In this work, is given the Combined Standard Uncertainty (CSU) calculation procedure, which can be applied in spectrophotometric measurements. For the assessment of the computations, different approaches are discussed, such as the contribution to the Combined Standard Uncertainty of the reproducibility, the repeatability, the total bias, the calibration curve, and the type of the measurand. Results of inter-laboratory measurements confirmed the assumptions. For the minimization of the errors propagation a controlled experimental procedure was applied by this laboratory, called “errors propagation break-up” (ERBs). The uncertainty of sample concentration from a reference curve dominates the Combined Standard Uncertainty. The contribution of the method and the laboratory bias (total bias) to the CSU is insignificant under controlled conditions of a measurement. This work develops a simple methodology that can be utilized to evaluate the uncertainty and errors control on routine methods used both by academic researchers or the industrial sector.  相似文献

Mass spectral libraries represent versatile tools for the identification of small bioorganic molecules. Libraries based on electron impact spectra are rated robust and transferable. Tandem mass spectral libraries are often considered to work properly only on the instrument that has been used to build the library. An exception from that rule is the 'Wiley Registry of Tandem Mass Spectral Data, MSforID'. In various studies with data sets from different kinds of tandem mass spectrometric instruments, the outstanding sensitivity and robustness of this tandem mass spectral library search approach was demonstrated. The instrumental platforms tested, however, mainly included various tandem-in-space instruments. Herein, the results of a multicenter study with a focus on upfront and tandem-in-time fragmentation are presented. Five laboratories participated and provided fragment ion mass spectra from the following types of mass spectrometers: time-of-flight (TOF), quadrupole-hexapole-TOF, linear ion trap (LIT), 3-D ion trap and LIT-Orbitrap. A total number of 1231 fragment ion mass spectra were collected from 20 test compounds (amiloride, buphenin, cinchocaine, cyclizine, desipramine, dihydroergotamine, dyxirazine, dosulepin, ergotamine, ethambutol, etofylline, mefruside, metoclopramide, phenazone, phentermine, phenytoin, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamoxole, sulthiame and tetracycline) on seven electrospray ionization instruments using 18 different instrumental configurations for fragmentation. For 1222 spectra (99.3%), the correct compound was retrieved as the best matching compound. Classified matches (matches with 'relative average match probability' >40.0) were obtained for 1207 spectra (98.1%). This high percentage of correct identifications clearly supports the hypothesis that the tandem mass spectral library approach tested is a robust and universal identification tool.  相似文献

Thermal analysis is an essential, analytic tool used in preliminary studies and preparation of new pharmaceutical formulations. This study was performed to investigate the possible interactions between trandolapril and three commonly used natural excipients, namely α-lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, and pregelatinized starch. The compatibility studies were carried out using thermoanalytic along with other complementary techniques. Differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis have proved that trandolapril is fully compatible with all the studied excipients until 100 °C. The complementary techniques used in this study were X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy which confirmed the findings of thermal analysis.  相似文献

Phthalocyanines are ideal components in a variety of electronic applications due to their extraordinary photophysical characteristics combined with their synthetic versatility and robustness. They have attracted substantial attention in recent decades and are now established building blocks of sophisticated molecular materials. Synthetically, a great deal of this progress is attributed to the use of modern synthetic tools, which gave rise to phthalocyanine‐based systems that could not have been envisaged in the past. In particular, Pd‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions, together with other transition‐metal‐catalyzed procedures, “click” chemistry, and ruthenium metathesis have been employed extensively en route to an abundant range of elaborate phthalocyanine mono‐ and multicomponent photoactive architectures. Herein, we describe the synthesis of a selection of key examples that are representative in certain optoelectronic applications.  相似文献

A multi-method approach has been developed for the characterisation of the proteinaceous binding media, drying oils and pigments present in samples from the panel paintings of the Church of the Assumption in Cephalonia (Ionian Islands, Greece). The analytical protocol involved the use of scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM/EDX), Raman spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The identification of the pigments was achieved by SEM/EDX and Raman spectroscopy. The latter technique was also used for the detection of the binding media, while their characterisation was achieved by gas chromatographic analysis of ethyl chloroformate derivatives. The aim of this multi-method protocol was to obtain as much information as possible from the panel paintings of the Church of the Assumption, through non-destructive methods, before proceeding to gas chromatography. Little scientific information is available for the understanding of the construction technique and the materials used by the post-Byzantine artists and whatever is available comes mainly from artists’ manuals. One of the aims of this paper is to provide a scientific background to the technology of the Ionian post-Byzantine icons.  相似文献

A new aspect concerning chromone chemistry leading to the one-pot synthesis of functionalized novel ABCD-fused chromenopyrazolopyridines has been described. The synthesis involves a multicomponent reaction of chromone-3-benzoylhydrazones with isocyanides and acetylenedicarboxylates, whereupon novel complex tetracyclic benzopyrone derivatives containing three stereogenic centres were formed. The structure elucidation of the products was accomplished by 1D and 2D NMR experiments and confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Full assignment of all 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts has been unambiguously achieved. The reaction mechanism is also discussed. In addition, eight chromenopyrazolopyridine derivatives were tested for possible biological activity (antioxidant and lipid peroxidation inhibition).  相似文献

Motivated by the relation Nm(Cn)=(mn+1)Nm(An?1), holding for the m-generalized Catalan numbers of type A and C, the connection between dominant regions of the m-Shi arrangement of type An?1 and Cn is investigated. More precisely, it is explicitly shown how mn+1 copies of the set of dominant regions of the m-Shi arrangement of type An?1, biject onto the set of type Cn such regions. This is achieved by exploiting two different viewpoints of the representative alcove of each region: the Shi tableau and the abacus diagram. In the same line of thought, a bijection between mn+1 copies of the set of m-Dyck paths of height n and the set of N?E lattice paths inside an n×mn rectangle is provided.  相似文献
