A series of novel dihydroquinoline derivatives were synthesized using malononitrile, 2-aminobenzoic acid, and benzaldehydes in the presence of a catalytic amount of acetic acid, without the use of any additional cocatalyst, under solvent-free conditions. We studied the DFT (B3LYP) and HF at 6-31+G/6-31+G∗∗ levels of theory in order to throw light on the conformation, structure, intramolecular hydrogen bond network, as well as proton and nitrogen NMR (GIAO method) of a series of model primary amides in the gas phase and/or in solution (chloroform, methanol, water, dimethyl sulfoxide, and heptane). In this manner, it was possible to show that the amidic group of these model compounds acts as the H-bond donor and interacts with two different H-bond acceptors, thus stabilizing the C8 pseudocycle. The study was conducted to gain a better understanding of the conformation (both experimentally and theoretically) adopted by hydrazino acetamides (model compounds for aza-β3-peptides). In the light of this, we were able to explain why aza-β3-peptides develop a different H-bond network in comparison to their isosteric β3-peptide analogues (an extension of the β-peptide concept).  相似文献

Summary Mixed ligand metal complexes of CoII, NiII and CuII with dicarboxylic aliphatic acids, H2L (succinic, malic and tartaric) as primary ligands and with imidazoles, L (imidazole and 2-methylimidazole) as secondary ligands were prepared and characterized. MLL2 and ML4 molecular formulae were suggested for these complexes were Formation constants of the different complexes were determined pH-metrically at T = 25 ± 0.1°C and = 0.1 mol dm–3 (NaClO4). The stability of the mixed ligand complexes increased as the effective basicity of the dicarboxylic aliphatic acid anion increased, namely, tartarate < malate < succinate acid.  相似文献

The development of a solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure for the pre-concentration of trace amounts of Pb2+ ion on 2-furan-2-yl-1-furan-2-ylmethyl-1H-benzoimidazole loaded on activated carbon modified with silver nanoparticles (L-AC-Ag-NP) was presented. The metal ion retained on the sorbent was quantitatively determined via complexation with the ligand. The complexed metal ion was efficiently eluted using 10 mL of 4 mol L?1 sulphuric acid in 10 w/v% acetone. The influences of the analytical parameters, including pH, amounts of the ligand and the solid phase, eluent conditions and sample volume, on the recoveries of the metal ion were optimised. Using the optimised parameters, the linear response of the SPE method for Pb2+ ion were in the ranges of 0.2–160 µg L?1, and the detection limit for Pb2+ ion was 0.034 µg L?1. The proposed method exhibits a pre-concentration factor (PF) of 80 and an enhancement factor of 30 for Pb2+ ion. The presented results demonstrate the successful application of the proposed method for the determination of Pb2+ ion in some real samples with high recoveries (>93%) and reasonable relative standard deviation (RSD < 2%).  相似文献

Three simple, accurate and sensitive spectrophotometric methods are developed for the determination of some new drugs for the treatment of osteoporosis: risedronate sodium (I), alendronate sodium (II) and etidronate disodium (III). The first method is based on the measurement of difference in absorbance (Delta A) of risedronate sodium in 0.01 mol l(-1) hydrochloric and 0.1 mol l(-1) sodium hydroxide at 262 nm. Beer's law is obeyed over a concentration range of 15-150 microg ml(-1) with mean recovery 99.75+/-1.22 and molar absorptivity (epsilon) 1.891 x 10(3). The second method is based on the reaction of the primary amino group of (II) with ninhydrin reagent in methanolic medium in the presence of 0.05 mol l(-1) sodium bicarbonate. The colored product is measured at 568 nm, and the linearity range is found to be 3.75-45 microg ml(-1) with mean recovery 99.77+/-0.73 and epsilon 9.425 x 10(3). The third method is based on oxidation of the three mentioned drugs with ceric (IV) sulphate in 0.5 mol l(-1) sulphuric acid at room temperature and subsequent measurement of the excess unreacted cerium (IV) sulphate at 320 nm. The method obeyed Beer's law over a concentration range of 2-24 microg ml(-1) for the three drugs with mean recovery 99.79+/-1.16, 99.73+/-1.38 and 99.86+/-1.13 and epsilon 14.427 x 10(3), 13.813 x 10(3) and 14.000 x 10(3) for drugs I, II, III respectively. The proposed methods were successfully applied for the determination of the studied drugs in bulk powder and in pharmaceutical formulations. The results were found to agree statistically with those obtained the reported methods. Furthermore, the methods were validated according to USP regulations and also assessed by applying the standard addition technique.  相似文献

We investigate the influence of particle plasmons on exciton and charge generation and recombination processes in the blend of poly (9‐(1‐octylnonyl)‐9H‐carbazole‐benzothiadiazole‐4,7‐diyl‐2,5‐thiophenediyl) (PCDTBT) and [6,6]‐phenyl‐C70butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM). The particle plasmons are generated from gold nanoparticles, which are embedded into PCDTBT:PC70BM blend. For the blend with gold nanoparticles, we observe enhance light harvesting. Despite the enhanced light collection, we find that the quasi‐steady‐state charge generation has not been influenced by the particle plasmons. However, the generation and recombination of long‐lived (sub‐millisecond) polaron paris have been significantly enhanced: from untrapped state in the pristine blend to the trapped state in the gold nanoparticle‐embedded blend. This result implies that the plasmon‐influenced polarons are trapped at the broadband geminate polaron pair (GPP) state. This state acts as an intermediate state, which either leads to the formation of charge transfer excitons (CTXs) or free charge carriers. In our case, the particle plasmon‐influenced polarons are trapped in the GPP state, which leads to the formation of CTXs. For this reason, we do not observe the enhanced charge generation in PCDTBT:PC70BM blend with particle plasmon resonance. Finally, we revealed that the long‐lived polarons mainly resulted from the localization by particle plasmons.
