ionic strength, etc.) on the activity of the free and immobilized enzyme was investigated. It was found that the behavior of the fixed glucose oxidase and the free enzyme is very similar. The covalently immobilized enzyme had a lifetime of around 2 months (50% of initial activity). 相似文献

We report the first direct observation of the strange b baryon Xi(b)- (Xi(b)+). We reconstruct the decay Xi(b)- -->J/psiXi-, with J/psi-->mu+mu-, and Xi--->Lambdapi--->ppi-pi- in pp collisions at square root of s =1.96 TeV. Using 1.3 fb(-1) of data collected by the D0 detector, we observe 15.2 +/- 4.4(stat)(-0.4)(+1.9)(syst) Xi(b)- candidates at a mass of 5.774 +/- 0.011(stat) +/- 0.015(syst) GeV. The significance of the observed signal is 5.5 sigma, equivalent to a probability of 3.3 x 10(-8) of it arising from a background fluctuation. Normalizing to the decay Lambda(b)-->J/psiLambda, we measure the relative rate sigma(Xi(b-) x B(Xi)b})- -->J/psiXi-)/sigma(Lambda(b)) x B(Lambda(b)-->J/psiLambda) = 0.28+/-0.09(stat)(-0.08)(+0.09)(syst). 相似文献

An efficient preparation of racemic and chiral 2-functionalized-3,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)pyrrolidines is described. The method uses 2-azabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-enes, readily obtained from glyoxylates of aliphatic amines and cyclopentadiene, as starting material. The vesicle-micelle transition in aqueous mixtures of dioctadecyldimethylammonium and octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (DODAB and C(18)TAB) cationic surfactants, having respectively double and single chain, was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), steady-state fluorescence, dynamic light scattering (DLS) and surface tension. The experiments performed at constant total surfactant concentration, up to 1.0 mM, reveal that these homologous surfactants mix together to form mixed vesicles and/or micelles, depending on the relative amount of the surfactants. The melting temperature T(m) of the mixed DODAB-C(18)TAB vesicles is larger than that for the neat DODAB in water owing to the incorporation of C(18)TAB in the vesicle bilayer. The surface tension decreases sigmoidally with C(18)TAB concentration and the inflection point lies around x(DODAB) approximately 0.4, indicating the onset of micelle formation owing to saturation of DODAB vesicles by C(18)TAB molecules. When x(DODAB)>0.5 C(18)TAB molecules are mainly solubilised by the vesicles, but when x(DODAB)<0.25 micelles are dominant. Fluorescence data of the Nile Red probe incorporated in the system at different surfactant molar fractions indicate the formation of micelle and vesicle structures. These structures have apparent hydrodynamic radius R(H) of about 180 and 500-800 nm, respectively, as obtained by DLS measurements. 相似文献

In the present work, one host natural matrix – gelatin – has been doped with magnesium triflate (Mg(CF3SO3)2). Using gelatin as host polymer and magnesium triflate as salt, thin films were produced by varying the amount of glycerol and formaldehyde. The behavior of the samples produced was evaluated using techniques such as thermal analysis (thermogravimetric analysis – TGA and differential scanning calorimetry – DSC), complex impedance spectroscopy, and electrochemical stability. The electrolyte films produced were obtained as transparent and amorphous samples with encouraging electrochemical and thermal properties. 相似文献
