The digest is devoted to the most widespread reducing agents which are used for the reduction of tertiary and secondary phosphine oxides, phospholene oxides, phospholane oxides, phosphonates, phosphinates, α- and β-hydroxy and thiomethyl phosphine oxides, α-aminophosphine oxides. Stereoselectivity of reactions is described. Methods of stabilization of phosphines which are prone to re-oxidation by the formation of borane-adduct or metal complexes are considered.  相似文献

A facile synthetic approach towards two distinct quinoxaline-based heterocyclic scaffolds has been developed from the cycloaddition of acyl(quinoxalinyl)ketenes with carbodiimides. The described reaction represents the first example of a divergent synthesis based on acyl(quinoxalinyl)ketenes providing (quinoxalin-2-yl)-1,3-oxazines or pyrimido[1,6-a]quinoxalines depending on the type of the acyl substituent in the ketenes. The key reactants, acyl(quinoxalinyl)ketenes, are generated in situ via the thermal decarbonylation of readily available pyrroloquinoxaline oxo-derivatives. The proposed diversity-oriented synthesis provides facile access to a library of skeletally diverse pharmaceutically interesting quinoxaline-based heterocycles from inexpensive reagents.  相似文献

Novel voltammetric approach for the selective determination of total capsaicinoids has been developed using glassy carbon electrode modified with multi‐walled carbon nanotubes and poly(gallic acid) (PGA/MWNT/GCE). The modified electrode provides significant improvements in the capsaicinoids voltammetric characteristics in comparison to GCE and MWNT/GCE. The electrooxidation of capsaicinoids is irreversible adsorption‐controlled process with the anodic transfer coefficient of 0.49–0.53 and heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant of 1300–2400 s?1. The analytical ranges of 0.010–1.0 and 1.0–50 μM for capsaicin, 0.025–0.75 and 0.75–75 μM for dihydrocapsaicin and 0.025–5.0 and 5.0–75 μM for nonivamide with the detection limits of 2.9, 5.9 and 6.1 nM, respectively, have been obtained using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The selectivity of the capsaicinoids quantification in the presence of ascorbic acid, α‐tocopherol and carotenoids is shown. The method has been tested on the samples of red hot pepper spices and Capsicum annuum L. tinctures. The results correspond to the chromatographic data.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-methyl-3-methylthio-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazinium (MTPT) iodide with diiodine in a solution leads to monoiodide crystal structure that in excess of iodine gives the unusual tetraiodide anion with two central iodine atoms in disorder. The bonding within the anion has been characterized as I…I2…I; the existence of the bound iodine molecule inside has been proven by the characteristic band in experimental and calculated Raman spectra. Non-covalent interactions of MTPT in considered crystal structures are different. Monoiodide anion as a strong electron donor allows the formation of the S…I chalcogen bonds that are absent in tetraiodide structure. The features of halogen bonds within the I42– anion are also performed.

The synthesis of a new imide type anion, methylcarbonate(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (MCTFSI) is described and the physicochemical properties of its sodium and N‐butyl‐N‐methyl pyrrolidinium salts as well as structural information obtained by X‐ray diffraction studies of the sodium salt are discussed in terms of charge delocalisation, coordination chemistry and electrochemical behaviour with respect to the analogous imdides bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (TFSI) and bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (FSI). The insight obtained from studying the new anion informs and reemphasizes the concept of weakly coordinating anions and coordination chemistry in designing electrolyte salts.  相似文献
