Revised regiochemistry for the heterocyclization of electrophilic alkenes with tetranitromethane (TNM) in the presence of triethylamine, providing rapid access to nitroisoxazoles, is reported. The formation of 5-nitroisoxazoles previously incorrectly assigned as 3-nitro regioisomers, has now been established unambiguously by X-ray crystallography. Empirical computations with ACD/CNMR Predictor, based both on hierarchical ordering of spherical environments (HOSE) and an algorithm of artificial neural networks (ANN), and also Density Functional Theory computations of the 13C NMR chemical shifts for the 3- versus 5-nitroisoxazoles are shown to consistently match the spectra of the experimentally observed 5-regioisomers.  相似文献

We report the X-band (9 GHz) electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) study of series of bis(o-semiquinonato)copper(II) complexes with different ligands. It was found previously, that exchange interactions in spin triads of these compounds are very sensitive to the structure of the ligand coordinated to the central copper(II) ion. Ligand moderates the copper–radical and radical–radical exchange interactions and strongly changes the magnetic properties of the compound. Depending on a ligand, ferromagnetic or antiferromagnetic character of exchange dominates in the system. The EPR study of these complexes allowed us to obtain information on zero-field splitting parameters and their distributions in the studied compounds. The EPR results compliment previously obtained spectroscopic data on these compounds and suggest the pronounced plasticity of the clusters manifested in the broad distributions of their rhombicity parameters.  相似文献

Heterocyclization reactions of pyruvic acids, aromatic aldehydes and 5-amino-N-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides yielding four different types of final compounds are described. The reactions involving arylidenpyruvic acids lead with high degree of selectivity to either 4,7-dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acids or 5-[(2-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-yl)amino]-1H-pyrazoles, depending on the catalyst type or temperature regime. The interactions based on arylpyruvic acids can take place under kinetic or thermodynamic control producing 7-hydroxy-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-7-carboxylic acids or 3-hydroxy-1-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1,5-dihydro-2H-pyrrol-2-ones, respectively.  相似文献

The results of collision-induced dissociation (CID) experiments performed on gaseous protonated and deprotonated ions of complexes of cholera toxin B subunit homopentamer (CTB5) with the pentasaccharide (β-D-Galp-(1→3)-β-D-GalpNAc-(1→4)[α-D-Neu5Ac-(2→3)]-β-D-Galp-(1→4)-β-D-Glcp (GM1)) and corresponding glycosphingolipid (β-D-Galp-(1→3)-β-D-GalpNAc-(1→4)[α-D-Neu5Ac-(2→3)]-β-D-Galp-(1→4)-β-D-Glcp-Cer (GM1-Cer)) ligands, and the homotetramer streptavidin (S4) with biotin (B) and 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-(biotinyl) (Btl), are reported. The protonated (CTB5 + 5GM1)n+ ions dissociated predominantly by the loss of a single subunit, with the concomitant migration of ligand to another subunit. The simultaneous loss of ligand and subunit was observed as a minor pathway. In contrast, the deprotonated (CTB5 + 5GM1)n- ions dissociated preferentially by the loss of deprotonated ligand; the loss of ligand-bound and ligand-free subunit were minor pathways. The presence of ceramide (Cer) promoted ligand migration and the loss of subunit. The main dissociation pathway for the protonated and deprotonated (S4 + 4B)n+/– ions, as well as for deprotonated (S4 + 4Btl)n– ions, was loss of the ligand. However, subunit loss from the (S4 + 4B)n+ ions was observed as a minor pathway. The (S4 + 4Btl)n+ ions dissociated predominantly by the loss of free and ligand-bound subunit. The charge state of the complex and the collision energy were found to have little effect on the relative contribution of the different dissociation channels. Thermally-driven ligand migration between subunits was captured in the results of molecular dynamics simulations performed on protonated (CTB5 + 5GM1)15+ ions (with a range of charge configurations) at 800 K. Notably, the migration pathway was found to be highly dependent on the charge configuration of the ion. The main conclusion of this study is that the dissociation pathways of multisubunit protein–ligand complexes in the gas phase depend, not only on the native topology of the complex, but also on structural changes that occur upon collisional activation.

The X-ray structure and the solid-state NMR measurements, mainly 15N CPMAS of the labelled compound, allow to determine the static and dynamic properties of 3(5)-ethyl-5(3)-phenyl-1H-pyrazole. The compound is a tetramer formed by three 5-ethyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole and one 3-ethyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole tautomers in dynamic equilibrium with the complementary situation.  相似文献

This study presents some experimental results on the variation of the physico-chemical properties of pure MilliQ water, when subjected to a procedure of iterated filtration through Millipore filters with porosity ranging from 450 to 25 nm. The parameters measured were: calorimetry, electrical conductivity, density, and pH. Release of chemical impurities can be ruled out due to the nature of the materials used. As in the case of iteratively filtered water prepared using Pyrex glass filters, the specific electrical conductivity and the pH were found to increase with increasing number of iterations. There was also a dependence on the average pore size of the filters. The idea of water as a system capable of self-organization triggered by various perturbations (mechanical and/or electromagnetic) is gaining momentum. It responds to such perturbations by forming dissipative structures, i.e., far-from-equilibrium systems.  相似文献

Composite poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT)/palladium (Pd) films were obtained by chemical deposition of dispersed palladium nanoparticles into PEDOT conducting polymer matrix. The amounts of palladium particles incorporated into PEDOT films were estimated by electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance measurements. It was shown that palladium loading depends on the time a PEDOT film is exposed in the solution, containing Pd(II)-ions, on the concentration of Pd(II) ions and the film thickness. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy data have confirmed the presence of metallic palladium in the polymer. The morphology of pristine and composite films as well as the size of Pd nanoparticles and their distribution were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). From SEM images, it was found that Pd particles decorated PEDOT globular structures as quasi-spherical particles, and their mean size was dependent on synthesis conditions. The nanoparticles were non-uniformly dispersed on the polymer surface. The comparison of TEM images of composite PEDOT/Pd films obtained for different times of metal loading was made. The remarkable effect of loading time on the size of particles has been established: the mean size of dominating palladium particles was close to 6–10 nm for 30 s of metal deposition, and it was getting larger with the increase of deposition time (close to 15–30 nm for 120 s). It is most likely that with prolongation of synthesis time, the deposition of palladium predominantly proceeds on the already deposited palladium clusters, resulting in the extension growth of their size. Catalytic properties of PEDOT/Pd composite films were studied in respect to hydrazine oxidation by cyclic voltammetry and voltammetry on rotating disk electrode. The obtained data allow to conclude that the process of hydrazine oxidation on PEDOT/Pd composites takes place predominantly on palladium particles, located on the surface or in the near-surface layers of the polymer. The diffusion nature of the limiting current of hydrazine oxidation on composite PEDOT/Pd film in phosphate buffer solution рН = 6.86 was confirmed, and hydrazine diffusion coefficient was calculated. The increase of the limiting currents of hydrazine oxidation with the increase of Pd deposition time was observed, resulting from the increase of the active surface area of palladium particles, acting as microelectrodes. The electroanalytical applications of these nanocomposite materials for the determination of hydrazine were demonstrated.  相似文献
